All instructors are very professional and well knowledged if you’re confused or have a question they’re always there to help. White dragon martial arts is a good principle for self-discipline and pushing past your limitations to thrive and succeed beyond your limitations to become a better Version of yourself. Would recommend this place to anybody that wants to practice traditional Chinese kung fu, fighting tactics or getting more self-confidence. White dragon martial arts will definitely make you a well all-around better person through their basic practices.

I think the Sifu (instructor) is very good and very patient. If you are a beginner and adult this is a great place to learn the art and get a workout. Truly a beautiful ancient art.

Both our daughters have been taking Sifu Posts classes for about eight months now. Its fascinating to watch them both, very different personalities, interact with their classmates and Sifu Post. He is fabulous with the kids - allowing them to be kids, yet teaching them, in a very age appropriate way, the discipline and respect of Kung Fu and everything it stands for. The discipline is not an everyone wins mentality, which we admire and love. It teaches the kids that hard work and effort are required to excel. In the past eight months, weve watched our oldest start to come out of her shell and grow in confidence and ability. And our youngest, who is just barely five years old and all over the place, is beginning to really understand the principles being taught to her. We are so happy we found White Dragon and cannot wait to see the continued growth in each of our girls!

I absolutely LOVE this school. I am so honored to be a student at a school where the teachings are actual ancient techniques and not some BS spins or modern interpretations of the ancient art. My appreciation of this can not be fully justified or put into words on how I truly feel.I have the opportunity to be surrounded by such amazing people that it almost feels like another home to me. All of my classmates help me to feel like their sister, and I feel so comfortable around them that I get even more excited to attend class.Sifu Post is hands down one of the best teachers I have ever had the privilege to be a student of. He loves teaching us the art of what he has been taught, and wants to help us succeed in all ways possible. Of course, it is up to us on where we want to go with this practice, but he will willingly be there every step of the way. He is extremely knowledgeable and so easy and comfortable to talk to, that you can soak everything he has to say up like a sponge. The classes can be challenging, yes. But he helps make each class fun and exciting. You will not regret being in class after class time is over. I love this place.In short, I’ve gained the self confidence and self discipline to make significant changes in my life. Sifu Post is the teacher for my son. He has been very great and thorough during the time we have been with him. And he really cares about the kids. Definitely would recommend to others that are looking for a place to start class

This place is truly one of the few remaining places where you can learn real martial arts in as close as possible to the traditional way. The instructors did not learn this art from DVDs but from many years of very hard practice. Very few have the potential to become a black belt here and even fewer actually go through with it, this being just an example of how hardcore this place is. If you want to learn real martial arts, then this is the place to go to!

I have been to many different places looking for a good kung fu class for my son and am so happy I stumbled upon this place. Sifu Post is amazing! He has the perfect balance of keeping the kids focused and respectful in class while also joking around with them. Its amazing watching all the kids go from running around before class to immediately standing in formation once he enters the room. He is patient while teaching, but also pushes them to do their absolute best. He is very traditional and teaches true kung fu techniques. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else. Im looking forward to my sons future here.

The head instructor, Sifu Post, is very knowledgeable and passionate about Pai Lum and its students. He takes great care to build strong relationships through a very tough and enjoyable work out. Also, you will be treated as a member of the family. I highly recommend this to anyone. I have tried my hand at many martial arts; the reason I have stuck with this one is because it gives you exactly what is promised at the door, and the values of the instructor show clearly in every circumstance and class.

Both of my girls, one age 8 and one age 17, take Kung Fu here. They have made amazing progress and my introverted teen has gained confidence. The staff is amazing with the kids and there is a lot of laughter and fun while getting serious work done. I feel much better about their safety after enrolling them here. You wouldnt want to cross my 8 year old especially in a dark alley.

Its never been so easy to learn martial arts. The workouts are hard, the instructors are tough but fair, and really drive their students to be successful. The one truth to Pai Lum White Dragon is that the students and instructors are a family. They work together through each others hardships and help encourage each other to achieve their goals as a team. I wouldnt recommend any other school to my friends or family.

I was shopping around for Martial Art schools for my son and Pai Lum White Dragon is the most affordable school out there, I even decided to sign my whole family up. Sifu Post is a very good teacher and he is incredible with my 12 year old Daughter and 7 year old son. When i started in whitedragon i could barely walk i used a cane wheelchair or walker within a 2 month period Sifu Post helped my gain the confidence to over come.
