Been shopping at this location for years but no longer! Not happy about having to wait in line mid-week and mid-day to check myself out because only a third of the available self-checkout stations are open and the line is snaking into the aisles. Every time Ive been in the store in the last month has been this way. Going to 120th and Colorado store from now on because I can get in and out quickly.

This store are far behind KS new ad, “fresher than fresh, specially produce section. This KS was good, right after opening, it gets worse every year. Empty shelves, closed cash registers, short of staff. I’m back to the old one, on 120th and Colorado Blvd. They are much better.

Pharmacy took nearly 20 minutes just to check out a prescription that was ready two days ago. Customer service is sub par at best. Will most likely be switching to Walgreens.

Ive given this pharmacy every opportunity to keep me as a customer. Their customer service lately is the worst Ive personally experienced. They act like they hate their job, and they are there under duress. My common perscriptions are never in stock and it takes several days to get anything filled. I never receive a notification that my refills are ready as other places do. After being treated very rudely today (wish Id of filmed it) and after 4 days they still did not have my order, Im transferring my perscriptions to Walgreens.

This location has what I need but is also frustrating to shop. The customer service has gone down hill and some of the employees look like they dont want to be there and are not helpful.

I like the location with the bank, pharmacy, and my little clinic located inside.ONLY ISSUE/PROBLEM is KRAZY-KARENS shopping here. They waste my and other customers time at the register, counter, or customer service.Karen shoppers should know that if they wanna customize something or ask something they do not carry, they should look/search online app prior.

I was in the other evening, went to the deli and employee my the named Mike greeted me. He was in the middle of packaging up chicken and greeted me with a smile. Often I’ve noticed, when someone one is busy they will make you wait. I appreciated the quick response and the simple thank you when I was done ordering.

Im just rating this store poorly because they changed their hours and only put up a handwritten sign inside the door. Update Google!

When I order online for pickup they usually dont have a lot of necessary replacements . They also do a great job getting bananas and making sure the bags arent too full or empty.

Clean store, friendly staff, and huge selection. Beautiful display of flowers and veggies at the front along with a Starbucks cafe. Personally came in for the grab and go meals ($8 for a 4 piece chicken, 2 sides, drink, and dessert!) And it was great having 12 self checkout lanes so there was no line... Truly grab and go!

Every time I come here I’m expected to bag my own groceries. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but 1. Shop at King Soopers because I don’t have to deal with that and I am not expected to at other stores. And 2. I’m 7 months pregnant.. it’s hard enough to shop and then I’m expected to bag my groceries on top of it. What happened to the baggers at King Soopers?

Bummer. Not a fan of the bait and switch tactic to kickstart beer sales for 2019. Dirty move. This beer was actually $8 at the register and I noticed this was the emptiest shelf of them all. I wonder why? The cashier’s response was “Oh.” Clearly they must be looking for that fat Avery purchase rebate. Shame on you.

I have been in multiple times since the pandemic started. Barbara and Ann at the front have never once worn their masks properly. Today I had to ask Ann to back up if she couldnt wear the mask properly. She pulled her mask up, and pulled it back down immediately after she walked away. You can bet if the management here cares so little about such an easy safety issue, they wont be inconvenienced by other less visible safety issues like food safety and cleanliness. Multiple complaints to corporate have done nothing. Shopping elsewhere from now on, suggest you do the same.

Was harassed by an employee too proceed too force me too wear a mask even though I did not have one as I went through the whole store fine. Forced me wear a mask after I payed for all my items and told me I could not leave until I put one on. Not too mention a man that was unpleased by this assaulted me in the parking lot whilst the employee watched sounds like he was apart of it too.....

WARNING ⚠️ to handicap and veterans visiting this location. There is an employee who not only verbally harassed me and my kids, even to the point of being threatening, he went as far as vandalizing my vehicle on a subsequent visit. I am a handicap veteran and it is no ones business beyond the doctors who diagnosed my conditions and the state which issued me my parking permit where i park my car. For an employee to harass me and my kids for not being in a wheel chair is beyond sickening. He claimed his nephew is in a wheel chair. This gives him the right to judge others? I will NEVER return to this store again. I dont feel it is a safe environment for myself or my family to shop.

