After Alex from dentsaway fixed the dent on my door Joe and staff did a great job on the paint job and on the repair of my door handle. They also detailed my car saved me time on doing it myself. I would recommend these guys they did a good job

The color of the car didnt match the parts that were replaced, such as the drivers door and drivers side passengers side door in back. The drivers door had a dent in it. And the paint job on the trim didnt match either..

Joe was awesome with my vehicle! Sometimes I would have to call for the update vs. Them calling me but I was informed and they took great care of my car!

This is by far the worst service I have ever received. Two months ago I recieved a quote to have a hatch, bumper and taillight fixed. After the van sitting behind the shop almost two weeks untouched I picked up the vehicle to use to travel and brought it back. The van took another week and wasnt finished, into the fourth week I picked up the vehicle mid week and was disappointed with the job that had been completed. I was exhausted from the week, paid for the service and left to calm down and evaluate the situation. I then contacted Joe and sent pictures of the problems and notified him why I was unsatisfied with the service, he told me hed contact me the following Tuesday. I never heard from him so I contacted him Wednesday, the next Sunday I dropped the vehicle at the glass shop to replace the glass of the hatch and it sat there another week untouched and not repaired. It has been excuse after excuse since not done the first week it was taken to the shop. Now as of today Joes response to the situation is he undercharged me as it is and thinks this is reasonable service.

Joe repaired my van for significantly cheaper than it would have been anywhere else. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I definitely will be returning to him for all future repairs.

I had a cracked bumper, and bent fender. The owner told me it would take three days to repair and paint. He got it done in half the time for a great price. While I hope I never need body work again, if I do this is where I would take my business. And so should you!

Quality Collision is not only fair in price, their work is above and beyond excellence. They have the nicest employees and Joe the owner is awesome!! I would recommend this shop for repairs, paint, damage repair. Plus Buckeye and Miggie the mascots are the cutest ever.

He or his shop has not done the agreed upon repairs on A 09 honda that was trusted to his care by an active military personnel. When she tried to get her vehicle back he then told her through text that the car would not run and she would have to pay more to get it repaired... I will be starting legal proceedings against Joe and or his shop. If anyone else has had these or similar problems with him or his business please contact me. I will be checking on Monday 05/20/2019 to see if the problem is solved but if not I will extend all available resources to shutting the doors on any business that would take advantage of A woman and military member. (Update) Apparently he said and agreed to take money under the table to avoid paying taxes. I will be expecting A response from you or you busness Joe.
