Came to fix our patio door which was stuck. Rollers were replaced and the track for the sliding glass door was replaced as well. Very professional and our sliding glass door slides like new again.

Chris came to my house to replace rollers on my sliding glass door, a service that I had several people come out to look at and say no to, as well as fabricated a track for the bottom of the frame. He was quick and efficient as well as kind and prompt and I am 100% satisfied with the job!The only negative was that the person who came out and gave the initial quote (who was also very nice) said he would come back the next week and never contacted us that week (of course we did have a big snow storm) but when I called back and they sent me Chris I was actually glad it was Chris. Great job!

All staff Window and Glass pros, especially Brian who worked on our large window, were knowledgeable, friendly, and safe while fixing our broken window in a timely matter! Nothing but praise for this company! The window looks amazing and we couldnt be happier! Definitely recommend!

I would give this company a zero star -if I could. I had called this company, a tech name Chris came to my home on Monday 9/9/19. I asked Chris if he can get me a hinge for my custom glass door. He told me he would look into ordering the hinge by the following day. I haven’t heard from this guy since Monday 9/9/19. Its sad that someone gives you hope that they will help you, and doesn’t even bother contacting you back. No worries! I ordered the parts from another contractor.

Finally, an honest business that is customer-oriented I called them to see if they could fix an original 1952 ranch house 68 x 6 sliding door that wouldnt lock that many people (including my awesome contractor) couldt get to close, and within 15 minutes he had it fixed! Very reasonable pricing and definintely knowledgeable. Theyve now got a customer for life :) Highly recommend Brian @ Window and Glass Pros.