Well stocked, clean and fast checkout. The fact that it is just a few blocks away makes it unbeatable for us.

They quite literally make it so you either check out your own groceries or wait in a huge line for a cashier. Makes everything difficult and annoying for people

Bought ice cream a few days ago and it was damaged and leaked all over my freezer. I shouldn’t thave to look for damaged products that is your job that is what you get paid for incompetent, uneducated workers!!!!

One cashier open at 7:30 pm. Guy riding the floor machine asking customers to move . Bagged my own groceries while other employees ( managers I think ) stood and chatted .

Called to get gas price they refused to tell me. Bad customer service was forced to give 1 star should be -10

Nice Selection of groceries excellent bakery!

Please, please, please add scan and go! The check out clerks make you bag your own groceries so just let me do it while I shop. It is a better customer experience and so much faster than having to stand in line waiting for the clerk to take their sweet time. They have no since urgency, they get paid hourly, they have no incentive to move quickly.

How many times will the managers stand back and watch me bag my own groceries? How many bags of wilted lettuce can this place put on the shelves without feeling bad? Stock the shelves please and hire some people for heavens sake! This is a busy store, get your act together King Soopers! This store is disgusting!!!

My shopping cart hit a well hidden pot hole in the parking lot and flung me over the handlebar cracking my rib. I tried to call just to let them know what happened and explicitly stated Im not asking for anything just want to make sure nobody else gets hurt and the front manager (whose name escapes me) was so rude on the phone. Im a very patient person and Ive worked a lot of retail in my time. But she was so curt and dismissive and sarcastic about letting the manager know about the problem. It bummed me out.The store itself is fine. A little crowded but its a nice store so Im not surprised. Never had any problems before this and probably wont have any more after this either. Just sucked to be talked down to about trying to help.

Ryan at the Pharmacy is just rude. I needed a refund for my already overcharged prescription and he made sure to make me feel so uncomfortable I refused to pick my other prescription up. He made me feel as if I did him a disservice by having to be a customer. I understand having a bad day but you are working in a department where 9 times out of ten the customers arent having the best day either. Please get more suitable employees for this department.

Very busy but if you can catch this place when it is slow, it is very refreshing. Always very clean and very well stocked. Also has a water dispenser, which my other local King Soopers does not have. Certainly worth the drive if you are close.

This place is the best. I worked here in high school and every time I come back its improved. I love the great local options and their reasonable prices! Their customer service really cant be beat too.

This king Soopers is a nightmare. I understand that the location is small so I can forgive how crowded it is. But what I can’t forgive is the utter lack of customer service. Audrey, one of the managers, is incredibly incompetent and rude. I only go to this location if I absolutely have to. There is an individual at self check out (older man) that I overheard talking about how he hates all the customers. You shouldn’t be saying stuff like that on the floor! This location needs a major overhaul, starting with management.

I’m thrilled that this King Soopers has delivery. In the past I’ve had poor experiences with delivery/ the insta cart service. Sometimes things go missing from my order and sometimes the food isn’t fresh. HOWEVERNicole F was my insta cart shopper today. She was the first insta cart shopper to notify me of changes to my cart. She also took time to ask me a question on a few items. She went above what many insta cart shoppers have done. Many times I’ve ordered from insta cart and the food quality chosen wasn’t fresh. Nicole made sure everything was fresh. She even took photos of things In question and also made sure to refund me if something in my order was out of stock. I’m impressed and very thankful for her service. Give this Goddess a pay raise!

Great variety of groceries. The meat department has fresh steaks, beef, chicken and seafood in the deli counter. Can be a little expensive, but great quality and worth the price. Make sure you get a club card for great savings.

This store used to be good to shop at. It seems like for the last year its been very quickly going downhill. The isles are smaller, they have product placements all down the isles so its impossible to have two carts pass in a lot of locations. The quality in the vegetables has gone downhill. Also the turn over in employees is awful. I have to bag my groceries almost every time I am checking out. I have decided that going out of my way to go to a farther store will probably be better then the frustration of shopping at this location.

Im a regular, but this location has opportunity to improve. Ilses are cluttered and difficult to move through, could including more variety of veggies/fruit (if you want something more exotic, must go elsewhere). Recommend the manger look to surrounding stores to see what they could improve on. I travel 20+ min to other stores to get what i cant here.

