Im so happy I found this business. Im an event decorator and frequently need a variety of florals, ribbons, and craft supplies. I order from their website and have everything shipped to me. The product quality is excellent especially considering the pricing. My orders always arrive very quickly and if there are any issues at all, Dan the owner responds very quickly and takes care of it. Awesome place, I highly recommend you try them out.

I have had dealings with this companys owner. Can I tell you such Fantastic Customer Service. He was very helpful and understanding as I had ran into a problem that he helped resolve with little effort on my part. I highly recommend this company. Ive never heard of this company until I had unauthorized charges placed on my debit card. A card that is still in my wallet. The purchase was made in person, so can you explain to me how you allow purchases to be made without a physical card present? And with no ID verification? This seems shady to me that a wholesaler would even allow a $10 in store purchase.

I ordered from them for the first tie this week. I was pleased with the speed of service but more impressed by the quality of the items that I received, I was so happy to have chosen them for my purchase. The ladies in our church crafting group also thought the products were great.

Owner is a terrible person and uses abusive language unprovoked. Would never have made an order if Id known I was just going to be insulted by Dan for no reason.

I ordered Satin Ribbon for my jewelry making and Beautiful Berry Sprays for displays. The Items are Gorgeous, well made and great quality. I also received them quickly with excellent time on delivery. The Customer Service was also excellent. Will definitely be ordering from here again, and will refer others to do so too. So Pleased!

Its a shame I have to give this business such a low rating. The products were great, and the shipping was fast, but they felt it necessary to advertise for a bigot like Alex Jones on a card in their invoice sleeve. I have no problem with people having differing political views, but Alex Jones is a racist, and a sexist and I dont like propaganda being shoved down my throat with a simple order of fake flowers. Its a shame because I originally planned on making this place my go to for craft supplies. I work in retail and would never try and push my values on a customer.

I place a very large order with Warehouse Craft Supplies. Somethings I had to wait for. I received my large order within a reasonably good period of time. I ordered a wrong item, so I returned it and was promptly issued a refund. Their seasonal wired ribbons are beautiful. I received many complements on my items due to their ribbons. Great products, great service, and prices, especially on 50 yards of ribbon.

Great prices! Great customer service!I purchased about ten artificial pine swag pieces to decorate my home for the holidays. I received the order confirmation and, upon reviewing it, realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong type of pine. I contacted customer service via e-mail and promptly got a reply from Dan. I was so relieved to hear that it wasnt a problem and that my original order would be cancelled and replaced with my corrected order. Everything I ordered arrived nicely packaged and as expected. My order was only about $50 (small potatoes) and the ordering error was my fault, but I still received great customer service. I plan on ordering again. A+ :)

Terrible. They will take your money then when you create an account, they will put in a phony email address so you cant sign in. And then, when you sign in with your real email, it will say that you have no previous orders, so you cant even get your money back. Big ripoff.
