Excellent customer service! An Associate named Bree called several Famous Footwear locations to find my size b/c it was out of stock at their location. She found the Nike boots I needed and Im so thankful! You guys are great!

Way lower prices on Skechers than the Skechers outlet. Everyone was really nice and I got some great no-slip shoes for work.

Great selection of shoes, great customer service, however this place does not care about COVID or people coming in without masks. Several people walked in without masks when I was there a couple days ago and none of the workers said anything. If you’re high risk, find shoes somewhere else.

Bought the kids some new kicks, customer service was outstanding, they even offered the kids stickers which made their day!

I keep going back here and buying shoes! (And Im not, generally, a shoe buyer.) But the service has been great, I have been finding shoes I liked, at a price that didnt make me curl my lip, and (extra bonus) they actually fit my hard-to-fit feet. I also got in and got out in less than half an hour every time. 😃

I had never been to this location before and was so impressed by how great the service was. I was looking to find a shoe they were out of but had at other locations and these ladies were all about finding it for me. I ended up buying 2 pairs there!! And still going to another store to get my Bobs!

Only problem was so many people in the store and half the boxes were missing matching sizes but the staff was great in helping us find everything we needed!

I was at 3 different stores this DaY. Staff was friendly. They didnt have the right size shoe, so we went to 3 locations to find the right size. All stores are set up different& made it hard to find the shoes we were looking for. There are 3 stores located pretty close together & once in shopping location they were hard to find/see from a vehicle.Probably will not return to outlet location on 144th.- what a joke that place is. Very poor signage& difficult to locate store once there. Parking was a nightmare & handicapped parking was limited a long distance from entrance to outlet mall.

Id rather be famous than infamous, LOL. Seriously though why did they have to move so far away?
