Customer service is a no go at this location. Was not greeted when entering the store. Not one employee asked not only myself but multiple other shoppers if assistance was needed. When standing in line (mind you no one was in front of me) I had to wait because the employees were too busy looking out the window to see who was outside the door. Once they realized it was a group of children they went back to looking on there phones and talking about non work related conversations. Even asked a question about a product I purchased and not any of the ladies that were there even tried helping me find an answer. Horrible service!

Salem is the absolute best! My friend and I went in today and she approached us to see if we needed help. She was kind, funny, patient, and super knowledgeable. We needed to get quite a few things and she was ready for them all. She wasnt overbearing or pushy and was super helpful. Definitely made the experience more fun and comfortable. Keep that little gem around!

I went in with a specific list of makeup items that I wanted. I was greeted by a darling gal with a big smile, Bethany. She took her time to help me locate all of the items on my list *and* to my surprise, there was actually one product that they dont carry. Bethany recommended a stellar substitution product (the perfect foundation does exist for mature skin!!). I truly appreciate Bethanys depth of knowledge regarding all of the product lines. She is an amazing asset to have in this huge, overwhelming store. She listened to my likes and dislikes and helped me zero in on a few things that I didnt know I couldnt live without!

Do NOT use the Hair Salon services. I went in for a trim today of shoulder-length layered hair. I showed the stylist a picture of the desired result. She cut it so short that I was almost in tears. I went and showed the manager and did not pay for this hack job!

When walking in the store people behind the counter greeted you with welcome to Ulta which was nice. Someone who I think worked there came over and asked me how I was doing I said fine how are you she said fine and she moved on. I was in the store for at least 45 minutes. I was trying to find a few different things and needed some help. I looked around, I stood there and kind of looked at the girls behind the counter they were just looking at me no response. Didnt ask me if I needed help. The store only had a few people in it so it was definitely not busy. In fact I think there were more people that worked there than there were clients. I wandered around the store over and over trying to find what I needed. And thanks to my own efforts I think I did find some good things however it sure would have been nice to have someone answer some questions and help me figure out some particulars. I have been in there once or twice before and every other time people did help me. So I dont know whats changed but it wasnt a great experience. In fact it was fairly frustrating.

A couple months ago I had a color service at Ulta that was mediocre. The colors didnt match so I ended up going back to my natural color. The girl was nice so I gave them another chance. The girl who cut my hair today, Rebecca, didnt listen to anything I said. She cut my hair shorter than an average boys haircut. I came home and cried after leaving a salon for the first time in my life. It was a horrible experience and I probably wont even come back in to buy products any more.

Bethany was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills!!! She went above and beyond to help me, explain everything, suggest proper products for me and spend the time doing so. She was very friendly and kind. She definitely deserves to be noticed and applauded for her hard work, expertise and experience. She made my time at Ulta alot of fun! Thanks Bethany!!! God bless you

Ive been going to Ulta for about 2 years now, I absolutely love this place. I live in Bozeman, Montana.I will be moving back to Florida in October and was very thrilled to find out that theres an Ulta Beauty store very close to where Im going to live. I cant wait to meet my new beauty consultant, and Ill miss the one Im leaving behind.

My experience here started okay, I was greeted and asked if I needed help by a friendly floor associate. However, when I went to check out, an older lady with blue hair was very rude at the register. Did not say anything to me, she did not even tell me “thanks for coming in” or “have a nice night” or anything, I had to ask her if my transaction was complete and even then she just said “yes.” It’s a shame, I don’t get to come to ulta or go shopping out very often as a tired mom to an infant, and the times I do I have a bad experience. I’m also a very easy going customer. I hope this associate learns to treat people more kindly.

Associates were super helpful to offer suggestions and let me know of any current sales. Great selection and was offered plenty of free samples.

Clean store and helpful staff. The only thing that could be improved is that there are a lot of sales stickers posted on items that arent on sale anymore. Some managers will approve it as a courtesy but others will tell you that you need to read the labels better (which shouldnt even be posted if the offer is expired).

I hadnt been to ulta in months. It was just another place to get things. Until this visit. The store had new vibe. Especially the Mac department. Ive never used mac products. I was just browsing. The Mac rep was outstanding! Inviting, knowledgeable, encouraging and upbeat professional. I ended up buying a mascara that curbed my desire for lash extensions (3d mascara) and a lipstick (the perfect lip color). Also found out if one returns 6 empty mac products (not the boxes) that they give you a free product! Highly recommend trying mac at ulta because their rep rocks! No I dont know her name🙄 but I will next time.

My first time there... Loved the store... My daughter is getting an Ulta gift card for her birthday... Yay... I forgot to transfer funds from savings to checking... So my card was denied... I was so embarrassed... I was made comfortable the whole time no weird looks just as hush hush for the few seconds it took to do the transaction... THANK YOU Ulta Staff!!! I will go back to shop for me next time!!!

I visited this store during Christmas season. It is a beautiful store, but way out of my price range. Anything you have heard about, seen on TV, or in beauty magazines, you will find in this store. I was mesmerised by all the beauty treatments taking place around me including a hair station, an eyebrow station, and I believe a massage station. The staff were very accommodating, professional, and had a great sense of humor. My 13 year old granddaughter was having a blast trying all the tester samples. When she came to me with a can of hairspray that had additional vitamins and hair enhancing formulas, I knew it was time to go when I came very close to spending $28 on that can of hairspray. As it was I spent $150 on two small wrinkle busting powerhouse creams. I certainly would recommend this store but warn you to keep your check book under lock and key!

