Little pretentious feeling, and almost everything is WAY overpriced. Customer service is very nice though and helpful.

WATCH OUT! They are trying to sell used furniture and pass it off as new! Check everything carefully before they load it! If they say it is new and in perfect condition and it is just out of the box, it is not true! The new item we ordered was never shipped to the store. Instead they took an old used piece out of their storeroom and attempted to load it up and tell us it was new. If we had not stopped them and ask about assembly instructions and hardware, we would not have realized they we giving us a used item until we had gotten it home. It had a broken corner (placed on the downside of the cart so you could not see it) and 2 large water circle stains where the prior owner had damaged it. They conveniently placed the table leg right in front of the stains so we could not see them! We now have to wait two weeks for them to actually get the new table they said they had received and was ready to pick up! No new table for Christmas dinner! Shop here is you want to feel violated!!

Customer Service from Lidia was incredible. I had an issue the night before (physically going to the store and being told to order the item I wanted online. Only to order it online and finding out I needed to do it in the store) and was so frustrated by the effort I made to go to the store only to have to go back. But Lidia was so apologetic (when she didnt even do anything wrong) and empathetic to my situation. She resolved it right away and kept a friendly and professional attitude. Thank you, Lidia! I appreciate you! I give this place 5 stars because they took an issue I had and owned it!

I went in looking for dining chairs. I found some I loved but the wood on the legs was dark, I need light wood to match my existing furniture. Love Pier One, I bought an accent piece on clearance.

Love the store throughout wonderful selection to meet all eyes. Gave 1 star as the staff was horrible and could not assist on price and taking a frame down from top shelf. Asked twice with a polite voice,no response. One employee did respond, then both went continued their chatting.. very disappointed.

We spent a couple of hours 2 days in a row looking for patio furniture. Due to the end of the season clearance sale we had to work to find pieces that matched. We worked with Abbie. She was fantastic! Her knowledge of their product lines was impeccable. She offered suggestions to help coordinate all we needed. She contacted various stores to find products and made it all happen. When we discovered our first choice would not work she repeated the entire process the next day until we got exactly what we wanted. Great job Abbie!

I love this store. Usually I buy online and pick up at the store but the few time Ive gone inside to shop, the employees and manager are so nice! I just love their stuff.....Wish I could buy just about everything they have!

The staff is very helpful and kind. They are willing to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. One bad thing was how picked over the whole store was. I had received their Christmas catalog last weekend and went to the store for 2 specific items. Neither one was in store and no other store could be bothered to check their invetory despite my cashiers pleas. I will definitely return to this store. Good work!

Wife and I were n on the 15th! Two ladies where very rude, we couldnt tell ifbit was our race or if they where jus bad employees! Either way we felt like they felt we should be there! We Never will come back!

They have them mark items up just to mark them down...no big savings there.
