Update: The owner has responded below. Rather than addressing the situation with any sort of professionalism, they have to chosen to lie and create further conflict. There was absolutely no profanity exchanged on the phone, there are multiple people who can attest to that. We also have the snide voicemail that was left when they cancelled my entire order and refused to match their own published prices. I gave them decent business for years, but this has gotten out of hand. I will never do business with these people again, Id rather pay more elsewhere.Original: Placed an online order directly through their website. Received a message saying they had nothing that I ordered and would not honor any of the pricing for the products that they do carry. Called to ask them, was hung up on by a woman named Ashley. Called back, they picked up the phone and hung up again without saying anything. HORRIBLE customer service and a very disappointing transaction. Will never patron this store again and highly recommend that you do the same. Do NOT trust their online ordering system.

Wide selection of beer, wine and liquor. Friendly and move you through quickly. Navigating parking can be a little tight on weekends and holidays. Not a big deal though.

Love this store - its been our go-to even before we moved into the neighborhood. Convenient, large selection - prices are great, especially on the bourbon we regularly buy. They have a rewards program that is pretty decent as well. I cant give 4 stars because some of the employees are simply slow, rude and just dont care. Thats not true of everyone - theres some really nice folks here as well. Depending on when you go (its a popular store) the line can get a little lengthy - but overall, a great store!

Has a pretty darn good selection of alcohol and spirits. A lot of mixers too. My favorite part is you can make your own 6 pack from their single cans and bottles of beer in the fridges.

Was in tonight for a quick stop and someone walking around without a mask. There’s clearly a sign on the door and would have expected that to be enforced considering we still have a state wide mandate. Won’t be going back.

My go to liquor store. Owners and employees are nice. Selection and price is reasonable. Music is great 80% of the time. They offer a rewards program and a military discount. Anyone that supports our military gets an extra star. Only downside is the lines on weekends and holidays are straight out of control.

I was in there earlier tonight, and there were some other people in the store shouting without masks on asking for products. The cashier helped them and when the customer acknowledged that they forgot to put on a mask, the woman said Ehh I dont care, too late now. With a state mandate in place, kinda crazy that a liquor store on Saturday night isnt enforcing policy. I also see another review saying the same issue has been happening. Wonder if they just dont see these or dont care.

Consistently rotates their beer stock so theres always something new. Love the variety.

My main stop on Saturday nights. Good COVID precautions and a very friendly staff. Very liberal with the music selection which I appreciate! 2 Live Crew was playing one night and it made me smile. The staff is really nice too.

Even if I didnt live super close to this store Id drive to come here. Amazing selection, easy to find what you need, and the staff is always super friendly. I love that I can get in and out in like 2.5 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a nice experience, not knowing exactly where to find what we wanted, we asked the cashier. He knew what aisle and how far down we had to go to find what we wanted. That kept us from looking all over the place.

I needed something quick and they had the wine I was looking for right in front of the cash register. They were all hands on deck at the registers trying to get us in and out of there timely. So grateful to have this place down the street.

Best prices around hands down, even beats the large warehouses. A very large selection with a helpful and pleasant staff. They even worked with me on stocking the bar for our wedding reception.

I love Irish whiskey. This store is close to my house and seems to get good Irish whiskey. The thing is they dont seem to keep carrying the whiskey such as Slaine and Temple... Otherwise a 5 star.

Stopped in because this place has a good selection of craft beer and I was looking for something specific. The cashier had a mask but it was only on his chin and he was coughing. Adding one star back because the beer I wanted was in stock.

My regular place to get my stuff. Prices for beer could be a little better but not so bad. Liquor prices are good.

I have to edit my review because of my experience at Boss Liquors today.Ive been a loyal customer for almost 4 years. Went in the store today and they were playing loud, overtly political 2020 presidential campaign music.I dont care what the owners/employees politics are and never would have asked, but when its shoved in my face as soon as I enter the store, its a really easy decision to leave and never come back.2 stars because the selection and prices are good, but if you want to buy your booze without feeling like youre at a campaign rally, stay away.

So i came here the other day on whim just happen to Stop in and I literally was floored because They had Cigarettes there literally no more than $3.00 for each pack .. They are called Traffics and ONLY come in shorts NO 100s but Hey who can complain paying ONLY $3.00 a pack and thats an everyday price$$$$$$.... I WAS IN SHOCKThank you i would like to try the Regular 100s if possible!!!! If you can get them PLEASE let me know asap thanks again for going out of your way!!!!

Everyone is friendly. The biggest thing is they sell snack foods like jerky and toffee peanut that you cant find in stores. Im able to get beer and try snack foods from local vendors and is it good stuff cant find these foods anywhere else.. I saw the owner working the front end today. I hope you see this. I thank you for your service. In military We didnt get to finish our conversation but no Im not military but am prior law enforcement. Again thanks for being so great . Quite well stocked for a local liquor store. They have a wide selection of beer, wine and liquor. Competitive pricing, though not as cheap as the big box stores such as Total Beverage or Daveco. Well worth a look if you love nearby.

You dont need a warehouse liquor store to get a great selection. Bosss craft beer selection is on par with Daveco. Very little difference in price as well.Update. Still our go to liquor store, will keep the rating unchanged. But the gentleman who works the counter wearing ear buds can be rude. Lose the buds and interact with your customers!
