Got the AF1 and loved them but not even a year later and this thing at the back of the shoe started ripping through and hurting, and they can’t do anything about it so what was the point

I really do not understand why I will have to show them my ID each time I buy a pair of shoes or return a pair of shoes.I am not buying any alcohol or cigarettes.They need you ID, address, phone number, email address and your credit card. They can do tons of things with all those information.I refuse to shop there. once is enough.

The only reason why I won’t give them 5/5 is because they are still the only company that you have to give ID/CC/Receipt/Box with “FTL” sticker for any return. If for any reason you don’t have the credit card with you THEY WONT RETURN YOUR SHOES, HUGE HASSLE!!!!!

As of Mar 9, 2020 - they seem to be OUT OF BUSINESS. The phone number on Google just goes to a fax machine...... I guess another one bites the dust.
