The title of “Master” is well deserved for these guys. I’m currently restoring my 1994 K5 Blazer sport. This thing is my baby. I first had these guys replace my windshield at the beginning of the summer. They did such a great job that I returned with the truck a second time after discovering the source of the leaking I was having. The seal on the driver side rear window was shot. Not only did they take special care to remove the almost 30 year old window without breaking it, they also cured all the rust cancer that was hiding behind it. Good for another 30 years! And for a fair price.I highly recommend this business and these people. They are the best.
Fabio & Rodrigo came to my home in Ocean Twp and replaced the windshield for my Cadillac. Their work is incredible, the glass they use is not cheap glass its really good quality but most of all their prices beat out everyone by a mile. I have since recommended them to several other people that was in need of glass services and have not had a single complaint from anyone. Keep up the great work guys.

Due to the pandemic there were some unusual delays involved but they we’re on top of it and kept me fully informed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I called Master Auto Glass when my Subaru’s rear view mirror fell out of it’s base. They werevery understanding & told me to come right over to their shop @ 400 Broadway in Long Branch. Fabio & Rodrigo were professional & patient in getting the mirror back together. I highly recommend this business & would definitely go back. Getting my 2009 Subie detailed by these guys is on my wish list!
Fabian and team did an excellent job when repairing my shattered rear windshield and wiper motor on my GLC. They were friendly, cost effective, communicative and prompt with service. I would highly recommend and am going to go back to them for some additional services soon.

I had a large crack in my windshield on the drivers side on my Toyota Corolla, at least ten inches long. Stopped in the Long Branch office of Master Auto Glass (NOTE: Google address of Tinton Falls is incorrect. Owner says he is having difficulty getting Google to make the correction. Shop is in Long Branch on South 7th Street.) The owner is very personable, examined the crack, took my information and arranged for someone to come to my home the next day and do the repair. Only downside was that the technician arrived later than expected due to a heavy workload, but as I wasnt going anywhere, it was not a big deal. Both the owner and the technician apologized for the delay, and it was all good. Fabian, the technician, obviously knows his trade, and the windshield was replaced in less than half an hour. The price was $100+ less than the quote I got from another, larger auto glass shop. I would definitely recommend this business with the caveat that you allow for flexibility in the scheduled time.
I called Master Auto Glass to replace the windshield on my 2017 GTi. They were incredibly flexible through the booking process, and were able to come the next day. I ended up having to reschedule, and had no issues doing so. They also gave me the best price of the 3 businesses I spoke with. Fabian (the tech) was on time, and incredibly polite. The windshield looks good as new!Im also very happy that they didnt push their other products (detailing, ceramic coating) in the typical salesy way. Ill definitely call them when Im ready for a detail.
Fabian came to me house on time was professional, nice and fixed my windshield in less than an hour. The price was reasonable, with Safelite quoting me $100 more than what Master auto glass had quoted me. Definitely will be referring them to people in the area!

Took my 2008 Highlander over to get an interior and exterior detail. Couldnt be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I dropped off my car till Fabian and Rodrigo walked me around my car to ensure I was completely satisfied. Im going to take my other car to them for exterior detailing and paint correction and Im confident they will exceed all of my expectations.
I called them for a small chip in my windshield and after talking through the damage they asked to see pictures. I emailed a picture over and the next day I received a call letting me know they didnt believe the windshield was compromised and suggested I dont make the repair. To me that is UNBELIEVABLE service, professionalism and honesty. They easily couldve told me it had to be fixed right away, but they valued the customer over the sale. This shop has earned any/all of my window repair needs moving forward and should certainly be on the top of everyones list.

Same day response when I emailed regarding quotes for a windshield replacement on my Jeep. I shopped around for other quotes in the area and nobody beat the price I was getting with Master Auto Glass. I booked an appointment - they only ask for at least 24 hours in advance, they followed up several times leading up to my appointment date. They would have came out and did the installation, but the weather did not allow that option, which was fine with me. I arrived, they took my car immediately and showed me inside where they had a waiting area with coffee, water and a tv. Not even 35 minutes later my car was done! New windshield and quick service.