Love the store and staff. One of the managers (I assume), always behind the counter... i actually hate checking out with her there. Always an attitude when I pick up my orders or check out. She’s not a helpful person either, once, I had a couple of pick up orders and she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her bc she had a hard time finding it. Not sure why they hired this lady. Again, other staff, especially Bethany at Mac, is amazing so I gave 4 stars ✨

I had a great experience here the other day! (I cant remember her name, but she wore space buns in her hair) She worked at the Mac counter and she helped answer all of my questions about matte liquid lipstick. She even found the perfect shade {Cafe Au Chic} to replace my current liquid lipstick by Lime Crime that I was unhappy with. I could tell that she really loved her job and helping people out! Overall, I had a very laid back experience at this location. Talking to the employees here was just like talking to a friend and everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely be returning to get those mac liquid lipsticks!

The atmosphere was just okay. One employee he was extremely nice and helpful, greeting me upon entering the store and making various perfume suggestions. The cashier, on the other hand, was not very nice, or pleasant. This was my second visit to this location, and I highly doubt I will return.

Spent $207 to have my wife’s hair done and it doesn’t look any different than when she got there. It took almost 3 hours and I swear you can hardly tell a difference in color from before and after, I’ll try to post a picture. You can see a very little blond but not $200 worth! My mother in law had her hair done at the same time and that lady took half the time and her hair is twice as long! Her hair came out great and I was happy with my facial. I don’t recommend this place though. My wife won’t even go back even if they offer to do it for free. I would ONLY except a $207 refund, not that I expect them to offer, but I dropped almost $500 (after tips... yes we tipped her) only to FINALLY get finished and see that my wife’s hair is still virtually the same color as when she walked in. Sorry for the bad review for the facial lady and the one that did my mother in laws hair but I can’t divide the stars... Photo on the left is a few days before and the one on the right is an hour after I paid $207 and waited 3 hours! It looks the same color maybe a little shinier but not $200 dollars worth of color! I could do better than that with a $10 box of color from Walmart!

All the department store make up you could need, they also carry drug store make up as well. Same treatment as in the department stores each make up brand has a sales clerk that will assist in matching your make up colors. The lighting is far from nature so make sure you check the color match outside prior to purchasing.

I’ve been getting my brows and hair done here for the last 3 months and have never been happier with the results. Visit Sam for your eye brows or Emily for a hair cut if you want the best look you’ve ever had. :)

Ulta is the ultimate place for makeup and beauty. You will find everything you need. Not to mention the great service.

The salon is so bad. I came in with pictures and clear idea of what I wanted and my stylist didn’t look at them once. I left with an orange bayalage that looks so bad I have to wear my hair up all the time. When I asked them to blend it, the salon manager made my appointment for a month later. I am still trying to get my refund from these people and have even had to get corporate involved after the salon manager wouldn’t honor the original deal we struck.Don’t waste your time. This salon has ruined my opinion of the entire franchise.

Finally a GREAT haircut!!! After many failed attempts to get a decent haircut at other area salons, I tried Becca at Ulta! She fixed the mess my hair was in and it looks soooo good. She took the time to figure out I had a terrible cut from the last debacle before I even had to explain. She assured me that it was salvageable! I am thrilled with her work and highly recommend her.

I love this Ulta, its fairly new. I take my son for his haircut here. I always end up purchasing something on sale. They have all the best beauty products.

I went during opening weekend. They were busy and yet they still went out of their way to help customers. I was looking for a specific translucent powder, which they did not carry. The lady informed me as time goes on they will receive more products in that specific store. She introduced me to another brand that was similar. I ended up liking that one more so no complaints. The girls were nice, helpful and informative.

Ive been to plenty of Ultas. Several in Ohio and one in SC. This one is just as beautiful inside as the others but the hair stylists need more training. When you open a store in an area with all different ethnicities and races surrounding it, the stylists should know how to do all hair. I get blowouts regularly and this was the worst one by far! My hair immediately frizzed up and didnt stay straight at all. I also ended up being there for about 3 hours just for a blowout and thermal style. Id highly recommend some additional training for the stylists. But other than that the store had a great vibe, there was a lot of product to choose from and very knowledgeable associates.

I have been dealing with some skin issues for the last year~ish, and Ally from the Clinque counter has been 100% amazing to me. She has diligently worked to help address my concerns and identify my skin type, along with telling me my skin looks great even though my opinion may differ. I cant give her enough praise, honestly. Also, Leslie in the dermalogica counter has been very helpful too.

This was my first time in store. Initially, I came in and passed by the young ladies who apparently worked there and couldnt be bothered to greet me or inquire about any need for help in a virtually empty store. Thank goodness I dont particularly like sales personnel hanging around me in the store. I am a Sephora VIB and only went in to try Tracee Rosss new hair care line. They had it and then I realized they had about 8 other things I had been looking for these past 7 weeks! Needless to say, I left happy, having joined the preferred customer club and having 2 other employees get me and inquire about my need for a basket. Overall very good experience and I would recommend this store and this location.

Its not the cheapest, but they have it. Whatever it may be. The staff at this particular store, Rt.1 in Titusville is especially attentive to customers. Not all stores in the chain are like this. Some overwork the staff and leave you wandering the aisles.

I love makeup. I have a bit of an obsession with pallets. I find the brands and products that i love and use them everyday! So as a full blown makeup junky i can tell you this is a place full of brands to try. You 100% will find something you like. Only downfall is they dont carry jeffrey star.. But other than that 10/10 would recomend. The staff is sweet and helpful. The store is clean and bright. The lighting is on point. The testers arent disgusting. Great location.
