Great deals on furniture appliances and delivery

I think this is the second time I have bought a washer/dyer from them. The last units lasted 7 years and they were used. Sale person was wonderful. Showed us options that would work for us, and gave us a great deal on delivery and take away. The washer/dyer we picked was a amazing deal, and works great!. The Delivery guys were also wonderful, they hooked everything up for us, and took away are old ones. They were on time, and very nice to my husband who was home, but due to an injury could not go downstairs with them. I will be using them again in the future.

I was blessed to have a set of lamps bought for me, unfortunately one of them had the switch malfunction not long after I got them. I returned the defective one to the store and, I cant remember the mans name, but they had the exact same lamps right there in the store and he just exchanged it, right then and there. No problem. I was so happy with that and the furniture was quite nice. I will certainly purchase items from them in the future just based on this mans outstanding customer service.

My husband and I bought a stackable washer/dryer combo on September 7 2018 for $429. They gave us a 30 day warranty which is great on day 35 the dryer starting sounding like it was grinding. My husband took the back side of the dryer off (because we were out of the warranty given) to find out what it was maybe grease the spinning mechanism or figure out the problem. We got it greased up and it was no longer grinding and now 15 days later it is making the same grinding noise as it had previously. The gentleman strongly and repeatedly told NOT to wash blankets or bedding in it so I have been taking all blankets and bedding to the laundromat as advised to us. Well come to find out the washer just spins in one direction and does not agitate back and forth as normal washers do. All we we really expected from a used appliance was to last a year and that is why we didn’t just buy the $225 off of Facebook and we went to these people and paid twice the price because we thought it would be at least a little more reliable to get us through a year. As it stands now I would recommend going elsewhere to purchase higher dollar used appliances.

I am so glad that other location closed cause they sold my wife a sofa and loveseat that had bed bugs in it ppl dont buy used furniture including mattress cause if it happen to me it can happen to u i went to this place a while back n i saw insects n there furniture i havent been back since but dont buy used furniture