I always do my shopping at King’s but I normally go to a different location (recently moved). This location appears to look nicer than others in the area but their produce selection is garbage. I bought some squash and asparagus that looked fine when I got it and within 3 days it was completely rotted in my fridge before I could use it. I bought a bag of shredded cheese and it smelled like feet when I opened it, even though it doesn’t expire until November. The Gouda cheese I bought was moldy when I opened it. Several packages of eggs that I looked at were expired on the shelf and I should have taken that as a sign not to get fresh food here. Unfortunately I threw away my receipt before realizing all of this and I’m super annoyed I wasted at least $30.

Nice grocery store, with good people working there who will go out of their way to help you. My only complaint is the meager libations dept. (Not that important but it really gave a good shopping trip a disappointing end.)

The one at 120th is much better especially the staff. The 136th store was also not very clean. A container my wife picked up at the deli had some sort of greese on a chicken container she picked up. My wife asked a few questions for help and got short answers like the staff doesnt care. She decided not to buy anything there, put the items away and went to the one at 120th instead. It is a much better store for staff. I like the one in Erie too.

Good size king Soopers off 136th. Shopping center usually has enough parking so not a huge problem there. This one is more modern so it doesnt have that run down feel that some of them have.

I switched to this King Soopers after the one off Colorado and 120th messed up multiple clicklist orders of mine.(One time even claiming they were completely out of almond milk. I walked in to check and sure enough there was plenty of almond milk on the shelf.)Today was my first and last day giving this location a try. I get home with a coffee thats clearly opened and exploding everywhere. Then I drive all the way back to the store for an exchange and I am left waiting at customer service counter with no one there for over 5 minutes.-I realize this really isnt the WORST customer service story out there, and I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for companies. I understand sometimes things just go wrong. Its just that I have no more patience with the King Soopers clicklist services and I doubt Ill be using them again.

Good service. I like their produce. Shelves not as stocked as they once were. Items need to be moved forward especially on upper shelves. Prices are getting to expensive!

I used to really like shopping here. At night I felt like it was a safe place to be. Last night changed that for me, because when I went in there, because there was a complete raving lunatic in the store screaming and flipping out. It was an employee. The other workers ignored him, then finally called the cops. I bet money hes back working there today. I wont be back shopping there again though. Shame on you for caring about your wasted employee than your customers.

Bought a salad (which I found was frozen) and customer service was not very helpful.

Aisles becoming more crowded with the shop at home orders being filled. One aisle blocked with 3 carts, plus 2 carts left unattended in another aisle. There must be a method where orders for shop at home can be filled early or mud afternoon when less crowded.

Great store, best to try and go during non-peak hours though.

Really nice store, newly remodeled. Wish they spent a little money on their bathrooms. Trashy and dirty. Toilet paper holders broken and rolls on the floor. Not clean at all. Dropped the ball here guys.

While this store can get very busy, today I was blown away at how helpful and friendly the staff are. Two of the clerks running the self registers took the time to help me with my WIC transaction and explained which products are covered.

They have a HUGE selection of items that not all other King Soopers have. They have a cheese bar and I believe there is also a specialty salad bar. It is a good store with tons of products - even some that arent real common. I believe they also have more organic, natural items, including vitamins and remedies than most stores do.Their pharmacy has a drive up for prescription pick up and drop off. However it is kind of behind and to the side of the store. You have to drive behind the strip mall part and then in between the two buildings to get to it. The drawer that is used to pass things back and forth is not in a very good spot and kind of makes it awkward, sometimes so much that you have up open the car door or even step out of the car to get to it.Overall its a pretty great store though.

I pretty much live here. Im in twice a day at least. The remodel was awesome. Love this place!

Great place to shop groceries, flowers, produce and fresh meat and seafood, anything for your home and much, much more. Busy, but employees are friendly and efficient.

Horrible horrible manager. We encountered Barbra, the manager, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would like to have her managers number, she should not hold the position of manager if she can not be pleasant to customers. Absolutely disgusted by her behavior, we will not be returning to this store.

Parking is good, no long lines and plenty of produce selection.

