Ive been waiting to hear back about getting my rim replace since may......i was in an accident and when i got my car back, my driver side rear rim was still messed up so they said they would make it right....ive been waiting since may. I have called almost every week and get someones voicemail & my call never gets returned. MY INSURANCE COMPANY ALREADY PAID FOR THE RIM AND THEY WILL NOT INSTALL IT, might need a lawyer on this one.....WOW

Well I can see at least ten people had the same awful experience as me! Theyve had my husbands BMW over 100 days and still dont have it done. They told my husband it was done and they left exposed seam sealer and ordered the wrong bumper and drilled holes in it. And now they are waiting for more parts to put it back together......avoid this shop at all costs. Will be consulting my attorney and taking my car to be fixed elsewhere.

I showed the day I was told that my car would be ready and it wasnt. Since I had to pay for my rental out of my pocket. I would have known this if someone would have answered the phone. The next day it was ready the next day but the lady at the desk treated as if she never saw me the day before. Compassion goes a long way, but I guess that was too much to ask for.
Very unimpressed with the lack of service and respect I have received from Yark Collision. I was in a car accident in November and they’ve had my Jeep ever since. They said everyday it’s going to be ready and the time rolls around I don’t hear from them. Did I mention I have no rental? So I’ve been without my Jeep for 2 plus months and they have no sense of urgency to get it back to me.Update: after multiple calls and texts I finally got my Jeep back. Unfortunately am not satisfied with how it was returned. Gas on empty, random screws in the door pocket, and my car not cleaned at all. Sad with my experience
Honestly they do fine work but their communication and lack of timeliness in responding is pretty sad which is the reason for my rating. I will never use them again after this last time.

If I could give Zero stars I would. One word HORRIBLE. I should have read reviews. After 2 days shy of having my car for 3 months, received it back with damages to car, poor workmanship, and paint defects. Spoke with manager, Supervisor and even emailed president of company with NO results. Manager hid behind desk when I picked up car(he saw me and ducked behind monitor) and did not even have the decencies to apologize for all the issues and lengthiness of having my vehicle. After $8,000+ in repairs I now have to take it to another shop to get fixed correctly and repair damages that they did. Hopefully you do not make the same mistake I did and not read review., I could have saved thousands and received a better quality and more timely repair if I took it to Maaco. It was not about saving money it was quality I was looking for. I took it to dealer expecting superior service and got inferior service. I would recommend going somewhere else. I hardly ever write a review but felt this was warranted for I spent a lot of money and would hope no one would ever have to put up with what I had to go through.

My vehicle was in for the white paint adhesion recall. It had to go through service to go to the body shop. The service portion was a mostly positive experience - I was provided a loaner and updated through the 2+ week experience. What pains me is I was told by one service rep and the body shop quoting rep that my entire vehicle might get repainted because of the numerous areas paint was peeling off. Of course that was NOT the case. The car looks fine for now but I am worried about how the paint is going to hold up. It is evident the repainting was performed only in the immediate area of peeling and I am concerned this is only a temporary fix and the paint will bubble and peel again because the area was not fully repainted. In my option, the repaint performed was a high end touch up not a fix to the adhesion problem. An additional concern for quality of work is the repaint near the gas tank door. The technician did not clean the area and there is white over spray on dirt now.
I was very pleased with the service I received at this facility. The staff was very friendly and professional and Ross Granger make sure he kept me up to date of the progress of my automobile.It was done in a timely manner and I would definitely use them again, but I hope I dont have too. (Smile)

