I’ve had great experiences at this parlor! Had almost all my piercings done here, including helix, rook, and nose and have no complaints. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would definitely suggest Brandi for piercings! Recently had Zell do this work on my arm and I am IN LOVE. He was kind and patient and did beautiful work over all!

My girlfriend and I got piercings here. Not her first here she keeps coming back for more and after my first piercing here I see why she keeps coming back. They are good at what they do!! Everyone there is professional and friendly. We will be going back next time will be for some ink.

Was hesitant to go because I had heard it advertised on the radio so often. I wanted a place that was going to be very professional and personal. I wound up booking an appt due to their late night hours. Boy was I glad I did.Brandi did my piercings and was very patient with all of my questions about allergies, healing, etc. Almost painless. She was great!Zell did my tattoo. He took was great about not changing my design I had drawn and inked it beautifully and precisely. While he was working on it, my husband and I looked at some of his creations. We loved them so much that we are going to have him create my husbands back art. He has a masterful hand and a rare talent for art.

Ive never waited so long to get a tattoo, but it was well worth it. I cant remember the name of the girl that pierced my eyebrow, but she was seriously awesome. Zell killed it on mine and my girls tattoos, great guy to chat with.

The shop is super busy as they are the only shop currently doing walk-ins. I decided to get my first tattoo and honestly, Zell made my experience great! He is a great artist. He took his time and was grateful to those that waited patiently. I highly recommend this place

I went in for a walk in, the wait wasn’t too long everyone was very friendly! Jay did my tattoo and it looks amazing! I will definitely be going back. His work is phenomenal. They were all very professional and everything was done properly. Very clean and fair pricing! Jay talked to me through the whole process and explained everything he was doing. 10/10 recommend!

Our daughter decided she finally wanted to get her ears pierced she is about to be 7 in July and couldnt wait any longer, Voodoo took care of us she was so professional and incredibly nice to our daughter she made us feel so comfortable and the whole experience was better than we ever imagined. Were so happy with todays service that Id love to recommend her to anyone whos got little ones and for adults too!! my daughter is usually terrified of needles but today she didnt even flinch and shes been all smiles and so happy with her earrings. I got a triple helix piercing here about a week ago. The piercing itself is fine and has been healing very well, but my experience was less than desirable. The first thing I noticed about this shop was that none of the staff wore masks. I am fully vaccinated so I didnt leave but that was very concerning. I wasnt able to choose my jewelry for the piercing which also bothered me. I was either planning on getting hoops or plain studs if given the option but I had to get studs with sparkle to them which I dont like. I was asked to confirm placement but no one asked me about jewelry. While I was getting pierced, the piercer and the apprentice were talking about how little theyd eaten that day and how shaky their hands were which was very concerning, especially since it was a cartilage piercing.Im not entirely unhappy because the piercing is doing well a week later but I would not recommend coming here.UPDATETwo of my triple helix jewelry fell out within a month of getting them pierced. I had to go to another piercing shop to get the jewelry replaced because Needle Masters used such low-quality pieces. If they had asked my preference on jewelry, I wouldve been able to avoid this. Very dissatisfied and I wish Id gone somewhere else in the first place

After having a not so good experience with Jays apprentice, and us almost walking of the shop completely. Jay went out of his way to make our experience better, even going out to our car to convince my friend to come back in. He corrected the apprentice and made our design and placement 1000x better. He could have easily stuck up for his apprentice but instead he fixed her mistakes and apologized for her previous actions. We came in a group of 3 planning on each getting one tattoo, but after his willingness to make our experience better we walked out with a total of 5 tattoos. A huge thank you to Jay for making our night better!

Everyone is super nice but there are some issues I had when I got my third hole in my ear pierced by Ben. I didn’t get to pick jewelry which is weird because any piercer I’ve been to let’s you pick out the jewelry you want, and the one he gave me kind of looks cheap and like I got it from Claire’s. He also didn’t give aftercare instructions (even though I know how to clean it) my friend just got her first piercing and she didn’t get any either. I asked him if he could look at my rook piercing to see if it was infected and he just asked what kind of jewelry was in it and that was it. Didn’t try to sell me any or give any advice. He also charged me about $60 for two lobe piercings that were $25 each but unfortunately didn’t catch it until after I had left.Other than that he was nice. That’s about it.

I had my very 1st tattoo done here its just the start of my tattoo sleeve but its a heart outline in magenta (looks black on my skin) anyways I got it done by Spade back in may I think but I went here 2 get it finished & I wouldve never given them such a bad review if it wasnt 4 their taking nearly 3hrs just 2 get 2 me when I was in line 4 it & got skipped I just ugh they were being soo damned difficult with me... Heres my start & what Im planning on doing to it tho the rose is hot pink & the leaves r graffiti green with no shading bc I hate needles...

