King Soopers is a great store. I really like most of the staff there. But like everywhere else they are short staffed so you have to wait for forever to checkout. But over really good place to shop

Great selection. They finally are stocking much better at King Soopers. Some prices have been raised considerably, especially in the meat department. They have also reduced the number if cashiers but there are several Self checkout stations.

King Soopers location is great. Entey way doors is not deep enough or social distant for pedestrians vs traffic as there is always decorative and garden plants that make it very hard to not walk into the road. Always busy but staffed. The entire parking lot is not efficient or designed well.

The customer service at King Soopers is really bad. Today, the self check out cashier was willing to get very close to a customer who is white. When we ( Hispanic customers) ask for help he asked as to distance ourselves from him. I understand that we should practice social distancing from all customers. Not just some.This is not the first time that this employee has given us bad customer service.

They always have what I need. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Interesting King Soopers. The layout is different from most others and a bit confusing. The staff though, super friendly and very helpful! Store was one of the cleaner ones Ive been in too.

The staff doesnt walk around following me and my associates assuming that young men of ethnicity are always In upper class suburbia.Its quick and convenient without the lines and rude sales associates that Walmarts cruel and unusual work practices that create rude hostile disgruntled employees that never know any question that you ask them.I suggest KingSoopers if you prefer to be treated like a customer and get in and out the store in a timely manner.Thank you

I love King Soopers, this is not my normal store as mines under construction. I dont like how this store is set up, you have to wind through a maze just to find stuff. I cant do cliklist because they never seem to have anything I ask for and constantly either leave out or substitute with kroger brand

I use the kingsoopers at this location,I buy my food online and pick it up from the parking lot very good 👍 Customer service.

Ryan at the Pharmacy is just rude. I needed a refund for my already overcharged prescription and he made sure to make me feel so uncomfortable I refused to pick my other prescription up. He made me feel as if I did him a disservice by having to be a customer. I understand having a bad day but you are working in a department where 9 times out of ten the customers arent having the best day either. Please get more suitable employees for this department.

I was visiting Thornton Colorado.. which was my home town for many years. I was nice and surprised when I visited the hilltop village area. Everything is so nice well manicured landscapes. Also great variety of places to choose from. The king soopers is super nice and my overall experience was refreshing.

Has groceries, but ev er ytime I go through it seems like everytbing has been pilfered through and not restocked. Very narrow aisles too.

Great shopping center. Kingsoopers thats another story! Cashiers are not nice. Maybe theyre busy having bad days EVERY time we shop there. On the other hand the late night Bakery lady is AWESOME!!

No social distancing, click list people will reach over you to grab items and say nasty comments if you get in their way. Pharmacy employee was very rude and acted like I was bothering her.

This place has very good food. Fries are Fresh cut, The Zia Bird Sandwich was excellent and fresh. The Asada Burrito is also excellent and the meat is tender. Didnt take a pic of it, but trust me my Daughter enjoyed it very much and had to fight with her to get a few bites. Great atmosphere and everyone dish was looking good. Definitely Recommend. Visiting from California.

A noticable amount of the employees here have bad attitudes, Im sure theres a reason but Im not interested in being around that so I drive 10 minutes out of my way to a different store. Just moved up north next to this place, and Ive never encountered so many negative, argumentive, seemingly self entitled employees in one location. The store does have lots of stuff.

Great mall for getting a haircut and some Chinese all sorts of places you couldnt go for in one trip like wendys pizza hut taco Bell Subway and that Chinese place that is my favorite place.

Very nice store. Well stocked, clea,good variety, very helpful staff. I have had the employees really go out of their way to help me or make sure I find what I need. ...and they are usually always friendly and smiling. It can get very busy in this store and sometimes there isnt quite enough cashiers, but they seem to get help from everyone in the store to get the lines moving. If you live near at all make this one your grocery store!

Typical King Soopers strip mall. Parking kind of sucks on busy days. Awesome deli, cheese, sushi sections. Bakery section needs improvement. Always out of steak rolls. 👌

Its too small for the amount of people that live around it. The store is constantly out of stock of Staples. Many times I arrive to find picked over fruits and vegetables with bruises or chunks missing. Try to go as early as possible to get what you need. Or use their online order system. They wont notify you for a pick up until they have everything from your online list ready.

