Excellent service, easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable...great pricing as well. Their fabricator they aligned us with was professional upon scheduling appointment for measuring and showed up when he said he would. Granite was installed on schedule and havent had an issue....6 years installed....not one blemish! Highly recommended! Beautiful warehouse right off Garden State Parkway...easy access! Many styles/materials to choose from.

We worked with the Sales Manager Chelsea and after asking us a few questions on what our preferences and needs were she brought us to the warehouse where we were able to select the perfect slab that fit us to a T She guided us thru the entire process, which was a relief. She gave us great recommendations on the type of stone that would look the best for our application, which edge worked best with our decor etc. She was able to introduce us to an excellent fabricator. She helped us with the sink and faucet purchase as well. It couldnt have gone any better. Very happy with the choices my wife and I made but extremely happy with the service we received from Chelsea and the entire team at Elite Stone Importers. Thank you Chelsea

DO NOT get your stone from this company!!! They misrepresented their product. We came in looking for a white/gray quartzite. What they sold us as quartzite was in fact a marble. It immediately began scratching, etching and has lost some of its luster.When we confronted the owner he told us he is not responsible for identifying the stone. It is the fabricators job to tell us what we are buying. If this is the case then why when we asked for quartzite did his staff direct us to the stone we chose and tell us it was quartzite!In addition, the owner made us wait for 20 minutes when we came in to discuss the problems we were experiencing with our new counters. To add insult to injury, he was extremely rude.To correct the problem we have called several counter restoration companies. Each of them telling us we have marble not quartzite and it will run us between $1100.00 - $2000.00 to repair. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
