Visited this store on the weekend, place was not packed nor had a stream of people waiting to get in. Wife looked for various tops and tried on several. (She explained to me that the stretch shirts fit good but she prefers cotton and has to go a size up for comfort.) The staff was great. I complimented one of them for actually spelling my wifes name correct as there are different variations. There are many items besides uniform in stock. Name tags holders, shoes, bags, stethoscopes, safety glasses, etc. Wife bought 4-5 shirts, safety glasses, stethoscope for about $50.

Nice location but I wish the men’s section had more variety (colors/sizes).. out of the whole store, the right corner is all they have for men.

Store clean and staff friendly. They always offer help. They have a good selection of scrubs

The staff here is the absolute best! They make everything so easy find. Even if I have to return an item, it’s done fast and easy! I would recommend any uniform destination!!

Terrible customer service. Closer to home however the 1st time there, no acknowledgement from staff that I was there until I asked for a dressing room. They did not tell me the scrubs I was trying on were mens scrubs. No direction or knowledge of merchandise. I ended up buying womens scrubs that did not fit me right. Such a disappointment which led to my 2nd time there to return scrubs, 1 out of the 3 employees was friendly however, I was denied the refund because my unworn scrub pants did not have the tag attached (I explained my awful experience to them but still rudely denied my refund). I guess customers and sales are not a priority at this store. I work for a humongous medical corporation and I will share my experience and steer them elsewhere! I will drive to Colorado Mills Scrubs and Beyond where we get a discount AND where the customer service is excellent!

Came in for the first time today to get a new pair of scrubs for work! Graci made me feel so welcome and was very helpful! I will definitely be back!

I was in there 2 weeks ago, not the service that i normally get when i am in there, the 2 people behind the counter never greeted me, asked if they could help, just sat there. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

The ladies there are very accommodating, helpful, they suggest other styles and help me browse from their display. easy to locate the uniform I like and fast check out. also, easy return of the item that is not my size. The store is very convenient as it is inside the mall so I shop after my purchase.

Felt so uncomfortable and judged here. The two younger girls working tonight 1/26 were so rude to me. I couldnt find anything to fit my body type and started feeling a little frustrated, so Im browsing for about an hour. My husband keeps bringing me things To the back dressing room, because as I mentioned before I couldnt find anything that fit me well so he was doing his best to help. As I grab my final items to try on as my last resort, the girl goes just so you know we close in under 30 minutes... proceeded to stand by me and follow us around the store clearly trying to push us out not offering us help one single time but laughing with each other instead. Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back.

Great selection and excellent prices on scrubs! This is a reliable destination for discount scrubs. I have visited a couple of times and every time I go I am greeted by friendly faces and knowledgable staff. It might be out of the way but it is well worth the drive!

I was in last night and purchases scrubs for work. The young lady closing last night was very helpful and extremely pleasant. What an asset. The selection was plentiful and neatly organized. Though a bit pricier than the big box down the road, well worth the expense both quality and customer service. Bravo

Excellent selection of styles, colors, and sizes. Very helpful and friendly staff who helped me find a Star Wars scrub in the clearance section. Will be back soon for more fun and comfy scrubs!

8/6/20: came into this store at the Denver outlets.The two young ladies working were super sweet and helpful. They really made the experience enjoyable, and I would come back solely because of them. I believe their names were Veronica and Grace.

***Update: The regional manager contacted me and informed me they had made a mistake. She offered to honor the discounted credit amount towards the blue scrub tops which I ended up taking. Im glad the situation got resolved and because of the accountability and their decent pricing I will continue to shop there in the future.Original:I had somewhat of a unprofessional experience there recently, I was buying a couple scrub bottoms and scrub tops with a gift card that my employer gave me to purchase scrubs with, of those I ordered two tops that they didnt have in stock and the amount went over so I ended up paying an additional $40 out of pocket to cover cost. When the shirts came in the manager named Crystal called me and said her employees made a mistake that the black pants that I purchased through the gift card were not covered through the gift card because of the company were I work at does not cover the color black pants, only gray (they dont enforce this at my workplace, and at the time I didnt even know this) She told me I would have to come in to pay an additional $40 to receive my tops, and when I ask for a refund she rightly explained to me that pre-orders are not eligible for refunds. When I explained to her the store employees never explained either of those facts to me during checkout, she acknowledged that her workers had made an error but the idea that shes essentially holding goods that I paid for, out of pocket, and wont give them to me- that idea never occurred to her. Ive already taken the tags off and started wearing the black pants so I cant return them, but the idea that I should come in and financially fix a problem that came about from a communication error from employees to me isnt professional or even accountable. Whats worse is the amount shes asking for (in conjunction with what Ive already paid) is more than the amount of the tops shes holding ransom right now- shes trying to get me to pay for mistakes of charges incurred on the gift card even though it wasnt fully explained to me before I bought them and now because the tags cannot return them.

Chrystal was amazing. I own a small company and was looking for a particular kind of lab coat and she was able to find it for me. Very personable staff. Always greet you with a smile and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want.

Great customer service. Although I was disappointed that an item was marked a certain price which was I was told in error and in the end the manager refused to offer that price to me. But the ladies at the desk were super nice. I also love the selection especially that they offer petite sizes.

The staff was very helpful. The Scrub Yoga pants are fantastic! They were cheaper here than online from a huge scrub retailer.

This is my new favorite store to buy my scrubs.I was able to order the exact Koi Lite scrubs that I wanted and they were able to get them in very fast. I definitely recommend Uniform Destination.

Tris place is amazing all the clothes are great quality and the prices are the best in the industry I wear a 4x in pants and shirts and this place has them all the time and the special order/ online ordering is amazing I order them in store and there their in 4 days and it’s amazing plus since I wear a big size all online stores are like 50$ or more for shirts pant you name it and this place it’s all 25