Took my 13 year old here to get her earlobes pierced. She loved it because she could brag to her friends that she went to an actual tattoo place to get her ears pierced. I loved it because I knew it would be clean and sterile. She said she barely felt it and the price was the same as Claires cheapest starter kit.

Zell is an amazing tattoo artist made me abs my friends feel comfortable and was super supportive and sweet for us while giving us memorial tattoos will definitely be seeing him again

Me and 3 of my friends went in today to get tattoos. It was a bit of a wait, as expected, but the tattoos were 100% worth it. Both of our artists (Zale and Alyvia ?) did a great job, and the tats turned out amazing.

I adore this place! I recently got my septum piercing done by Ben and a tattoo done by Liam and I couldnt be happier with the results. These artists are very friendly and upbeat, they stay engaged with customers while also doing beautiful work. Highly recommend

My friend and i had an apptment with a diff tattoo artist in our area and they canceled and the only place open was this place and it was not a regret at all! Zell took care of us and he was absolutely amazing! Very nice and reasonable pricing and did an amazing job! you have to wait but good things come with patience :)

I originally got a tattoo from this place that was something that I wasn’t satisfied about however I contacted the shop and the owner and the manager redid the tattoo and it was what some of the most amazing work that I have ever gotten on my arm originally before I would not give a good rating however since they fixed their mistake and, did it in a very professional manner, five out of five stars and I heavily suggest going to a guy name tank at the North location he is an amazing artist and he did a very good job it was very professional.

Before arriving at Needle Masters I called and checked the availability. I was told to arrive in one hour which I did, upon arrival I was told that I had to wait another 45 minutes which I did as well. After an additional 45 minutes I still didn’t receive any service. Another guy said come in he could help us and to fill out the paper work which we did. Upon completing the paper work I was told that hr had people in front of us who had an appointment. At this time I realized that I wasn’t given an appointment when I was told that I should arrive in a hour. I was told at the time I called it was slow then it picked up. How did other people get in front of me when I was told I couldn’t come inside for a hour is something I don’t understand. I understand COVID has restrictions on the the number of people that can be inside but that doesn’t tell me why we didn’t have an appointment after bring given a time or how other people were in front of me that weren’t there when I initially called. Three hours after my first call another employee walked in with a terrible attitude and told us he’s not supposed to be at work because it’s his off day. Apparently we were expected to feel grateful for him being there and gave us a different price than the other guy. Due to his unprofessional attitude we left! No one with common sense is allowing someone with an attitude to put permanent ink on their body. The shop had my number and could have called to apologize but no one called. I’ll never go back to this location I have better things to do than waste my time.The women doing piercings were professional, quick and friendly!

Voodoo did my tongue piercing today and she was excellent! She was clean, and professional. She brings hospitality, comfort, and good vibes to everyone there. She’s great on informing clients on procedure and care. Definitely awesome & would go back for more piercings soon🥰

I’ve been going to Needle Masters South for the last 6 years. Have had multiple piercings and multiple tattoos, have recommended my family and friends go to Needle Masters as well. It was fate that the first time I walked in Mario was my tattoo artist. Over the years I have continuously gone back to have Mario do my art- he has covered up and fixed others work for me and has done 7 other beautiful tattoos for me. Because of not only the phenomenal work but the amazing atmosphere he created for me in the shop- I continued going back, it is also the reason I chose Needle Masters for my piercings as well. I was out of state for some time so put my body art plans on hold- Needle Masters and Mario is where I felt comfortable and knew I was guaranteed for a great experience. While back in town for a short period of time, I wanted to get some work done. I called Needle Masters twice that day to ensure Mario was going to be there. Twice they told me yes. I brought my mom who was interested in getting some work done, she called as well to make sure Mario was there that night and was told yes. I also brought along a friend who was interested in meeting Mario to plan her first tattoo. The three of us rode together the almost hour drive to Needle Masters, now having confirmed 3 times with the shop that Mario was going to be there. I get there and was told something came up, Mario can’t make it in tonight. As I’ve known Mario for years and know that’s not typical, I tried to not be frustrated by the scenario. It wasn’t until I was approached by another tattoo artist in the shop- who didn’t even introduce himself- did I truly get upset. He tried to do my tattoo, tried charging me 5x what Mario would and was only interested ifI had cash... being completely beyond frustrated all three of us left the shop. THANKFULLY I had one of Mario’s old business cards and was able to reach out to him directly. Turns out he is no longer at Needle Masters BUT he is still doing amazing artwork. Mario, I hope you can see this because you deserve another thanks. Thank you for always being honest and fair, always providing a wonderful atmosphere, and ALWAYS doing out of this world art for me. You did my original tattoo and my entire forearm for less than what the other guy tried to charge me and they both look better than I could have hoped for. Anyone trying to get in contact with Mario please go through him personally or feel free to contact me and I will pass you his information. As for Needle Masters? I was a loyal client to you for 6 years, my loyalty was rewarded with being lied to multiple times and my time wasted. I can promise you I will forever go somewhere else for future piercings and never recommend you again. It makes me sad that a place so dishonest had my loyalty for so long.

