Dont buy from Sallys. I ordered several items on May 13th, & the charge of $63 was taken out same day. On may 17th there was a second charge of $60, several pending charges that said $0.00, along with $63 (from May 13th). My bank says that if an item is missing, Sallys will adjust the payment. That is fine but no email about the missing item & why the several 0.00 pending charges? I tied to call but since it was a Sunday they were closed. I sent them an email regarding the second charge on May 18th, and its May 20th and no response to that email. The final charges was one $60 and one $3 charge...(It adds up to the total I was told at check out but why do two charges)??? I finally get my package (came in two different boxes on two different days) and Im missing two items. I have called the customer service and the online department will say, please hold as I transfer you then hangs up. Ive called over 10 times. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes from a different department now. I even called this store to see if I can just pick up the missing items, and the lady who I spoke to said no, and when I asked if there was a different number to call she said no again. Leaving me now where to go. Sooooo... Im stuck with a missing items and out $10. I sent them an email regarding the missing items, but since they wouldnt even respond to the email about the several weird charges Im doubtful that they will respond (within reasonable time) to the email about my missing items.Also who ever boxed up my items did an awful job. You can tell that the items where originally warped in a bundle, because who ever packed my box took out the items I didnt order and left my item in the open plastic wrapper. They even threw in the trash from the open wrapper in my box.This isnt the first time I had trouble with Sallys but this is the most annoying time.

I had a great experience in Sally beauty in Tinley park. I had been looking for a particular nail polish for a week or so and I finally called around Wednesday morning for it and this store had 1 bottle left and I went Thursday and it was still there. Plus the associates are very professional and helpful but thats the case in every sallys Ive been in over the years.

All thewoman loves Sally. Get hair products there and as well as the fabulous nail polish we cant live with out. Haiti for and all your woman needs are right 5here. Great sales.

Ok, still carry BRAND 30 yrs Old, Sell Bleach to Public anyone gets a card So why get a license, Like adding polish and assesories,makeup,extentions And Changed Management, not as Personable

Who doesnt let you return something that wasnt used or opened, regardless what is? Not opened, not used, purchased 2 days prior with a receipt. Thats ridiculous! I will never shop at Sallys beauty supply again!