We scheduled the appointment and I dropped the car off.After some communication issues, Michael called me and apologized, took responsibility for what had occurred and did everything in his power to make it right. He did. I was very pleased with how professional and understanding he was handling my concerns/issues. Without going into the minute details, the Yark Collision Center earned my business going forward. This is why I return to Yark for service and any work related to my vehicle. I had the unfortunate experience of being involved in a minor auto accident, but was lucky enough to go to Yark Body Shop. I was treated with much professionalism and respect throughout the entire process. Dennis walked me through everything and explained things very thoroughly. He reviewed the repairs with me after the work was completed, to make sure I was not just satisfied with the work, but happy. Shari was great with all of the paperwork, and always greeted me with a smile! She took care of everything, even things like calling my car rental agency to let them know I was ready to be picked up, etc – I appreciated that! Sometimes all of those “little things” add up to make the experience a positive one! Not too long after, I unfortunately hit a deer – NOT a great experience, obviously, but the group at Yark Body Shop made everything perfect again. If you have questions during or after the process, they are very quick to respond and make sure you are satisfied. Any time you see one of the Service Technicians in the office or in the parking lot, they are friendly and professional as well. I appreciate what the team at Yark Body Shop has done – although I hope to NOT have to need their service again! However, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. My son and I were in an accident in my 2015 Dodge Dart, I had it towed to Yark. Right from the start Erics called to make sure I was alright, then she explained the process. She walked us through all the insurance BS. Derek and Eric were FANTASTIC making sure I was informed at every step, after I pick Ed my car up, it was perfect! I could not tell it was in an accident. Eric called the next day to make sure everything was fixed. No complaints and fixed right the first time.
Yark Body shop is by far the most affordable, reliable, and professional body shop Ive ever had to deal with. They go above and beyond what is asked of them. Chad was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and experienced. I highly recommend them (by the way, I bought my last 3 cars from Brown Honda, but Id still recommend you go to Yark for any body work.
They had my car for 4 days for scratches and said my car was done. I got there to realize there was more scratches under the paint along with it pieces of dirt that were painted AND there was big gouges in the bumper that were completely visible, AND there was stress cracks all over!!
As usual, anything associated with Yark and BMW is great. Customer service had my estimate done in a timely manner. Staff was professional and friendly. Hope I dont have to go back to Yark Collision... obviously, but if I ever do need body work done...I know where to go.
A few weeks ago my vehicle was hit by a small animal on the expressway (I-90 in Cleveland). It was still drivable, so I was able to drive it back to NW Ohio and begin the repair process. The animal damaged the front bumper of my vehicle, washer fluid reservoir, and additional components as well.I took it to Yark and they worked with my insurance company to get my vehicle repaired and return it to the condition it was prior to the impact. I am pleased to say that everyone was helpful, curtious, and professional.It was about a week to perform all the repair work nesesary. I especially appreciated the ability to be able to contact the service coordinator by phone, to get updates on the vehicles progress.It all went smoothly and afterwards I was left with a fully repaired vehicle. I am very pleased with the quality of the service I received, as well as the workmanship.I would definitely recommend this collision center to others.

I had an interesting experience here. Service took longer than expected and initial communication was poor. After I called twice, sent a chat to the customer service office and an email, I finally got a returned call, an apology and a confirmation that I could have the services completed that day. I appreciate their apology for the poor communication.
Called and set up an appointment and had my girlfriend take our car to get looked at while I was at work. Said theyll call us when estimate got approved. Estimate gets approved we had to call them back, to make sure. Talked to Erica she said shell call us with a date and time for us to drop off the car. Days go by and we called her back and left a voicemail and still to this day havent received a phone yet. Place is trash dont waste your time. Go to a real legitimate body shop with excellent customer service.