I had an appointment for 3:00 on A Sat.and I arrived on time and was told the guy I had appointment with wasnt there and he had called in sick.I wasnt messaged or anything saying he wasnt going to be in and I live 45 mins.away! Then I got passed to another artist who told me come back at 8 that night and I waited around in town with my husband and Two kids,10 year old and 2 year old .I arrived at 8 that night and didnt get tattooed until 9, with a different artist who was actually awesome and very respectful :) ! Two small tattoos that took 20 mins.to finish took up 6 hours of my day, just because I wasnt told the artist I had my original appointment with called in sick :( But THANK U SPADE FOR GETTING THE JOB DONE !!!

I came today to get a tattoo in my friend’s writing. Spade did an amazing job with a single needle tattoo that looks beautiful. While I was there, I also got my Medusa pierced by Voodoo. She is amazing and definitely knows her stuff. I 100% recommend these two!

Very good vibe about the shop in general. I was getting my ears repierced since they closed, and I have a traumatic event with a needle so I get EXTREME anxiety when a needle is involved. I get extremely nervous when it comes down to getting shots and things like that. I went into a stall so voodoo could do my ears and I was already crying. It was honestly the worst anxiety I have ever felt when it comes to shots and things like that. She helped me through by saying it barely hurts and it’s fast and easy. I held my dads hand and she did it quickly. I really am thankful for her helping me through it. Then I also got a jolly rancher too 😀.

VOODOO I FREAKING LOVE YOU! She did amazing job I got my industrial done today I recommend her shes so cool and nice Im definitely going back an if you want pierced ask for voodoo! :)

Absolutely great place. You definitely get what you give as far as respect and service. Solid work. I have had every piercing I have done (14 total for now) here and I swear by their work.

Staff was able to get me in for some piercings and appeared clean and professional. Unfortunately the piercings were crooked. Asked for them to be taken out. Wasnt charged but now I need to wait for them to heal again and hopefully not create any scar tissue which could make it difficult to repierce. Overall not an experience I wanted. Ill find another place after they heal.

I got my 6 year olds ears pierced here a few days ago. Ben spoke to her as a person, not a child. He explained what would happen and did a good job of putting her at ease. She had no tears and so far, 3 days later, no swelling or pain! Everything was sterile and done professionally, and as Ben said, it was easier than tying her shoes!

Last second decision to get a tattoo with a friend of mine. She had already planned what she wanted and knew where it was going to go. Because this was a decision on a whim, I decided not to get anything. When her tattoo was done we were walking out the door and one of the employees called me a barker because I didnt get anything done. If youre going to talk poorly about your clientele, at least wait until they leave. Her tattoo was of good quality, but I will not be back due to the comments made. Sorry I didnt want to put something permanent on my body without any thought for what I wanted...

I needed my 2 year olds ears re-pierced after her one ear closed. I called first and the person on the phone was kind and knowledgeable. When I arrived we had to wait a little bit, but they were kind. They did such a quick job with my daughter she didn’t cry or feel a thing. I’m glad they were nice and knew what they were doing. Highly recommended. I’m pretty sure he guys name was Ben.

Spade is a creative master. I would trust no one else. His customer service is wonderful and he makes the whole experience memorable. He listens to you and what you want. Got my cartilage pierced about a month ago. Barely any pain and seemed to be healing just fine. Until I noticed today that my ear was swelled and the studs were sinking into my ear. Went in to get it looked at and Ben was very friendly and helpful. Highly satisfied.

I went in today and got two dermals and my niece got a nose piercing and Voo Doo was awesome. She was very professional and took the time to explain everything without missing a beat. I went there for a nose piercing about six months ago and Ben not only did a good job, but he made me feel at ease.Yesterday, I got my first tattoo and went back there because of how nice they were for my piercing. Shu was very kind and patient and made me feel at ease like Ben did. Most importantly, he did a good job on my tattoo and carefully explained the aftercare. I am glad Shu did my first tat and will return to him for a subsequent tat. My husband already scheduled a visit with him, and he has multiple tats.Even if the prices are higher than other places, it is worth it, as you get quality care and a quality product. You get your moneys worth. :)
