Alicia treated me with the best customer service I have ever received! I came in with a broken hand bag and she did everything she could to make a sad situation better. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The Washington Square store is by far my favorite store! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I stop in whenever I’m at the mall and I’m always greeted by name with a smile. When I can’t get into the store I can call or send a text and as always I receive A1 service!
We purchased 23 Michael Kors bags in California. Unfortunately, they had 0 gift bags left in store. We had such a difficult time locating boxes or bags at any MK store in the Portland area. The stores were not willing to share the gift boxes as we did not purchase them at their location. The manager in store today, was nothing but kind and humble. He allowed us boxes and bags for our out of state purchase. I did not catch his name, but we wanted to say thanks again!
Loved how they greeted me right away! It is rare when I get greeted at a nice store like this. I believe the person who greeted me was named taylor? He was a young man and was super nice and willing to help us out!
Well I only shop there for my wife and I get awsome customer service Everytime.. so thanks to everyone there but I will give a special shout out to a young lady there named Jennifer!
A fine store with fine merchandise. Pleasant to shop or browse. Staff are attentive, perhaps too much so. I suggest that staff tone down slightly the frequency and intensity of sales (er, customer service) approaches.

I do not understand why there are reviews for bad sale associates. Maybe it is because of different timing going to this location. To undermine the reviews made, I went to the MK to conduct research for my IA, the people working were very congenial to let me conduct and ask them questions, even though I wasnt going to buy anything. They even spread it around to each other and all pitched in to help me. Also, during the time of not helping me, they were also congenial to other customers. The sales associates during the weekend are very nice.

Beautiful store but the looks the employees give you are disgusting. If you look like you dont belong the employees will certainly make you feel that way. I went in with my mother in law who was looking at bags and the whole time i was being stared at as if i was going to steal something. Not a fan.
Horrible buying experience with lazy rude uncouth sales associates. This must be apart of their training and culture to act with such low standards. Sales associates lie and make up excuses for bad buying experiences. They charge your credit card without bothering to mail your purchased items. When asked about your items they brush you off to other sales associates in a different city. If you want your credit card charged, get no items, and crude human beings, then this is your store. I wish I can give negative stars. Worst Mk store by far.

I received a new bag and wallet for Christmas from my husband that was purchased on December 23, 2018 at the Michael Kors store at Washington Square Mall in Tigard Oregon.I have several Michael Kors bags very similar to the one I received and did not like the wallet it was to small.The day after Christmas I got very sick with the flu and then it went into pneumonia. My husband call the store and explained what was going on, they told him I could exchange it when I got better. So on February 15, 2018 at around 1:30 pm in the afternoon I finally was able to make the trip to Washington Square. When I got there I noticed the bag was still in the window display and the wallet was also on display in the store both still priced at the original price.I explained what happened and the call. The salesman told me that the return date was expired. I once again explained the phone call my husband made to the store and how sick I was. He told me he would do it this one time. I found another bag and wallet I liked a lot, with a higher price tag! The Sale associate started wiping the display bag down the one that was on display and handled by customers. I had noticed it had A few dirty marks on it and did not have any of the original packing material on it. I asked about a new one that had not been handled, the salesman said they didn’t have a new one in stock. I asked if he would ordered me one! I was not wanting a bag that had been handled and had to be wiped clean of dust and dirt.The Salesman said NO! He then said he was doing me a favor and I should just be appreciated and except the display bag! Then he said the sale would be final. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the store manager. He then turned me over to a female sales associate who was very rude as well. When asking her about a bag that was the same, that was on a shelf up high near the ceiling that looked to not have been in range of normal customer handling she rolled her eyes at me and said fine in a very rude tone!When I first got to the store a customer was just finishing up a purchase and the sales associate gave her a rose and said thank you. When I finished I said what pretty roses and she goes they were for paying customers on valentine’s Day.I have purchase over 20 Michael Kors bags and always the matching wallets and never have I exchanged or return any purchases before.I felt discriminated against and not valued as a customer because I was exchanging even thought I spent and additional $100.00 for the new bag and wallet! felt humiliated! I should have been treated like the customer before me. I should have been made to feel like a valued customer not like someone who should be grateful that they helped me!!I was exchanging yes! The bag and wallet I brought back had all the original wrapping around the handles the wallet had all the original foam inside, still with the original tissue paper wrapped around. The same bag was still in the front glassed in display window that people see when walking by.This was on Wednesday February 15, 2018 I got a email that said Valued Custmers the next morning with a coupon 25% off in any Michael Kors store.
I liked this store, however I didnt think the selection of clothing was that great.

The worst mk store that I have been to. I will never shop there again. The male sales are terrible. Choose to order online, shop the downtown mk, or some other store like Macys, Nordstrom.
