I was thoroughly impressed with how easy and laid back it was to work with Jesze. He gave me all the information needed, some extra for decking my ride out and waa super enjoyable to be around in general. I was on a wait list for a ruckus and he was on the ball when one came in for me. Called me immediately and i left that day with my ruckus! Loved my experience.

Impossible to get a hold of anyone in the service department. Been put on hold for over 5 minutes and when it rings again nobody answers. 4th time calling cant get an answer on when the bike will be ready. these service advisors act like your inconveniencing them. Understand work load might be high right now but maybe hire a few more guys.First and last time coming here.

Couldnt service my jet ski 😒😫

So weve been going here for service for a couple of years, which was fine. When we got into moderate crash, we trailerd the motorcycle here to get it assessed, etc. We were told that it wouldnt start and that it wasnt worth fixing at all, and that we couldnt take it from the place if we were planning to try and ride it.So we said ok and trailerd it off. Went to a different shop, and the guys there started it up after a few minutes of tweaking, gave us a reasonable damage assessment. All good.You have to wonder if this place told us that because theyre attached to the dealer...

Came in here with two of my friends to buy Kawasaki Z125s. Walked out with three 2 hours later. Awesome buying experience! No hassles very understanding and bumped the price down a bit on all three. Thank you for the awesome experience and love the new toy!!

Had breakdown on a road trip. Pete & the rest of the staff were there to help. A very busy shop found time & space to get me on the road again the next day. They even found me a place to stay, took me there, & picked me up when the bike was ready. Yes, I highly recommend this shop if you need your bike worked on.

Admittedly I have no experience w/ dirt bikes but trying to get someone to actually take the time to help me understand the options, features etc and make a bike purchase today was nearly impossible. It was if I was a burden to them because I didnt speak their dirtbike language. I would like to take my business elsewhere but no one else in the state has any kid dirt bikes left. Very disappointed in the customer service today.

Horrible customer service, they will not let you look at the bikes unless you say you’re going to buy one today and they pressure you into buying one, horrible experience!

Wow...called for a quick oil change on an 1800 to head back to NH at the middle of next week...looking for an oil change..not an overhaul...and ....guess what......2-3 weeks...hows that for service for a traveler......no thanks......!!!! pretty dang sad........!!!!!
