A great craft and art store for all hobbies and jobs. If you have a question or cant find something just ask the staff they are super helpful. The prices are fair for crafting and art supplies.

Went to pick up my package delivered by UPS from here. Ive done this in the past and all the times Ive done this I have had issues with getting my package... They take 10 or more minutes just to find it, and ask if it could be under another name. All the packages I picked up from there from UPS have had more than one sticker with my name on it. And thats with me showing my ID with my face on it so they can see I am who I say I am and yet I always run into an issue with getting my package. Every time it takes more than one employee to find my package. I think they should learn how to hire more people who actually know how to read and do their job correctly.

Learning how to do various arts and crafts and the employees are amazing help when questions are needing to be answered!

Its difficult to get out without spending $100. I use a LOT of their art supplies for the game I run, and my fiancé is a painter.

Want to get into resin craft? This is the place to go. Their overall variety of types of products is a little slim. They do make up for it with a plethora of products for each type.

Full disclosure, I shop for art supplies a lot on Amazon. However, when I get the chance, I love shopping at Michaels. Often, I find better deals then I can find online for some very essential supplies.

A great place for those who love arts, you will find what makes you happy.

Love this Michaels location! The staff is always super nice and the store is very well kept. Things are stocked and neat. We visit quite often for yarn and paint supplies and they always have a good selection.

I gotta say I love this store it has everything when it comes to crafting, coloring, drawing, painting, DIY stuff, period I love it.

Competitive pricing, fair variety, small selection. Seems like there is a much larger selection online at their website.

I dont understand how this store has three employees walking around putting returns away and one person running register and looking up orders while holding up the line with 7 customers in it. Its constant everytine I shop here, which lately has been very little due to the long wait times in line. I would shop here more if I didnt have to wait in line so long. Cant complain to corporate cause theres no link to tell them on the web site.

Employees didnt even know what they had in stock. I showed them the item from the stores web page and still hadnt a clue!

Had what I needed but at 5pm only one girl answering outside phones and only one at register. She put 6 slaps of scrapbook paper in one bag and when I took the bag it broke and fell on my foot. She was very nice, she came around the counter picked them up and double bagged them. But my other bag with unfinished wood projects ripped by the time I got it into the house.I dont know how they expect one person to run the front registers and answer phones. This by all means isnt the first time Ive had this happen.

I walked in to get a cart, the dirty carts were in my way in order to get to the clean carts. They all were scattered everywhere where. I continued to walk inside the store and no one was available to help or asking to help. I continued to shop and headed to the regigister when I was done. There was 1 cashier & 8 customers waiting. This is not customer service!!! I had worked 10 hours, I was tired and wanted to get home. Eventually after about 5 minutes another cashier came, but then she shutdown for no reason and customers were getting passed. So then she reopen after a couple of minutes. Customer service is going down the drain......

I had broken glass in a picture frame replaced. They turned it around in one day.

I brought in to the store some pictures that I needed to get custom framed. Brandi was such a great help to me with making my choices of frames and mats. She is very knowledgeable and professional.

Got a frame, the young man who helped us . Was very nice helpful. And professional . Ian was his name. Management should know he is a wonderful employee for them, and because of him, I will go back to Michaels for other needs, and hope all the emplayers are as kind and helpful as he.

They had close to the color flowers (brown and cream) but they are very expensive.

Always a good experience here. I checked prices on Amazon before going and if you use the Michaels app, you can save another 20% they can scan your phone screen, only takes a minute to pull it up and I saved 20% on each item! A little over $7 in savings!

The store is well organized. Aisles are clearly marked so you can find what youre looking for quickly. If you go online it will tell you exactly what aisle number your items are located as well. The store is very clean. Customer service is excellent--they are knowledgeable and friendly. I love this location.

Very few stickers, very few wood craft pieces to choose from. Not much of anything to choose from.

Michaels no longer accepts competitors coupons. Guess Ill be going to JoAnn Fabrics.

Love shopping at Michaels. I go in, get whatever non fabric crafting item I need. Or supplies for DIY projecre. The staff is helpful. Checkout is usually quick.

Had an Awesome sales on this passed Friday on the 27th of November!

Wish I could say more positive, but this Michaels is just okay. Their shelves are often empty of the more popular craft materials. I am a teacher and the couple of times they were supposed to be hosting teacher events, either nothing was happening or very little was happening. The limited contact Ive had with their employees seems to be positive. I do prefer shopping here over other craft stores but I would like to see them step up their game a little bit.

They are great place to shop at. It has lots of sales too. People help you when you need it.

Quality products. Always check thier website and get on the rewards program. This place has rotating weekly sales. Most times you can get items 50 to 70 percent off, buy one get two free, or additional percentages of sale items. You can also order online and pick up in store.

The employees are very helpful at this location. They are always aware of what coupons are available, and they will help you sort them out to get the best prices. The store was organized and pretty well stocked today. The only items that were low on inventory that I was interested in were Mildliners. They were out of well over half of the colors. So I didnt end up making a purchase today. But I really like this location.
