These guys seem to know their business. Very helpful and courteous. I expected theyd have my boat a week...it was done in a day and a half. Ill be using them again soon when I have to winterize my boat and I recommend them. Thanks Tim in service and your mechanics.

In todays world of professionalism, this place is a Junk Yard of Marine World. On multiple occasions, I have received sour attitudes, improper communication, lack of compassion and willingness to help from the management staff. This trickles down to the rest of the employees, and the attitude can be felt throughout the organization.I personally know several people who have been lied to about improper winterization, resulting in cracked engine blocks, and cracked and leaking manifolds when only the exhaust hoses needed to be replaced.If youre looking for a place with honest people, look elsewhere.

Nice, clean and very handy

I have worked with the service department for the past couple of years. Very knowledgeable and helpful even came to my club to change a water pump on one of my motors and didnt bend me over on the price. I will keep using them.

After spending nearly $800.00 my boat still doesnt run correctly.Mechanic is a parts replacer not a true mechanic.Would be OK is the parts fixed the problem but that isnt the case.Not going back.
