I’m sure they offer great service and I personally know a couple guys that work there but for being a glass company they have one of Toledo’s worst facades. But I guess i guess those rusted steel sash frames blend in well with the brick. It’s the last building before you leave downtown Toledo doesn’t leave a good impression.

I took them an overly large builder’s mirror out of my bathroom and they cut it into 3 smaller mirrors for an unbelievably low price. Work was done in a reasonable time frame and was done well. Highly recommended!

Ordered two odd shaped tempered glass windows, was helped by a Cody. Easy to order, came in a week, fair price. Will definitely go back if I break another window.

Automated phone system did not work well for service, had to move on to another company. They need a service line to make the connection and sell some service. Really did not have time to mess with it.

The quality of their work is absolutely impeccable however I had to wait at the top of the stairs and their entrance area for about an hour before I actually spoke with anyone because there was only two people on the office and neither one of them could see up front.

I had recently ordered two large pieces of glass for an outdoor table. The glass was completed a few days earlier than they had predicted (yay!). When I arrived to pick them up the group there was very nice and welcoming. They helped me load the glass in the back of my jeep and bent several boxes to help prevent any bouncing. It was on a whim that I used them and Im glad I did. I recommend them and will use them going forward. I should also say the glass is in great condition months later.
