The young ladies here are not friendly. Went in today & there was one girl stocking hair dye where I was trying to look & she acted like I wasnt even there. She even brushed past me without a word. The Jackman location is better to be honest.

I walked into this location with my 5 year old Daughter we didnt get greeted at all. The cashier gave us a dirty look, then the store manager was putting items away on the shelf asked is there something I can help you find right away. We where only in the store for less than 30 seconds. I said to the store manager no one greeted us as we walked in. She said Oh, I thought someone did I felt like she was was being forcefully nice from that point on. My shopping trip was not pleseant I felt rushed and uncomfortable I will not be returning! I live in the neighborhood but I will stick to the minority beauty supply store where I am greeted welcomed.

The young lady behind the counter was very helpful. And I am very pleased with the clippers she helped me pick out

Totally recommend this location! Had a great experience at this store last week. I think they may have hired new staff, because the store associate who attended me went above and beyond to make sure I was helped to the best of her abilities.

This has been my go-to place for anything having to do with my hair for at least five years now. I always refer Sallys to all of my friends as well. Over the years, most of the girls that have worked in there have been pretty knowledgeable about any questions that Ive had... Although a good tip is to always do your own research as well because Ive had some bad advice given/wrong products suggested several times in the past. But over all, great selection of all types of beauty supplies! As well as great deals, especially with a Sallys card! Best part- no professional cos license required but you can still get professional quality results!
