Toledo Door and Window did an excellent, professional job replacing our sliding door. The salesman was honest and upfront. There was 0 pressure to buy. They installed the door in half a day and it looks amazing and operates prefect and smooth. We highly recommend them if you want straight honest service with a very high quality product.

Very helpful sales people and quality doors. My door installation went smoothly with high quality work. They have many more entry door options than you can find at the big home improvement stores. The price will be slightly higher but you will get much better quality and service.

He was extremely professional and wasn’t pushy at all about upgrading to the most expensive window or even making a decision that day. Large Showroom - Professional Team! What more can you ask from the BEST Window And Door Company?! But the SERVICE and PRODUCTS are SECOND TO NONE! Toledo Door And Window replaced our entry doors and garage door and words cannot express how much of an improvement it made to not only our home but our lives! We went with the insulated garage door which in the summer its cooler to get in to our cars and WARMER - yes - WARMER in the winter with an easier car start due to the amazing insulation factor - well worth the few extra $$s! AND the entry doors with storm doors - A-M-AZ-I-N-G! Even on the coldest day in the winter i can open the door and look through the storm door and feel nothing of the arctic temperatures! Seriously...close the door and you hear nothing outdoors or feel any sense of cold or heat! Provia doors are the best! PLUS WE JUST LOVE THE SECURE KEYLESS ENTRY and easy handles for our older friends with frail hands. But finally I want to share we live in one the areas where the homes were classically built in the 20s - beautiful wood floors..wood windows...slate roof...etc...but our door openings are different...more narrow than todays standard...NOT A PROBLEM for Toledo Door And Window - their team was quick to custom size our door but the true craftsmen came out when they installed it with such grace and skill. But here is the punchline...wait for it...the pictures here are years old...and you WOULDNT EVEN KNOW IT....Toledo Door And Window replaced our doors a few years ago and we are as happy today as we were the day they installed them! A BIG THANK YOU TO TEAM TOLEDO DOOR AND WINDOW!! YOU ARE THE BEST!

Toledo Window and Door carries Provia exterior doors. They are top quality. I need one to replace one in my garage.Sales person was very helpful and got a quote for me before I left. They have their own installers on staff.I reccomend them.

Technicians, Troy and Chaston did an excellent job. They gave a courtesy call to let me know they were on their way and arrived first thing at 8:30am. They took pride and gave concern about the condition of the garage door and equipment as if it was their own. Very laid back and easy to talk to while they worked. They were fast, helpful, and efficient. I have always heard great things about Toledo Door and Window. Glad I got to experience that service personally. I definitely recommend them! The windows I bought from Toledo Door and window have black mold growing on the inside the window frame and the out. I have to keep my blinds and drapes closed as soon as the temperatures drop . There is so much cool air coming .There is sooo much condensation on the inside of the windows you can’t see out them even if you do have the drapes open .I don’t believe they were installed properly . Toledo say it is humidity in my house. . I have an 8 foot slider that doesn’t have condensation or mold.ToledoDoor and window takes no Responsibility for my problem, the worst Company I’ve ever dealt with.

Ron did a great job on my door. Its beautiful. Some of the door trim was scratched on arrival, but Ron ordered more and came back out to fine-tune the door. It wasnt any easy job as the house is old and the old door wasnt true. I commend Ron for his attention to detail. Thanks.

My opinion on this company is a grade F. I had windows put in through the whole house, nine windows. So four of the nine windows start having issues,one cracked three the gas has escaped between the glass and two of them have issues with opening. So I call Toledo Door and Window because there is a lifetime warranty. Wrong,they said they would not honor the warranty. No explanation. So if you do use them for your windows please read your warranty. Thank you.

Terrible customer service, very rude and disrespectful. Telling us that if we don’t get the “expensive insulated garage door, that we are stupid”.Oh I guess we can give you $100 off. Disappointing that they do not execute a professional business operation. Pete, maybe try something different.

I contacted Toledo Door and Window to put in 3 replacement windows. They were extremely fussy about being paid. They WANTED, nearly DEMANDED, a credit card while I preferred to write a check. They finally agreed to accept my check. When the windows were installed I never got a receipt and I never got a warranty. I called and requested a receipt and the warranty and it never came. I then wrote a letter asking for a receipt and a warranty. A VP called me assuring me that I would get both. I never did. I called again to ask and was told that if I HAD A PROBLEM it was my responsibility to call them!!! I just purchased a new garage door and I DID NOT CALL Toledo Door and Window.

We live outside of Toledo and were pleasantly surprised at the fast & friendly service. It started from the receptionist through to Bill the service agent. Thank you for such prompt service. We had the main spring & a bad gear in the motor replaced.

The man who installed my garage was extremely kind and helpful, threw in a free sealing for the door, and fixed one of our eyes for free. It was fairly priced, installation was fast, and the man cleaned up his the mess from the installation. I would definitely recommend to others!!!

I was so dismayed when my garage door jammed open sideways about a foot and I could not get my truck out for an appointment. But disappointment set in when I called your service department (before 1 pm) and was told that no one could come out until the next day. Not being able to drive for my appointment was bad but not being able to secure my home if I found a ride to my appointment was even worse.All this after being a customer for over 25 years. I found another company to come within 2.5 hours to service my broken door even after never doing business with them.**UPDATE** 2-22-2021 I had the replacement door slab from Provia installed today by Toledo Door & Window. Provia was not willing to act on my warranty issue but the installing company that I purchased the door from, Toledo Door & Window went to bat for me and got a new door slab ordered for us. It came much sooner than expected but the issue with this sealant seeping from the window in the door I was told was most likely caused by the storm door that created heat buildup between the storm door and interior door. I do not believe this is correct because this door has two side lights and both side lights have sealant seeping from around the window trim and there was no storm covering on them.Provia no longer uses a sealant but has moved to a gasket to seal the windows in the doors and side lights, most likely for this reason. So I cannot and will not endorse their product. They refused to honor the warranty when I spoke to them of this issue and only acted on my issue after the installing company of their product got involved.In my conversation with Bob Bollin, he has assured me that the situation that I had before with a stuck open garage door and service not being available until the following day will not happen again.Thank you Bob Bollin and Toledo Door & Window for making things right.

Nice staff, here for the cats and coffee shows they host on Saturday mornings, dates on a Facebook event page, free coffee and donuts and wonderful classic cars whats not to love!

We had 2 custom made doors made by Provia purchased and installed by Toledo Door and Window, took about 8 weeks from first visit, they charged 30% less than other Provia supplier in the area,the quality and function of the door exceeded my expectations, and last but not least their installer was on time, professional with all parts of a difficult job.