I regularly shop this store for my everyday groceries, so I decided to order my daughters 1st birthday cake from the bakery. The main cake decorator, dont remember her name, was bothered that I was even placing an order. Then she refused to do any personal decoration than besides whats in the books provided. I had to bring a picture of what I wanted, so she could just scan it and slap it on the cake. We talked about what colors I wanted and how I wanted the wording on the cake, and when I came back 3 days later to get it it was nothing like what we talked about. Wrong colors, the picture was crooked, and the wording was crammed in the corner. Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything from their bakery anymore.

There is a Wiz kid upfront at the check out counters with his hand scanner... Keeps things moving and is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.. Thank you. So many of us self check outers arent so savy. Lol

I feel so crowded inside this store like Im in a vitamin cottage type store. It even had that hippie smell to it. The remodel is odd to me. I must be old or not hip. The overhead music being played was New Order so thats a plus.

I used to like this store, I would go once a week and spend about $250, every time I go there now is never any one bagging which makes it difficult to bag your own groceries, if you have a large cart full of them. Now I have to go more often spend less money and go thru the self check out. Which is what they want!? Why not offer $10.00 coupon if you have to bag your own groceries or something to make up for the difference. Not a big fan of Wal-Mart, but thinking of switching my business. At least they seem to be adequately staffed. What do elderly people do? Someone is going to hurt their back bagging their own groceries and sue the store. Maybe they need to pay more, so they can keep staff.

Chicken from deli is old or taste old ..takes for ever to get what you need from deli doesnt compare to broomfield Kroger ..over cooked then recooked I bet the deli loses money

My losartan was recalled. The pharmacist told me they have the same dosage not affected by the recall, but my insurance wont cover it, since it would be another prescription, NOT A REPLACEMENT of the contaminated drug they charged me for. I was given a toll free number to call the manufacturer, they of course dont answer, you leave voice mail and they dont call back. Theyre probably going bankrupt, and will never make this right. Dont use this pharmacy, they dont back up the products they sell.

Its a good King Soopers has lots of variety decent prices good sales wonderful sushi and a good deli. Their bakery though just is so small and they dont have a big variety in the bakery

Really small store but shop here for quick needs however when calling today Allie at service desk did not answer phone king soopers because she think she knows the person calling well its unprofessional and you do not know the person calling so please train your associates to always answer the THANK YOU FOR CALLING KING SOOPERS. just because you know employees doesnt make you on a first name basis and it never means to answer phone unprofessionally. Thanks to Barbara for her help with carpet cleaner rental.

136 th and Colorado. This store is always under stocked. I have to go every other day and hope the have what Im looking for. Vegetables, Bread, cookies, Ham, Beef, Baking supplies, Pepsi Max, Distilled water, Gatorade, all chips I ask you how can you not keep products on your selves for days at a time? Dont get me started on gray meat and rotten fish!

Parking is horrible, store is way to crowded due to the 10 plus neighborhoods shopping the store.

Crowded parking, cant ever find half of what I am needing/looking for, bag boys dont put groceries back in cart and expect you to carry the bags in your hands (I use a cane and had 3 heavy bags), employees are less than helpful.

Checklist service is a joke! I normally have my groceries delivered due to our crazy schedule with kids after school programs. However sometimes I drop the ball and this is the next best thing. However the few times we have used this service at this location it has been a joke. They are never ready when we arrive (we actually show up at the end of our pick up time) They have called to have us show up later, they have asked us to come back later after arriving all due to the fact they are running behind. This last time I arrived and called the number to let them know I had arrived. I CALLED 4 TIMES! I had to call the store directly to have them have someone answer the phone. It is very apparent that they are short handed. They are definitely apologetic, and show good customer service. With the exception of my last visit. I will be going to the 104th location from now on. It is worth driving from 128th to 104th after the continuous issues.

This King Soopers like to make fauls police reports on their customers that they dont like and try to ruin the customers life! They also like to discriminate against their employees and customers. Stop supporting this corrupt company. Also they let the managers sho off there tattoos not professional those should be covered and thats for any company work policy. Especially for managers.

Was very upset with a birthday cake that feeds 20. The size would feed 10 people maybe. Took 30mins to find my order. The cake was very over priced. Ill go else where!
