Phenomenal service went in to look for a new side by side for the family. Rocco was the sales guy that helped me out got me exactly what I wanted especially cause everything’s out like a month or 2. He made the process nice and simple kept me updated on inventory up to when my machine arrived really recommend going and speaking with Rocco he’ll help you get you into the unit you want.
I’m a new rider and seeing how I got a Kawasaki I thought this was the place to go. Parts, service, accessories and even new bikes. First time there for parts I was treated more like an annoyance and there was even another unhappy customer there with how they were being treated. Second my bike broke down on me and I was stranded, thought I’d have it towed to sun Kawasaki being they have a service department. Guy on the phone was rude and told me I can’t come there without an appointment even though the website says walk-ins and appointments welcome. I mean where else am I suppose to take it right? I wasn’t expecting immediate service but then I was finally told well we are booked through October anyway. Needless to say won’t ever be getting my business again. Unprofessional and they could care less about their customers.
Brandon and Val were super helpful and Ive thoroughly enjoyed my new klx300sm!!! Incredibly happy I chose Sun!
Salespeople helped find the right bike for me, Rocco was very informative, and helpful in making the buying process quick. Overall very good experience
Never been there and if they customer service is like how the answer they phone 20 min off wait and noting. Customers service= bussines please go to performance cycle if you need anything
I will definitely be back. Picked up a plow for my UTV for about $500 less then everyone else had them.
They have plenty of parts for your vehicles in inventory along with plenty of accessories. Inventory is OK. The only thing I had to drive there so I can put my order for a 10 dollars part! They require me to be there to order the part...I could order it online from someone else but I needed to go there anyway. For the rest it will not be convenient.
Very helpful staff and a huge inventory
Purchased a couple tires for my Honda stateline and I couldnt be happier. Even with social distancing, all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Sun Honda is my go to for all my motorcycle needs! Thank you guys for taking great care of me!
Very nice. Very organized and friendly people. Got what I came for and they helped me a lot.
Outrageously overpriced$32 for a switch $18 for an oil filterI found the exact same stuff on Amazon $12 for the switch $8 for the filter., 😡
Love this place
Staff was nice. We bought an Outlander. They took care of us when buying gear. Sales was not pushy. I will buy again.
I always get great service here, they are very accommodating!
Better than average Harley store..
The only place to get a nice bike if you ask me
Came in and bought a new z125, scott was my salesman. He was great, i already knew what i wanted but he wasnt pushy and he was a great guy to talk to. The finance manager was really easy to deal with, all in all it was a very chill buying experience and i got exactly what i wanted with a decent loan. Very happy with the sales side, we will be back to buy a honda metro for my lady soon. Service dept i have not dealt with yet.
Every time I contact this company I get more frustrated with them.. there is one good employee in parts besides that the whole place can rot for all I care.. the latest issue I have is that the will not swap tires over on your bike unless you buy them there.. well Sun Powersports you couldnt get the set that I wanted for under $300 which is marked up 30% compared to my price. I dont think that I will be doing any business here unless Im getting oil to do my own oil change. Because if I wanted to that that here at this dealership it would take about 2 weeks to get my bike back.. this is a sorry excuse for a business
Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable
Nice place people were very helpfull
I dropped my Kawasaki Z1000 and went to sun for an estimate. They said it would need to be totaled because of a cracked frame amongst the $7000 cost for all the repairs. We got it back home and took a better look at it and bold faced lies. We fixed it ourselves for around $1500. I have a feeling someone in the shop wanted my bike since they are really hard to get a hold of, because what they pointed out as being part of the cracked frame was clearly not. The whole experience made me wary of dealing with them. They were great when I went to buy the bike, but after that things changed pretty quick.
Lots of things in stock and pretty good prices.
Very helpful with questions i had.
Great customer service.
Parts department is the worst Ive ever dealt with.
