I came to this location looking for a new prenatal as most from the supermarket have made me ill with my medications.Upon walking in Mark greeted me and was extremely friendly! He spoke with me as if I was a regular and had no problem pointing me to what i needed as well as leaving me to my own decision. He was Not pushy, he did not try to upsell me, and was purely worried about what would be best for me.He also let me know that if they make me sick,to just go ahead and bring them back.If I do have any further vitamin needs for myself or my husband I will definitely be returning.Also- I saw some reviews say the store is small..... well of course it is? Its a GNC? Why in the world would they have a huge store to house vitamins and protein mixes? That would be inefficient and honestly a waste. No reason to leave a bad review if you ask me.

SATISFACTION NOT GUARANTEEDI bought an item, it was Satisfaction Guaranteed. Then I found out it was high in saturated fats. I had to make 2 trips to return it. On the 2nd trip, I was told I had to give them my phone number and address to get my refund. I told the guy no, I just want my refund. He said thats not how it works.I didnt give them this info to purchase. In this era of guarding personal information, why would they require exposure for a refund?I left the item and called my credit card company for a credit. Because that is how it works.AND ILL NEVER GO BACK.

Used to be an EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable blonde hair lady (cant remember her name) working at this location that could actually help customers but havent seen her the last several times weve been there which really stinks! She was a huge help every time we went there.. Its pretty hard to listen to or take advice from a kid that looks like hes never lifted a paper weight let a lone an actual weight... Employees matter and companies should know this by now! Well have to find a different location to shop at....

Would be nice to know if this store is open or not. lights are never on when I go in the night so I just drive off.

Great customer service. I came late about 10 mins till close and the representative was a open minded and understanding gentleman. While all the other stores around us are pushing the close their stores. I had not one bit of feeling that I was being rushed and it was really helpful in regards to the questions I had for him. Obviously when you come to GNC you pretty much know what you may need us for fitness and general body and mind supplements. I have a friend that is going through opiate withdrawals and unfortunately Alejandro was not familiar with withdrawal systems or remedy techniques. To make matters worse I didnt know that much myself. But understanding the situation with my friend he helped guide me to find some things that may help him cope with his withdrawal simply being open-minded person and that is probably the best trait any company could have. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Don’t think I’ll shop here again. The chubby guy is cool and all but he tries to hard to get me to spend more and I don’t like that it really peer pressures me and give me anxiety

Dude, stop asking me to buy that 35.00 plan. I dont want the coupons, I dont want the free samples, I just dont want it. Please, STOP asking me! I like to buy my protein and stuff from there, but because you wont stop asking, Im going to stop buying from GNC. I cant stand it anymore. It makes me so anxious!

I go to GNC all the time but I specifically avoid this location because of the people working there. Employee left a sign saying he went to get lunch but was back 20 min after saying he would return. This has happened on multiple occasions! Waste of time even thinking about going to this location.
