What a great company and a great product! They were very conscientious to make the product perfectly and keep me informed about it shipping. I could not compliment them enough and I will be doing all of my Bimini and canvas work with them from now on.

I purchased a boot for my pontoon bimini and made a mistake in my measurements. I called them admitting my mistake. Their reply was that they have the boot I need in stock and will ship it today and include a shipping label to return the first one sent. I offered to pay shipping since it was my mistake, they said no need.For the record, outside of my fit issue, the quality of the boot is top notch.This is how customer service should be!

This is the best company that I deal with. I am in the boat building business, and they make exactly what I need. It is top quality, complete craftsmanship. If you are looking for a cheap, eBay type cover, I would not call. They build custom, perfectly made tops. I call and tell them what I have, and what I want, a short time later, a perfect top comes in. I would give this company 100 stars if I could. And awesome customer service. Absolutely no problems.

I ordered a bimini cover online from Northstar. I received it in a timely fashion. It fits great, hole for the top light is in the right place. It looks really good on the boat. Too bad they can get only 5 stars here, Id rate these guys higher.

Great experience and price. Quick communication and delivery. I have ordered 3 different tops over the last 10 years. I needed new stitching on the oldest one and Northstar made it like new again.

North Star is absolutely over a 5 but that as far as it goes. They have been so helpful and so patient with us in getting the correct size of storage boot. It has been 3 times at this time that the have to continue to send a larger size. We have not been sure how to order this product and they have been absolutely more helpful than anyone has ever been to us. We want them to not ge too frustrated with us because their product is over the top. The boot is made perfect and we received a product better than we ever dreamed of receiving. We figured it would be something that will last a couple years then we will have to order again but the product they send us will last longer than the boat. I want to thank all of the employees who work for Northstar for putting together such a fine product. If people don’t order from this company then you’re settling for second best when for the same price you can buy the best. This is definitely a 10 Star company!!!

I want to thank everyone at Northstar Products. The customer service was outstanding. We couldnt find a Bimini top for our boat so they made us one from our measurements. We were having guests for the weekend and the boat was not usable because of the missing top. They rushed it through production and sent it by UPS with no additional charges. Awesome Experience. Very knowledgable and the bimini was better than expected. I was able to put a bimini on my boat for a third of what the local guys wanted. Easy to install.

Piss poor communication. Was told it would be done on a certain day, and here I am still waiting a week after It should have been done. I called and now they are waiting on parts? A phone call would have alleviated my frustration.

I wouldnt even give them a full star if It would let me. This business is a straight up scam. worthless shady salesman who said he would send 1 box of complimentary gloves, which turned out to be a case of 12 boxes and an invoice for 463.12. Worthless service, worthless people, worthless company I would not recommend doing any business with this company
