This outlet is absolutely perfect. Everything is new and clean and fresh. Theres a huge amazing playground for the kids with a slide that will take their breath away. Theres plenty of very comfortable seating throughout and phone charging stations. If you are interested in any of the stores, come with your whole family. The kids will play forever and your partner wont mind sitting comfortably as you shop. Theres also lots more great shopping nearby.
I appreciate the relaxing atmosphere of this mall. Walking around outdoors, on a sunny day, going in and out of nice, cool, air conditioned shops, is such a pleasure. The food court is indoors and has the standard mall food fare that you would expect, but the place is beautiful and there’s plenty of places to sit and enjoy with your family.I did grow tired of the aggressive sales approach of most of the shops we went into. A few shops got out of our way and let us shop, but certain other shops, kept trying to sell us things and we just weren’t into it. I just want to explore and discover things, I don’t want to have to constantly tell the store staff that we’re just browsing.I bought perfume from one of the fragrance shops and the salesperson kept trying to upsell me after I repeatedly told her no. I regret buying anything from her because I think the aggressive sales approach is unbearable. It ruined the otherwise relaxing atmosphere of the mall.
Really beautiful & fun outlet mall!! The playground is so gorgeous, and there’s of amenities here! Lots of seating, and great to bring your dogs to walk around and shop. They even have fountains for your pups!The online directory lists which stores are dog friendly!
A pretty nice place if you are looking to add something new to your wardrobe. Also, if you have kids checkout the playground, your kids will enjoy it while you have your cup of java.
It was so nice shopping mid day and mid week. Found a jacket at Old Navy, jeans at Levi and two perfumes. Quick, clean and excellent service.

Meh... A lot of overpriced outlet stores. These are not outlets at all, they either carry the same products at full price or sub-standard outlet discount products. I was hoping to find real outlets focused on discounted previous year model clothing or overstock, not so. I suppose if you are into the normal outdoor mall, this place may be just what you want. It is new and beautiful. Do not expect any deals here.
We love this outdoor outlet mall. The facility is very new, so everything seems to work well and is still modern looking. We also enjoy the impressive lineup of stores including Nike Factory Store, Coach, Kate spade, Under Armour, Polo Ralph Lauren, Tory Burch, Banana Republic to name a few. The mall has a food court with an ATM and baby changing station. And a really nice outdoor children’s play area. It has cushioned artificial turf with netted aerial pathways and a fossil pit. Most of the stores offer a 10% military/veteran discount if you ask.
Nothing really sets this mall apart from any other outdoor mall. There’s limited food options and not as many stores as the Castle Rock Outlets. My biggest complaint is the playground is not accessible in any shape or form. It’s unique and has a ton of cool options, but none of them were accessible to the kiddo I took, and of course he was really bummed about it. There’s nothing worse than seeing a kid watch other kids laugh and play but they can’t join in.
This was a nice outlet mall. The stores were quite new and clean. And they were laid out well to keep people outside, but still out of the sun.Unfortunately and this is no fault of the location all the stores stock pretty much the same clothes and these styles and the same fabrics and patterns so no matter which store you went into the were pretty much all the same. I didnt find what I was looking for because it was just not available.The food court had a bit more variety but not by much. Same standard fair just in newer stalls than any old shopping mall.Still it was nice to get out of my hotel room on my day off for a bit.
I almost threw up everywhere. Prices are out of this world! I guess that is expected from normal people, but it is definitely not my cup of tea.

There is a wide variety of stores at this location. Some candy shops, toy shops and entertainment for the kids. On a business attire stand point there is places like Calvin Klein and Banana Republic. The food court is kind of unimpressive but still a great outlets.
I will never understand outdoor plazas in Colorado. In the summer its too hot. This new center has very limited shade. And in the winter itll be too cold and covered in ice! This is not ADA nor Elderly friendly. Stop using California designs in places that actually have weather! 🙄
Kinda funWe went there expecting to find some good prices on maybe unique or discontinued stuff, but it seemed like most of it was just clothes that no one would buy. The few things I did look at were priced more than I would have thought retail would have been. They say half off but its like half off $60 for a T-SHIRT!? Yeah thats when we decided this wasnt worth our time.
Great place but very crowded. and the Nike outlet didnt have any Jordan shoes. just those weird looking running shoes

The premium outlets are pretty nice! The kids playground is large and usually pretty busy. The food court is small and lackluster, but there are usually food trucks in the walking areas and by the parking lots. The outlets are also great because many many of them have great discounts all the time!
Just be the mall that I went through to get to my destination. Outdoors. Navigation was easy enough. Clean.
This new outlet mall has a nice layout with upscale shops. The food court is nice, with plenty of things to choose from. There is also a nice sized Starbucks to fulfill your caffeine needs. This is not the 90s version of outlet stores. No longer are there super bargains and deals to be had. There are sales and specials, but you wont be getting the deal of a lifetime. Overall, nice outdoor mall, with an impressive play area for the kids!

