Usually clean and well stocked. Everyone here is usually nice. The prices and selection at this Walmart are good.

Very smooth curbside service for groceries. Staff was courteous and quick.

Just as good an experience as ever. Staff were being helpful and patient. I did notice a customer being exceptionally rude with one of the staff members. From what I gathered the staff member was very patient and I assume they fixed the issue. So very impressed with the staffs behavior, will be back again

One of the best Wal marts Ive personally been in. Fishing section looks to be recovered from 2020. Didnt see any trash thrown between isles in any part of the store. Fairly busy. But would recommend 7/10

One of the better Walmart stores for miles. Each one has a different layout of where things are but if you know Walmart and how to locate things in them, you can find the area where what you want should be. I know there are shortages now, things not being delivered and companies not producing or shutting down but this Walmart is stocked pretty good most of the time.

This store was very good and organized. Found everything that we needed quick and easy. Well-stocked. There were many lines to check out. Self-checkout and cashier check out. Great experience.

This Toccoa Walmart needs all new employees and managers! They are completely trash as humans and they need to be shut down! No one answers the phone a customer service, there is no customer service and none of the managers do there job

The curbside pickup is excellent, we use it frequently, the delivery to our car is very efficient and the folks who do the work are always plesent.

I do not believe there is a day that goes buy without a visit to the Walmart.Today it was for a sub sandwich, a couple soap dishes, milk and cream. When Im there I always also check out the mens clothing section to see whats new. Im a fan of Walmarts George brand. Great quality and outstanding value.I would never live in a town that did not have a Walmart.Loveya all!

This store is always out of everything. Never have good stock compared to other Walmarts near by.

Usually able to find what I want. Occasionally the store does a sweep overnight and messes me up. Or puts an item in a place like mops where I cant find it and need assistance. I dont like where someone is hovering over me BUT when I need help cant find anyone. Not enough people out there.

I like shopping in this Walmart better than others in the area. Selection, availability seems to be better than others close by.

The store is nice things are pretty easy to find the only thing I observed and not all but 90% of the employees not management but the employees on the floor stockers, parking lot attendant etc. Were very rude and seemed like they had a chip on there shoulder. So shopping is great but if you run in to one of these employees with that constipation look on there face, well thats normal apparently

Same as all Wal-Marts, more stuff in isles on pallets than on shelves in grocery area.

Lately nothing in stock. Not sure if ordering policy has changed, but one they were out of white paint and was waiting on management approval so it could be ordered.

Only trained service dogs walking should be allowed in grocery stores and restaurants period.

All of the self checkouts were card only and only 2 registers taking cash and they were person run and lines were insane. They seem to never have products stocked anymore and half the time your trying to shop around stock in the isle ways and almost impossible to get someone in electronics after about 6pm

This Walmart is the biggest one between Hartwell and Toccoa. Has more clothing to choose from. The employees……. Well it’s like everywhere you go. Some are good and some are bad.

Your staff are awesome . I am handicapped due to mobility issues . When I came to your store in Toccoa there were no electric carts available . They went above and beyond to find one for me . One walked the parking lot searching for one . Your front end supervisor followed someone to their car so she could bring the cart back to me and she even went to my car for me to retrieve my cell phone I had left on my seat for me. Again you have awesome associates. I couldnt have shipped at all without them and I very much appreciate it.

Only one moterized wheelchair available for my 86 year old grandma and it died after 20 minutes. It took a half hour to be able to get it going so she could check out and leave.

Again...its Walmart. I got stuff and my bank account was only slightly depressed afterwards

The cashier who cashed my check to place on a gift card was excellent.Unbelievable low gas prices, as Im not a resident of the area.Restroom wasnt clean.I had to wait a unreasonable among of time for an associate to assist me at self check out.

This store is poorly stocked every time I go there. Since I work in Gainesville and Dahlonega I often stop in at 4 other Walmarts. They are always stocked with the pet foods I get or soy milk. This store is out of the Pet Fresh dog food and canned cat food I buy. Poor management.

Ok, as a whole the store is pretty good. All the people are nice and you normally see the same faces! Stephanie Simpson is wonderful. She is a cashier and always does the best job! Always a happy heart! My only problem is that it gets really hot in the store...that or I am having hot flashes cuz Im getting old.

This is walmart in toccoa, ga. The sign on the door says face masks are required. Like most places in toccoa thats a joke. I wont go there anymore. Most people dont wear masks. I have a 98 yr old father at home who I would like to see a few more years. If they want to catch covid thats fine. I encourage them to. Just dont give it to me.

I have a severe spinal injury and every time I go to this Walmart they are always so helpful and kind and finding me a riding cart

I don’t know what’s going on lately at this Walmart but for the last two weeks I’ve gone shopping there, the shelves are empty and not stocked. Can’t find a manager to complain or find out what’s going on. I’ll have to go to the Walmart in Cleveland instead

I am not entirely sure what her name was; I forgot to ask on my way out, but I did want to say that I am exceedingly pleased with the pharmacy workers. The lady helping me check out my prescription was very kind and assisted me with the damage my medications usually do to my wallet. She showed me an app that has helpful coupons and my total drastically differed from what it was beforehand. Absolutely lovely person.

The young people that work in the grocery pickup area are very nice friendly they always fill my grocery my grocery order on time they bring it to my car with a nice friendly well-mannered professional attitude I have never had a bad experience at all with this grocery self pick up ever they come out with their masks on theyre very polite nice and very professional five stars to the ones that work in the back for the self pick up groceries keep up the great work!

Usually cant find what you go there to get. Shelves are empty. Music playing in parking lot is too loud and very annoying.

Im from out of town, and this was one of my worst walmart experiences. I usually dont leave reviews but feel like I should for the benefit of others. The store had not been restocked for five days, and the shelves were really depleted. It wasnt just food, but it was items from all over the store... even kitchen ware. We had to go to Ingles to get half of the items on our list which was much more pleasant as that store was fully stocked, clean with friendly employees. Another complaint against this Walmart was the rudeness of a customer service representative to a customer in front of us in line. Our whole line changed registers because of it. No customer should be treated like that! Im leaving two stars on this review because one employee on the floor offered help when we couldnt find things. She went out of her way to be kind... wish I had gotten her name!Walmart, please take note and address some of these issues with this store.
