Love this place, my wife likes her place to shop and I like my place to shop. spend hours here and always walk out with something, atmosphere was good some good deals, put sometimes you can not find a worker to help you out.needs to do a little better on your workers.

Not a good day for the Toccoa Home Depot.Mums on apron of store $16.99...Just left Tractor Supply same mums $3.99... 😳😲Lots of orange clusters.Uninterested in engaging with customers. More concerned about complaining to each other in the Hardware aisle about scheduling issues.I could not find what I needed.I would have left without purchasing anything but my husband found a drop light.Refocus team!You are better than this!

I used to be a Lowes person...but after having Lowes employees not interested in helping me...or telling me thats not my department so many times...I stated going to Home Depot. Customer service is amazing. They literally go above and beyond to help. I had found some pool loungers online that said they had 12 in store. They werent on the floor when I got there and I asked several people for help. Within 10 min, 3 employees and the manager were scavenging the entire store looking for them! Turns out they were in the back, covered up with other chairs, still in the plastic, never even moved from where they were unloaded off the truck. They didnt give up until they found them!!This is just one good experience of many here.Even bigger bonus??? Less busy than Lowes..and a few cents cheaper!!!;)

For reasons, and after considerable yrs of doing very little if at all, in the way of mechanical work, reasons somewhat unknown, I found Myself in HOME DEPOT! Began roaming around, realized immediately, where I would buy all of the paper products, laundry supplies, cleaning and polishing products from that time on! Next, paint, tapes, thinners and so on!!! Ive put together a rather attractive and, for the most part, sufficient tool collection! However, I continue to build on My tools, not to overlook air products, DREMEL and MILWAUKEE Power tools! Any & All contributions will be Greatly Appreciated 🙏!Seriously, and pleased to say, HOME Depot is My favorite place to go! Ive been a mechanic, including automotive, aviation and industrial all of My life and to do anything that Im wanting to do, and still capable of doing, HOME DEPOT has got More Than Enough of Everything Ill Ever Need!! Admittedly, I spend Way Too Much Money 💰🤑 shopping at HOME DEPOT, but, What Tha Heck, I need to have a little fun, some time!! Thanks

A little pricey, but they do deal with a lot 9f shrinkage. Overall a good stop to shop.

Great little home Depot. Since it is such a small market, the aisles are narrow. However, they are very well equipped and have almost everything the bigger stores also have. The greatest thing is the drive thru lumber/ garden yard. Makes it really easy to get the heavy stuff loaded. In and out minutes. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Smaller store but well stocked and staff that asks if you need help. The way it should be. Other locations should learn this.

Hard to get people to help... employees seem to always have some issue going on. Product availability is good trying to pick up something that was delivered to the store is a headache and a half though

Our local home depot had a good sale on mulch. 5 bags for $10.Asked about a couple things I had seen in sales ad. But the 2 employees I asked didnt know anything about what I was asking... need to be a little more knowledgeable of whats in sales paper from their departments they work in to help customers find what they looking for..

Returned an item. As expected, it was painless.

Purchased a washer and dryer for my senior parent. Dryer was delivered dented so it was refused. Was told I would be contacted about a replacement and date of delivery. Was never contacted. Unacceptable. Poor way to conduct business. We have made numerous purchases at home depot, including many appliances.Will not anymore.

This location is a small market concept store that doesnt stock the depth of certain items you would find at a larger Home Depot. Having said that, this location is clean, organized and looks to be well run. The staff appears to be mostly women in what is a typically male dominated industry, these folks really have their act together. Kudos to the Toccoa HD ! ( maybe their other locations should hire more women ? )

Called the Home Depot Toccoa with a delivery question. Shocked. In Canada nobody picks up the phone and they quickly brush you off to another department. Krystal at the Home Depot in Toccoa picked up the phone right away and told me how to make and schedule a delivery for a set time/date for my place in Toccoa. If this lady is an example of the people in Toccoa I am glad we chose Toccoa and look forward to shopping at the local Home Depot. Not that the one here in Canada is bad as long as you know you are a number and dont need any help.

The Home Depot in Eastanollee isnt the largest but is of good size that stocks alot of items I am looking for and what they dont have in stock Im able to order from the store or on line. Homedepot is only 5 miles from where I live which is very convenient for me. Prices are good and reasonable for this day and time.

Ive only been to this home depot within an hour of closing--it hasnt ever been busy/crowded at that hour. The employees are friendly and will chat with you. this store has a unique selection of plants and trees for sale.

Great service! We visited this store because the closer Home Depots didnt have the zero turn mower we decided on. The associate at customer service (Wesley), remembered talking with us, and immediately asked someone to get the owners manual, and then Kenny took us outside to give me a test drive and explain the different features on this mower, before helping us get it onto our trailer.Couldnt be happier.