The parking lot in front of king soopers is a bit of a mess but suffices. Best to park towards the back, and its always good to get more steps in. The entrance to king soopers is the worst part of this place, too small, crowded, and everyone gets in everyones way. Other than that decent selection and good prices. The restaurants are pretty good and people there are generally nice.

Right down the street from where I live this shopping center is full of different shops and quick restaurants to go in and out of with ease. I don’t like the speed bumps but who does lol

Always better than the one on 120th and I really couldnt say why. The selection tends to be better. Probably just personal preference here. Normal kings though, with Starbucks inside.

Great place for parties, pretty loud, so if you dont like loud places I do not recommend any bowling alley. The food is okay, people are pretty nice.

Its got a couple places for kids to go to with friends. I love going there with a couple friends, buying a tub of ice cream and getting some Starbucks.

Basic trip to the grocery store except they didnt have a couple of items I was in search for, therefore I had to go elsewhere

Really like this location. Went to the King Soopers off of 120th and felt like i was going into walmart. Greeted by cigarette smoke, trash all over the parking lot, and inside wasnt any better. The Hilltop king supers is clean, organized, usually has a clean parking lot. Just dont go shopping on a Sunday night. I think they stock Monday morning and it was hard to find anything. Usually staff is pretty friendly here but there is the occasional grump. Its also nice to see regular staff there as we are getting to know their names. Im not sure if its the manager there but some higher up that seems intense. I didnt like he brought a few employees aside to scold them on the floor instead of in the back. Customers dont need to see that.

Its the only kings in the area with a gas station and those fuel points add up.

Staff is doing the best they can with what they have during this pandemic. I appreciate them and will continue to go here.

The staff was unusually unfriendly. Also the main isles are very narrow. Too much isle space used for impulse items. Flow of traffic problems with that. Amazes me that such a new place is so poorly planned out.

Parking lot in front of the King Soopers is a bit hard to navigate, but the store itself is always well stocked and one of my favorites to shop at. Thhis strip mall area can be busy but it is is convenient as it has several options for food- Taco Bell, Wendys, Subway, a nail salon, a chiropractor, and more. Across the street is a Chase bank.

Love this store, they have a good variety of things, love the olive bar!!!!! And cheeses!

King Soopers is an overall great place to shop because they have a great selection of products at good prices thats why Ive shopped at them for years. The positive about this particular one is that they have fresh quality produce. However, this store is understaffed and not well managed. It shows in frequently bare shelves and poor checkout service. Not enough checkers and baggers for the volume of business they have.

Its a large parking lot with small spaces not designed for the large pickups, SUVs, and Mom-Vans who frequent the anchor super King Soopers store. Modern problems like finding your way around the ice cold grocery store before your toes develop frostbite abound in this Village.

Good location. Lots of shops. The trick is knowing which exit to take to go in the right direction. If your new to the area, learn the parking lot

I just cant figure out why they are unable to keep there selves stocked. I visit about 4 times a week between 4 to 6 pm and always I go home without alot of what I came for which happens to be the same thing every week. I have complained to get the same response. sorry if its not on the self we are out. Obviously there is a lack of customer appreciation at this store brought on buy the store manager.

Definitely dont make this location your go to store. They have a lot to work on

I only use a handful of the businesses in the center. Its a nice looking place. The parking lot is dangerous. Be careful.

This King Soopers is THE worse. First of all cart availability is usually poor. Just get into the store is a mess. They have the front entrance so full of people trying to sell things, and the home shopping people always have those massive carts usually blocking the main entrance.Then once you get in the store there are usually no cartsavailable. Never enough checkers or sackers. They have too many displays, and stacks of items in the isle that its like trying to make your way down I-25 during rush hour traffic. Really makes it really difficult for two people with carts just to get down the isles.There are a couple of employees that have been there quite a long time that are friendly and helpful. Most of the young kids and some of the adults that are employed there I guess and I hope are working on building their work ethics. I shopped at this store for 18 of the 20 years that I have lived in Thornton. I got so frustrated that I have been shopping at the store on 136th and Lowell for the last 2 years. You asked my opinion.....there you have it

Entrance and general layout is very poor. Store is not very well stocked. Many times they are out of eggs and milk. Management most of the time is standing doing nothing while cashiers are not able to keep up with the customer load.

Hilltop is great easy to get in and out of and got can find exactly what your looking for.
