I was in here yesterday early in the day looking for a specific type of shoe. They didn’t end up having it but the guy who was helping me out was so nice and helpful!! I wish I would’ve gotten his name so I could shout him out here in the reviews. I’m a short woman that was looking for a specific pair of Ultra Boosts they didn’t end up having but He still showed me all the ones they had and even the boys sizes that would fit me. He was super knowledgeable about all the shoes I was looking at. When he was showing me the Prestos he told me how he recently ran a 5k in them — if this encounter rings a bell I just wanna say thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

Champs Sports in the Washington Square Mall is kept clean by the associates and easy to shop. Shoes and clothing was easy to browse and associates were ready to help. The store is ADA friendly and accessible.

I didnt get anything there but I would have because everything looked so nice, but all I wanted to say was that the staff there are amazing and Im from out of town and Ive never had this good of staff manners in my life, but this place makes you feel good and the people make good conversation with you.

Champs has a great selection of athletic clothing and gear. Outside are massage chairs. Well worth the trip. $5 for 15 minutes: its so worth it. Really must try it, but others enjoy the chairs as well, not just my opinion. And a great way to meet diverse people.

My Friend and I where on vacation and we went there to get shoes and I waited for them to bring my shoes I asked for. Eventually I had to ask again and when my friend was checking out he overheard them talking about my shoes and they said that they were keeping them for one of their employees and I would’ve never found out if it wasn’t for my friend telling me... what happens to customers come first? They work there day in and day out so why couldn’t they wait for a new shipment to come in for them. I am thankful for other options to take my business now.

Managerer and staff were very helpful with questions and sizing. Every employee was doing something, no sitting around clock watching. Great job management on excellent staff choices. Thank you staff for all the help with my kids and questions.

Good selection for shoes but the employees there are very rude and loud. They were screaming and running around for no reason.

They accused me of theft. A coworker said another coworker saw me stuffing my purse when i never opened it but for my glasses. I was with my friend and they made me open my purse in front of everyone and obviously I had nothing. Ive never had so many eyes on me or been so embarrassed in my life. It was my first time shopping there.

Store manager on 5/4/19 was extremely rude. Was yelling at customers in line and refusing service and kicking people out of the store for no reason. Said he couldn’t sell shoes to anyone who was buying. Even if they bought shoes from another store. People wanted to complain to District and company manager but the store manager himself said he wasn’t allowed to give out numbers. It was very scary and intimidating. Such awful service and I wished everyone would have walked out. I will go to state and higher to make sure this manager is out of a job. Unbelievable and uncalled for.

Got a champion script team t-shirt from this store and only wash one time and the T-shirt shrinks one size down, the store manager refused to do anything to help customers and he even said “ all clothes shrink!!!” :(He said that you can’t exchange after wash, but how do I know it shrinks after wash?????? Bad experience shopping in this store.

Great service from the associates, I believe their names were Jamie, Kobie and Carson. Will for sure shop here again.

Bought 5 of the same shirt in different colors got 5 wildly different sized shirts

Was going to purchase 3 shirts and was waiting to try them on but customer service sucks, I waited on fitting rooms but a bit then try and talk to someone but when I tried approaching they would all walk away, so I just put the clothing back.