I took my car into the body shop on Monday morning last week after promptly receiving my estimate and was told it would be done by the end of the week. When I called to check on it on Friday, Eric said that my car would by done by 4:00, and when I went to pick it up it was completed, as promised, and he personally took it to the car wash before I drove it home. Both Eric and Chris were very professional and they did a great job. Excellent service from Yark, as always!
I had a little mishap with my RV trailer and it hit the back of my BMW X5. I took it to Yark as it was one of the Body shops recommended by my insurance company for a no wait estimate. Chad T. Took excellent care of my vehicle. He did a very fast estimate while I waited and oreded all the parts and I had the work completed in two day just in time for my next weekend excursion. The work was wonderful. You cant even tell I have a new bumper and lower tailgate. The paint matches perfect. I previously had a rattle in the hatch and its now gone. Bonus! Honestly I was dreading the process of going through a collision on my vehicle. Erica at Yark Collision made the entire process very easy for me. When I picked up my vehicle, my bank showed transaction went through for my deductible, however Erica said it didn’t. Erica let me take my car home until the bank cleared on the transaction so I wouldn’t be charged twice. What great customer service she showed me. Going above and beyond what I would have expected from any other collision center. Thank you Yark Automotive!
Boy, I should have read the reviews before entrusting my car to Yark. They have had it since October 21st and keep extending the completion date. I understand problems can arise but to go from November 14th to November 27th to maybe the end of November if things go right is unacceptable. They don’t communicate with the customer and when you call the phone rings and rings and rings...If it wasn’t for me calling them there would be ZERO communication. If I need future work I won’t be going to Yark.
Cant get them to answer the phone, then when you fill out the form online, they never get back to you.

Yark Body has no pride in their work. Ive had to take my BMW back so many times that Ive lost count. I originally took it in for a fairly simple repair. Replace my passenger side mirror and the glass in my passenger side door. Simple. Right? No. I think Ive been back five times. The quality of work is so poor and they dont have a quality control process. It seems that nobody actually looks over your vehicle before they give it back to you. Ive taken my car back and pointed out obvious issues, like bubbles in the paint, and the response is Oh yeah. That happens. Well fix it. Do not take your car here.
Marty Almester at the Body Shop was very helpful and understanding of the situation. He made the process easy from start to finish and stayed in contact with me while my car was being worked on. They dealt with my insurance company and handled everything with the rental company - I didnt need to make any arrangements on my own. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and I really appreciate the attention my vehicle and my situation received. They kept my car a little longer than I anticipated, but it was well worth the wait! Be patient with them - they are really on your side when it comes to making things right and its not something you want to rush! Highly recommend.

I have been to Yark Collision twice in the last year and both times I was given exceptional service as well as communication about the status of my vehicle repairs. Ross and Erica are both wonderful and would highly recommend this shop.
Took them 11 days past the projected finish date they gave me for my vehicle, they had it a total of 26 days instead of the project 15 days. They did not call or try to let me know where the repairs were with my vehicle, did not answer the phones majority of the time and front desk just puts you on hold for 15 minutes without giving answers. They didn’t clean my vehicle or anything even with the horrible customer service. I was in an accident and even my insurance company couldn’t get through to them, neither could the rental company.
Had to have a rear bumper repaired. Other estimates were $800.00 or more. Yark fixed it for just over $300.00. Looks great and great service.
I had a wonderful experience they not only stand by there work they fixed the problem and only had my car overnight. ... so happy i bought my car through them !!!!!! Greatly appreciate all you have done for me! !!!
TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE! At this point they have had my car for 20 business days on a collision repair that was supposed to take 7 business days. Ill give them 4 days for my insurance company, 5 days for parts. They are still 4 days past and it STILL isnt done. No communication, i cannot even get them to call me for a weekly update, I have to call them. Went there to pick up my car and it was not done. After arguing with them they called enterprise to get me a rental. Now they are saying it will be done on business day 21. Im not holding my breath.Seriously save yourself a giant headache and take the car somewhere else. Some place that will at least take accountability for their actions.

I had a couple issues with my 2013 Dodge Challenger after I purchased it from Yark, I addressed these issues with a couple of there top management and supervisors and voiced my concerns. I was expecting the usual sorry its a used car and it is what it is and the factory warranty has expired and you know the routine! But after speaking with them not only did they fix every problem I had above and beyond my expectation they didnt charge me a dime !!!! They are truly a class act dealership who thrive on taking care of there customers an experience Ive never had at any other dealer ! I will be looking to buy the next best beast Dodge puts out such as a Hellcat or Deamon and look forward to only purchasing thru Yark ! If you want service even if you didnt buy at Yark I suggest you bypass the rest and drive too Yark the will defiantly treat your vehicle as if it was there own which is all I asked them too do :)

