I recently found a flooring that I love and Roy Kitchen Cabinets & Flooring had it. Armin jumped on searching for my Karndean flooring. He called me back in no time at all and found it at less than anyone else could. My general contractor was already contracted to install. It turns out he had never installed that brand before....alas, another call to Armin and he had installers out in 4 days. It looks BEAUTIFUL! Every morning I flip on the light and take to heart our new kitchen and floors with gratitude; it just feels good to look at it — from the texture of the hardwood, to the color of the cabinets, to the spaciousness that was once closed up. One of my favorite things: closing the cabinet after getting my coffee cup (soft close!). This was a total remodel. We could not be happier with the result or with the process. We found Royal Kitchen and Flooring on Yelp, and their positive reviews led us to visit. We immediately appreciated what seemed a genuine warmth from both Vic and Armin. As weeks passed and we worked closely with them in all kinds of situations, it became evident the warmth and caring are genuine. Vic and Armin, and their entire team, provided experience, expertise, good judgement, and talent. The prices were competitive (much lower than some estimates), but importantly, never were we up-charged or “nickeled-and-dimed” for anything. Royal said what the price would be for various options, and never changed that (except to pass along a discount they were able to get). Vic and Armin (and Tonya) stand by their word. Armin designs the kitchens and is able to show computer renderings. He never lost his patience with us even going through dozens of iterations over weeks, and he was responsive in a way that seemed like it was 24 hours a day seven days a week. We are so thankful we found Royal, so thankful we worked with them instead of piecing together different vendors. Vic organized the actual work and it happened just as he said it would. He can organize installers he works with or accommodate your own contractor for parts. It all went smooth and fast. Vics teams of installers each worked hard and efficiently, staying late if needed. They were respectful and easy to have in our house for a few days. The cabinets are high quality and it is a joy to open and close them — good, solid craftsmanship. We have only accolades for Royal and not a single complaint. We consider them, and they us, our new friends.

I strongly recommend Royal Kitchen and Flooring. Vick is so professional and accommodating, and he is not at all pushy (or salesman like). He and his staff did an excellent job getting us what we needed for our insurance claim. Tonya was very helpful when we were piecing together the new look for our home, and it came out beautifully.The crews that installed the cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and flooring (throughout the house) were all very friendly and professional, and everything looks amazing!On top of all of that, their prices were significantly lower than the other company we spoke with, and they finished all of the work in an extremely short amount of time!You will not go wrong with Royal Kitchen and Flooring.

Armin and Vic were great to work with and my kitchen came out beautiful. They were both patient and attentive during my kitchen renovation. They were the only ones to put together a CAD drawing for me free of charge and without me asking for one. When I could see the vision laid out in a drawing it made all the difference in the world. They were also very accommodating in the specific cabinet color that I was looking for on my island. In a nutshell, my kitchen came out beautiful, the customer service was excellent and their prices were more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I have never had a remodel with the positive experience as I did with Royal Kitchen. I had a small budget as kitchen remodeling goes and this did not deter them from working with me. Armin found the perfect cabinets and counter tops that I absolutely love. The Royal Kitchen contractors are so professional. They showed up when they said they would, that never happens, they finished sooner than quoted, that never happens, they cleaned up each day, that never happens, and are considerate of your home and your time. I could not be more pleased and my kitchen is beautiful. Now, to tackle the bathrooms. With Royal Kitchen and bath Im sure!

Selecting Royal Kitchen was easily the best decision I made on my remodel. Vic and Tanya were so wonderful to work with. Ive never done a remodel before, and they walked me through the entire process, and installed brand new kitchen (countertops, cabinets, and helped me decide to remove the soffit which made a HUGE difference) and also installed all the flooring (hardwood, carpet and vinyl in the laundry room) in my house. They were quick, and their prices and quality of products beat all the other bids I had gotten. I couldnt be happier.

After getting several bids for flooring I found Royal kitchen and flooring. I was surprised that a local contractor could beat the other bids and do the work in a shorter time frame. The crew was exceptional and left my home spotless. They were extremely professional and I love my new floors. I highly recommend Royal and would use them again for any home improvement.

Im a local designer, and my client had recently asked me to try this company. In doing so, I worked with Armin. I cannot say enough in regards to his professionalism, promptness, flexibility, and exceptional kindness. I would highly recommend.

