7 out of 10 times over last 4 years get home with wrong parts between brake pads, wrong filters, and ect... this was last straw! Orileys or napa or advanced will have all my future business. I even called headquarters last time... nothing oh Im sorry sir we try our best to stay on top of things bla bla bla!

They are always fantastic at this location. I bought some windshield wiper fluid and wasnt 100% sure where it went (lol Im definitely a girl) and he filled it for me and ran a check engine read for me and printed out the paperwork of what I need to buy and explained it all to me.

Probably one of the better parts stores Ive ever been in Christy is very awesome she knows what shes doing and she knows what she talks about and I wish more places had people like her her personality she just you cant say no more about her she takes care of business she knows what youre talking about she knows what shes talking about I cant say nothing better about it shes just awesome the whole store theyll have a couple people there a little slow but youll have that but Im as far as personalities and that stuff for most part there theyre all great

Alexis autozone this guy that help me. Was no help at all. His energy towards me was very unpleasant. I ask him for help to assist me with my car. Lets just say I had to do it on my own. This was around 330pm.Horrible service!!!

Rude! I called back to inform them that my husband would no longer be getting a part that was on hold and they were SO rude...just hung up on me! Not worth it to be polite to them! Not only that, but I heard the guy that answered the phone, complaining before he stated his greeting on the phone. Really unprofessional!

I bought a battery back in August. But again my vehicle would not start. I called AAA and had my jeep jumped. Then drove to the AutoZone on Alexis. I did not have my receipt . The very nice guy working found it and cam out and tested my charging system. He found out it was ahead battery. He then replaced it with another and tested again. All is working. He would not let me stand in the cold and had me stay inside while he worked. All said and done and with no cost to me. My experience today was wonderful. Thank you.

Im thrilled through this time of a pandemic where things are at a stand still, a necessity like Autozone remains open to help keep our vehicles in motion. Which doesnt seem to defer employees at these locations to help a customer in need... It just feels wrong that half of America is unemployed, with major financial compensation, while members of the essential job community have to work with no additional compensation, meanwhile having to be potentially exposed to the virus. I think they deserve SOMETHING. Thanks Autozone.

My son is fixing up a Tahoe I gave him he’s spent over 1,100$ at auto zone the last fewMonths went in Today to be cornered after they followed him then accused of stealing they said cops were on the way wouldn’t show proof said it was on tape! 30 minutes prior his friend got accused also for stealing they are both black seems to be the issue 😕

George was Awesome! He put in my air filter. I thought when I had my oil changed they did it automatically but they didnt. I learned a lot.

I bought bulbs there for both the head lights and the brake lights and the young man put them in for free!! He said that they do that, also. Before putting in the brake light bulbs, he checked the fuse to make sure that it wasnt a fuse problem.

Came right out and pulled the code on my van

I was waiting in line for at least 4 minutes and the only other person in the store was talking all 3 people that were working. not one of the 3 decided hey maybe I should go ring this guy who only has items up. I left em on the counter and walked out and in the parking lot I looked back inside and 2 of the 3 were looking at me all mad.

Went there with a headlight out .The girls at the counter were very helpful.Frank Duffy replaced it for us!!Awesome service!!We were out of there within minutes!!! Frank is the BEST!!!

I was looking for unique exhaust pieces for our paving machine First went to OReilly on Alexis and Lewis no help at all told me to go to muffler shop, then went to AutoZone on laskey and Lewis again no help. Figured I would try again at AutoZone on Alexis and Douglas. To my surprise, they were extremely helpful I have a broken wrist Kimmie there cleared a spot off on the counter for me to peice together the entire exhaust system I needed, and even carried the parts out to my truck. Was just amazing customer service at that location. Thanks Kimmie

Im an African American. I was harassed and stereotyped. Was followed Around the store by the manager. I felt extremely uncomfortable during the entire ordeal. The energy of this site was negativity. I could feel that they wanted me to leave while attempting to remain professional. I, later, called the store to talk with them regarding their customer service. I explained how I acknowledged them following around the store. It felt like harassment and was very unfair. The manager simply stated: Im sorry about your experience.I will never, ever return to this store. Every again ...

The computer was giving the employee difficulties, instead of handling it in a professional manner, he proceeded to slam the keyboard and throw parts around...I had a coupon code to get 10% off, which clearly stated 2 different codes, 1 for in store, 1 for online... He gave me attitude and said that I could only use in online....Speaking to the manager wasnt much help either. He stated he never heard of Uber drivers getting 10% off... I seem to NEVER have a problem at the store down by meijers... Instead of researching it, he instantly thought it was some kind of scam...