Eric seemed earnestly apologetic for the length of repair!Do not take your car here- they have no concept of time or the inconvenience they are causing when they take your truck in.They say it will be about a week now they have had my car for 15 days and it still might not be ready today. Though they are polite that only goes so far and that alone is why I am not giving them a 1-Star.I scheduled this nearly a month out as well- not a last minute add in.
Me and my friend went in to get a estimate for a fender to get painted and we told the lady at the front desk specifically that we HAVE THE FENDER WITH US and we have the Vin number and no one came out with a estimate they gave me a bs estimate over the phone don’t come to this trash place but the reviews say it all.......

A 7 day repair took more than 7 weeks. When I got my car back, the wheels made a thumping noise, the convertible top is not closing properly, the cover above a tire fall off, the arm rest was now broken. I gave it back and told them that they can have the car from Friday morning until Tuesday evening. Guess what, it was not finished Tuesday, the person who was supposed to be working on it was not in. I am so done, I took my car and left. Make sure to take pictures before you give them your car, it might come back with new damage. And cancel your insurance for the next 2 months - you wont need it.
The Yark body shop did an awesome job fixing a dent in my new Fiat. The repair was done quickly and I was kept in the loop as to how the job was progressing. Best yet my Fiat looks as good as new!

I was not satisfied with the work I recently had done.i had work done on a jeep wrangler my vehicle was in service for 3 weeks they said it was electrical problem..when I did get my car back it did the same I took it in for .My car would not start the next day I picked my car up April 6 and April 7 it would not start. She said it was the battery. I will never buy or get my car service at yark I give you a 0 in stars after spending 700.00 very very disappointing
I will never use them again. First, it took alnost a month for them to be able to even work on my truck. Then once it was there, the nightmare began. I was told it would be done within 3 days. Drop it off monday morning at 815am per their request and was told nonday counted as day 1. Well called Wednesday and was told it will be done by thursday morning and just needed to be reassembled and inspected. Okay w.e then. Call thursday afternoon, oh it just needs cleaned and inspected, it will be done between 5p and 6p today. Well 530pm comes and get a call. It still needs to be inspected, it will be done by 9am tomorrow(friday).friday, 9am comes no call. 10am still no call. I call and leave a vm. 3pm comes and i finally get a hold of someone. They give me the same bs from yesterday that it needs inspected and will be done by 5pm....horrible horrible horrible service and keep giving nothing but excuss after excuss. I would recommend never taking a vehicle to them or their service department.
We have been back and forth three times now coupled with numerous phone calls to YARK. We brought in our vehicle for cosmetic repairs that have turned into bigger functional issues due to poor workmanship. My recent calls to contact and and speak with a YARK representative has resulted in my call being forwarded twice and ultimately to a voicemail. Horrible customer service and workmanship. IF YOU BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND TAKE PICTURES BUT REALISTICALLY DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

There was no communication. I had to leave messages that werent returned and when I actually reached someone, I was told they had been trying to contact me, although my phone showed otherwise. They didnt do the job they said they were going to do. They were supposed to do a paint job, they circled it on the paper, though they didnt do it, and I also had it returned to me with a bright blue coffee spot next to the chipped paint. I called to let them know, they said they would call me back when they had an opening, that was roughly 3 weeks ago. The worst I have dealt with; Im very disappointed.UPDATESo, I contacted Melissa and Eric, from the body shop emailed me about my car. I take my car in and show them the spots, I then must make an appointment to drop my car off for them to work on it. I drop my car off on April 27 and am told it will take approximately 3-4 days. I decide to call them on May 12, 3 weeks after I drop it off because I haven’t heard from anyone. I talked to Jay in the service department (who was helpful), who talked to Eric at the body shop. My car had been done since May 8, Eric had logged calls to me on the 8th and 12th. They must have my old number because I received no calls. However, they did have an alternate number and my email address, so I’m curious as to why there was no attempted contact after the 12th. They did the work they were supposed to do, but now there are scratches near the spoiler (it looks as if they used a buffer on it when working on the chipped paint). Now, I must figure out when I can go back to have them work on it, yet again. I am just so frustrated.

