Excellent service. They are knowledgeable about boating needs. They will also let you return a product you are not happy with but I never have. Prices are usually a bit higher but they always price match.

Waited 2 weeks to get a part that I could get online for $150 cheaper when ask for a refund they did not have the cash in the register to give me my money back had to put it on my credit card as the employee that was helping me was talking to a customer for over 10 minutes that had nothing to do with boating overpriced unorganized bad customer service

The store is always clean and the staff is always super helpful when it comes to finding merchandise. The merchandise is rather pricey on almost everything. Even lower unit oil is 3 times what it costs at a department store for the same brand. Otherwise this is definitely a place to go if you need something in a hurry.

HOT girls that work there but High prices didnt have what I was looking for. The girls and staff are very knowledgeable they told me where I could get really good deals. I would recommend going there if your looking for hot girls to look at.

They had the part I was looking for. I didnt need to go looking for anywhere else. And the prices are good. Thats why I recommend shopping there.

Called ahead to check on availability of a Bravo O-ring located between the upper and lower gear housing in a common Bravo One outdrive. In the middle of my description of the part, Todd, the manager interrupted me and said I know the part. He said he had it in stock for $9.95 so I headed the 30 miles to the store. When I arrived, Todd couldnt be bothered to help myself and a sales associate find the part. He would just point in the direction of what he thought I needed. Over there he would vaguely gesture. Finally, and frustrated, he actually came to help, selecting a TRANSOM seal kit from the display. He then argued with me about what I needed until I showed him a picture on my phone. He then decided that no, West Marine didnt carry that. I wasted over an hour simply because Todd at West Marine doesnt know how to LISTEN to the customer, and has very little knowledge about common lower unit designs and maintenance. Worst manager ever. Promote one of the other people and lose this clown. I know I will never return.

If youre looking for parts for your boat this is a place to go. The prices are high but if you need it now there is a chance they will have it. They have stuff to fix your boat and things to enjoy the open water.

West Marine, you have lost our online order business. My Wife ordered a new pair of foul weather pants. They charged our card not once but twice, and 2 different locations, both west marine (guessing one was warehouse/online 2nd is store fulfilling it). .Their reply? Oh, we do that all the time, a charge will drop off eventually. Defender, Mauri Pro, or even direct online to mfr from now on.

Checked the website for store hours at the Toledo Summit Street location. Stated Open Today 10 AM to 5 PM. Arrived at 11 AM to find the store Closed on Sundays. My laundry list of Quicksilver products, spark plugs, and prop will be purchased elsewhere. Bad policy to advertise your open for business when you arent.
