Great place to get your pool items from. I received nothing but great service from the representatives at that location. FYI - Theyre a Great Escape Store but goes by Water Trends.

Nice easy place to get your pool supplies without needing a search party. Quick in and out and no hassle.

The store was a mess. Only employee sat behind register. Did not thank me at all for my purchase. Other locations like Merrillville Indiana are fantastic. This one in Tinley Park IL was horrible.

Not a bad place for all your pool needs, been going there for the last four years, and Im very positive its always been the same guys working there, so they definitely know about pools, beware, theres a very old guy at the counter, not very friendly, and Ive never seen him leave his chair, so dont expect the friendliness encounter with him.

Came here for some pool supplies dont know if the people working were having a bad day but I was trying to ask them some info on some things I needed to open my pool and it seemed like I was bothering them maybe others had a good experience there but I didnt and i wont be back.. rather drive down the street to the one in Lagrange they had better attitudes and were more professional..

The store had everything I need, but the employees are beyond lazy. No one is out on the floor helping anyone, they all hide behind the registers . After checking out the kid asked if I wanted help out. I replied yes. Grabbed a few things are turned around where he was still behind the register doing nothing. Its ok, you look tired, ill drag it all out myself 🙄

If your planning on a pool purchase, DO NOT BUY at the Great ESCAPE. The pool quality is good, but the service is beyond bad. I purchased in the summer of 2018 and as of today 4/24/19 they have not made the promised repairs. I have over 30 phone calls, e/mails to the store and the installer. The Installer Tom from Aqua pool installs works for the Great escape. Tom is a habitual liar at best. He has not showed up on two occasions and has not responded. Jason, the store Manager has tried to help, but for unknown reasons, also has not had success. Yesterday Jason informed me that the Great Escape VP is now involved. My promise to the Great Escape is that I will next go to the BBB and television help stations to get what the Great Escape has promised. Consider getting a new installer. It would be in your best interest.Update 5/5/19Our pool was repaired yesterday 5/4/19. My sincere thanks to the store Manager Jason for his support in getting this completed. Jayson even called me Sunday 5/5/19 to see if the repair went well.Thank You Jay for the service!!Rod C.