I had my car in a minor fender bender when another customer of yark backed into my car in the parking lot at one of the dealerships. It was so easy to get my car looked at and fixed in a really short amount of time! It only took a week from start to finish, they even found some other damage that i wasnt aware of that they fixed also! They kept in contact with me through the whole process and when i picked up my car i was in shock! The inside was SO CLEAN! They really went the extra mile, i hadnt asked for detailing of any kind and really didnt expect it, they threw out all my trash, swept the mats and floor, wiped down everything, folded and put a few articles of clothing i had in the backseat in my trunk and i even had tire shine on my wheels. I was SERIOUSLY impressed.
Worst body shop in town. Not too long ago I left a bad review because my car was at the shop for 3 and half months however 4 months later I pick up my car drove it for a week and couldnt help but notice the bad work theyve Done. Differential leaking oil alignment not done correctly and the paint job was awful you can see the flaws in the paint job. Took my car back and I complain to the manager ( Eric) of course this guy is so unprofessional Rude with an attitude. He promised me a loaner car which I never got Id call him and leave him voicemails but never returned any of my calls no hospitality no good customer service whatsoever. People might think Im exaggerating but the truth Im not. My insurance paid this shop a total of $40000 and still going up. Corporate will see reviews but they never put the effort into calling you to apologize or see whats going or offer you any kind of help. Way to go yark corp keep up the bad work. I strongly advice people whom might consider this shop for body or mechanic Work not to take their cars to them the name might be big but the actual picture says otherwise. I was stupid enough to listen to my Insurance claim adjuster when he recommended Yark body shop to fix my car unfortunately my insurance or yours will work with yark body shop against you. And they will do their best to get over on you. I hope after this review someone higher up in Mangament at yark body shop will contact me if they do Ill comment on here would what they offer but Im sure that they wont since theyre so great at bad customer service. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE SHOP AROUND TOLEDO HAS A LOTS OF SMALL BUSINESS BODY SHOPS WHO WILL GIVE YOU What you deserve as a customer and your money worth of good customer service

Place is garbage! My 4 year old niece could had done better work.
I was involved in a car accident and brought my car in for repairs. They did the necessary repairs, however I received my car back with problems that were not there after the accident. They removed my driver side handle to paint, however a piece broke and they had to order it. I had to wait a little over a week to bring back the car again to install it. After I received the car back the 1st time, I lost the ability to lock my car, even manually. I naively assumed that the ordered piece would fix it, but alas, they had broken something unrelated. They said that my cars electronic locking mechanism began to fail, and tried to shift the cost to nationwide. Their inspector who did the initial estimate and my nationwide inspector both did not include any locking mechanism in the assessment. In fact, we even requested an estimate that just included the fender, not the door because the door had minor/superficial damages. In sum, my car locked after the accident, it did not lock after I got it back from them. They broke my locking mechanism and they are unwilling to cover the costs. I am truly disappointed because I went out of the way to bring my car to them and I have been kind and patient. They are being deceitful and lying straight to my face. I hope that they can eventually do the right thing, but they failed to return my calls.10/19/17I am truly awestruck by your reply. I stopped by yesterday, only about 15 minutes after the inspector from nationwide visited. And yes, you spoke to my boyfriend only because HE CALLED YOU! I repeat, I am unable to lock my car after receiving my vehicle from you. It did not have these issues beforehand. Took my Jeep Cherokee in for minor repairs and Yark took over a month to return my vehicle. The expensive of a loan car was on me so this was a huge inconvenience. Little communication on car status and hard to get a straight answer from management. I had to my insurance company involved to get an eta when the repairs would be completed. I will not be taking my car back to this location on central!!!