Love this place. So happy they opened one in Colorado. The 1st time I went to a premium outlet was in Canada believe it or not!! When they started in Thornton they had Burberry, boss and few others but recently when we went there those stores closed although they have those premium stores online on the Denver premium outlet website. They have a big play area for the kids which the kids love. They have a decent selection of food court. They have food trucks too. They even have big electric animal rides for kids. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.
The playground at these outlets is amazing! My kids beg to visit. They have cozy picnic tables where you can eat, along with wooden gliding chairs for parents to watch their kids from a shaded area. A warning for parents with runners: there isnt a fence between the play area and the parking lot, so kids could potentially run into the street.
Clean and lots of room, very wide open. Parking lot seemed roomy too, many outlets try to squeeze you in. Cant give 5 stars to a mall out of principal
Nice outlet. Great playground for kids, all stores appeared to only have casual clothing for young adults. Couldnt find any store that carried suitable office clothing. Came to shop but bought nothing.
Wonderful shopping area. Lots of choices. Love the Loft outlet, Express, Coach, Michael Kor, and Columbia. Always find what I need. Great pricing.Bonus the area is laid out on an open courtyard plan with lovely fountains. Childrens play area and a huge fireplace for cool weather enjoyment.Nice choice of foods in the food court, and a Starbucks.
This place is even better now that Satire Brewery has a spot here!
Nice mix of shops, especially enjoyed the Vans and Nike stores. Loved the sumo wrestlers in front, great photos opportunity. Clean fresh new take on an outdoor outlet mall. My grandkids loved the outdoor play area, very innovative...kept the kids active and entertained. Need a few more shops here and more restaurants in the food court and a friendlier receptionist at the Simmons courtesy desk- as i walked by and looked her in the face and said hi- no response...thought that was rude. Besides that the visit met my expectations.
Brand new, very nice facility. Obviously open air. It was very hot when we visited but stores were cool and you could avoid the sun between most stores.
A five stars shopping experience where the options are unlimited and the foods are many but what took my breath away if the play area fkr the kids, its like nothing anywhere in the world. I enjoyed shopping for gifts and clothing and walking around. There are some bargains too but the space is considerably big and the stores are always doing promotions. I wish I lived closer to it.
I only went here for a Covid19 test. Looks like fun, clean, lots of shops, nice location. Check it out sometime

Not the biggest Outlet Ive been to but there is a very good selection of stores. The park is a huge plus for my kids whether they or me/the wife wants to take a break.

Ok, not enough of great eateries here- Cheddars, Santiagos, Salsas would kill it!! Not too much of a bargain for an outlet- Maybe owners are still too greedy over their investments, but its the Customers who create the flow and pay the employees. Overpriced landlords dont get it. Quality, not quantity!!Just observing.

Awesome Grand opening! Live music, acrobats from Americas Got Talent and so many freebies and prizes. Love the mall, partial coverage and partially open air. The park is phenomenal! Just massive with stuff for every age and the swings are awesome. They had free balloonists and face painting today. Only thing that was a downer was the food pavilion, only two restaurants open and the pavilion is huge but only two more restaurants are opening. So odd, no options!Everything else was awesome. Great stores and really nice sitting areas outside.
Unfortunately some stores such as polo and Levis Are more interested in enforcing mask man dates then they are Selling clothes
The stores were okay. The jewel was the playground. Its big and full of rope climbing structures. Its great exercise for kids who are past the toddler stage. If there would have been swings it would have been perfect.

A nice enough open air mall but most of the shops are selling year old stuff at prices above market value. Dont assume if its there its a good deal, most of what Ive seen at malls like this are not.

Very much on the higher end, but thats in the name isnt it? Clean, places for kids to play, multiple places to eat...If you have some money and want a pleasant shopping experience this is a choice place for it

This mall is really great. It is very modern and has some nice touches. It is a little small but Im sure this mall will grow. I went here and there are a few problems. The food court is really small but the food was pretty good and had nice people. There are some really high end stores here. If you want to go shopping here, bring extra money because the majority of the stores are high end such as Calvin Klein, Guess, Vineyard Vine, Puma, Nike, Columbia, Coach, and Kate Spade. I did love how nice everything was, but also bring a jacket because it is an outdoor mall. It is also close to the highway, so be wary of that. The playground was a great idea along with the water works. I do recommend just be ready for high end stores.
They were nice. It was very cold so not alot of people about. Cant wait for the playground to reopen. Will definitely go back.
This place was amazing. We picked a great day to go it was so nice out. We hung out by the fountian while my family shopped.
The stores are great but when we were eating in the food court it smells like sewage, very unappetizing.