I went in without a mask apparently I was the only person without a mask and they loudspeakered me to say I had to put a mask on or leave. Depending upon your view of Covid, that was awesome or unnecessary. I did get an awesome solar light at a great price.

Good smaller Home Depot. Not as much available as some of the bigger ones, but if youre near Toccoa, its great that its here. Associates are generally helpful.

Nice clean store. The staff was friendly and helpful. They weren’t stocked, but it is the holidays, and they are a small store.

Although this Home Depot in Toccoa is not one of the larger stores, we found an adequate selection of the items we were looking for. As we were about to leave, employee Brian Reynolds walked by and asked if we had found everything. I asked about a specific type of item and he took its too an area we had missed. Then, I mentioned something else and he gladly took us to that area even pointing out a very good deal. Kudos to Brian and Toccoa Home Depot for hiring him. Also, I dont have her name, but the lady who met us at the door, was both friendly and helpful. A smaller store, but as my wife mentioned, its not overwhelming.

Very nice, knowledgable and personable workers. They know my son and I by name because every month for the last year or two we have been to their kids workshop which is just a fantastic thing that they do. Any time Im there its never difficult to find someone to answer my questions or guide me to someone who can. Reasonable prices too.

We can walk by 10 employees and they will always ask how we are and if they could help us find anything. When you encounter great customer service, you actually have a pleasant visit and buy more stuff!! The staff are always willing to help. I love this Home Depot.

I am remodeling the home Im in so I go to home depot quite often..the issue that I keep having is the people yall hire do not have a clue about the items yall sell or have any experience to help anyone..Either yall need to train these people or hire people that have experience in building, plumbing, products, etc..everytime I go and have a question, the employees cant help me at all...

This is the smallest HD Ive ever seen, and therefore has less niche products. Site-to-store ordering is a good solution for this quirk.As a company Id rather go here than Lowes, as they are headquartered in Georgia and so pay taxes in this state.

Was unable to get the veterans discount. I guess having a VA card, drivers license that says veteran right on it, DD214, a license plate that shows Marine Corps, Home Depot still refused the guaranteed discount. They are inexcusable!!

Found what i needed, as usual.

Very friendly staff and so many beautiful plants that are healthy! You can tell that they care about the quality of their plants. They also have a good supply of OMRI soil and other organic supplies. My daughter and I enjoy checking out their plants each new season.

I needed plate hangers and picture hangers. An employee didnt know where they would be or if they even had any but looked them up on ge hand held device and stayed with me until she was sure we had all we needed.

I like the way Home Depot has adjusted to Covid-19.They have curb side pickup, wherby you can order on-line, and later go to the store and have your purchase loaded into your truck without having to even get out of yourcar/truck.They are controlling how many people are in the store at once.

Went to the free workshop, the kids had a blast. They need more stable tables though, the buckets and trash cans under ply wood dont hold up well as a work station.

From the time I arrived the people who work there were very helpful. I had to get two bags of play sand and two bags of River rocks and theyre very heavy. The customer service Representatives came out and assisted me. Loading all four bags in the buggy for me. And when I got ready to leave someone came outside to help me load them in the vehicle. When I was searching for some spray paint, very nice sales rep saw the look on my face and realized that I was confused and didnt know exactly where to look. And he came over and offered to help and took me exactly to the spot I needed. I bought the paint Ive been looking for forever. Then he directed me to the area where the other things I was looking for could be found. Theyre also helpful and so nice. You couldnt ask for a better place to shop.

I needed a specific model of window AC for an ancient window with a small height opening. The nearest store to me was listed as having 1 (still is) but they did not. Ive had similar issues over the past few years with Home Depots online store inventory listings being inaccurate, so this was disappointing, but not a surprise. However, I really needed the unit to complete the room remodel for the weekend, and no models carried by competitors fit my size requirement. I saw the Toccoa store was listed as having 2 in stock, but I was sceptical due to my past experiences.I called to see if someone could verify the unit was in stock, and after a couple of initial hiccups with call forwarding and redirects back to the friendly customer service, I was connected with a very professional and patient employ on the floor who found the AC unit I needed and verified the model #.At that point, customer service took my order over the phone (I was earlier unable to order it for pickup on the website, enhancing my scepticism of it being in stock and necessitating the call in the first place).The unit is now in place, working great. Despite the relatively long drive to this store, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and courteousness of the employees I had the pleasure of dealing with, and although I dont find myself in Toccoa often, Ill try to make sure I give this store at least a little business when I do.

I like this one. Most of the staff is friendly - had a really huge bad experience with Maxine - as has half of Toccoa, I bet, because I know other people who are not family members or even close friends who have also received a negative experience from her - but the rest of them are helpful, friendly, efficient.We buy and remodel houses, so Im in and out of there a lot when Im in town.I prefer these guys to the Lowes up the highway.