There are a few things I want to make clear at the beginning of this review.One is that I started this project by interviewing three different companies.Second, I have very definite ideas of what I want and I’m not easily swayed. (This knocked out the first competitor. They make a very pretty, very similar kitchen for every client. They didn’t have samples, but a small booklet with very few choices of colors and finishes and absolutely no customization.)Thirdly, this is not my first renovation. I have learned the hard way to only work with professionals who are responsive and timely in returning calls, etc... (This knocked out the second competitor. They were two hours late for the first meeting and although they promised a quote within the next couple of days, did not get back to me for nearly a week.)Armin from Royal was on time for our meeting, asked thoughtful questions and their showroom is a dream!!! When I went in to make choices, I met Vic and Tonya. I truly felt that they wanted to give me exactly what I wanted and that we were a team!I wanted something very high end and different. I had a vision and they helped me to bring it to life. I ended up not choosing a sample for cabinets, but showed them the color and gloss that I liked and they created a sample that was “spot on”! I also have high ceilings and wanted the cabinets to go all the way up. That is exactly what I got.I have the kitchen I pictured and “my team” worked with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Royal Kitchens and Flooring. They are professional and they go out of their way to ensure that the customer is happy at the end of the project.

We went into the showroom on a Sunday afternoon, had our carpet picked out within 1 hour thanks to their excellent customer service. The next day they came out and measured the rooms we wanted carpeted and 5 days later the carpet was in!!!! Such a great experience, such great customer service. We would recommend their services to all of our family and friends any time, and we will definitely use them again the next time we need quick and professional carpet, hardwood flooring or kitchen counter top installation!!

Our new Karndean loose lay vinyl floor installed by Royal Kitchen and Flooring a few weeks ago looks great. Now that we have had it for several weeks, we find it is easy to clean; spots and stains wipe away easily. And, there is no annoying sound when we walk on it as there is on similar floors. This was very important to us. Installation for the 1000 sf, 4 rooms plus hall and bath took only three days from start to finish. The installers did an excellent job on the floor. However, they needed to be more careful with protecting the house from the dust generated by tile removal in the kitchen. Fortunately, we had mitigated the inconvenience by taping closed all the cabinetry. They did do many extra small improvements without much prompting and at no additional charge which was great. I would give this installation a 4.75 rating. Both Royal Kitchen and the vinyl flooring deserve a 5.0 star rating.

Royal kitchen and floors transformed our kitchen from dark and drab to light and uplifting . Their choices of products from floors to cabinets were wonderful ! Armin was there every step of the way wanting to make sure we were happy with everything . Vic made sure we got everything we asked for at a very reasonable price . They were punctual and professional!! Well worth the money on all levels . Thank you Royal kitchen for giving us aA beautiful kitchen !

Walking in to Royal Kitchen and flooring was one of the best decisions I made for my home renovation. Vic and his team are extremely professional, hardworking, and experienced at what they do. Vic even went out of his way all the time to make sure my project was running as smoothly as possible. I also love that he would give an very detailed quote with lists of every possible things for the project, so the entire quote is transparent. Well, Royal did it again for us the 2nd time, performed beyond the call of duty. We have a rental house that needed complete kitchen cabinets, counter tops and carpet throughout, HOWEVER, we only had 2 weeks to start and finish the job before the tenant moved in. Then the breath of fresh air and the words: no problem, and without compromise to price or quality. As you can guess, all happened without any snags and the place looks fantastic! Cant thank Royal and Vics crews enough for their performance.

We went to Royal Kitchens after we had a fallout with our general contractor. Armin and his team did our floors, cabinets, and countertops.We signed the contract with them on Friday and the work started on Monday. The kitchen was demo’ed in 2 days and the floors were in by Friday. The cabinet guys Armen and Samuel were great. They completed the job the next weekend. It took another week to get the last touches finished.Armin was prompt at replying on the phone and by text. He was helpful and patient. We have already recommended him to two of our friends.Overall we are really happy with Royal Kitchen.

We searched for weeks to find a reputable company to do our flooring. Not only did Royal Kitchen Cabinets and Flooring install our flooring, they also did a fabulous job with our countertops! The entire team was very professional and considerate of our time and budget. I originally went to a different carpet store down the street from here. After ordering the carpet and waiting one week for it to be delivered it turned out that he ordered the wrong color. I was extremely disappointed therefore, I got my money back and came to Royal Kitchen and Flooring. Armin was extremely helpful and texted me wiall updates and I really appreciated his help. Carpet was then delivered, installed, and looks great!!! Very happy with the customer service, would recommend.
