When I ordered my sons jacket the customer service was great! They took the time to make sure we selected the perfect fit and customization so we knew exactly what he was getting. Turn around time was 6 weeks which is fine since were told this to begin with. We dropped off his letter to have it sewn on and had to wait an additional 2 weeks which is also fine. Received the jacket and everything is perfect! The reason for my 2 star review is when I attempted to call the shop multiple times after the 2 additional weeks, I left multiple messages and received zero response. I had to go into the shop to see if it was ready. Upon arrival the jacket was ready and had been for a few weeks. It was folded over on the floor full of lint and hair at time of pickup. For over $300 I would expect a little more care would have been taken with my sons jacket.

Let me say how AMAZING this place is!!! Madison helped us on a very busy Saturday and she took her time with us letting my daughter pick out all her stuff, letting her feel how special that moment was! She was absolutely wonderful!!!!!! This was a once in a lifetime moment and Madison was very professional, nice, caring, and happy!!!! I highly recommend this place and hope everyone knows how much we appreciated Madison....

Great experience with buying and selecting my daughters varsity jacket. An appointment is required, and we very much appreciated the personal attention that provided. There are SO many options to decide upon it could be overwhelming, but the gentleman walked us through every step, was so patient with us, and in the end, the process was fun! The only reason Im giving them 4 stars and not 5 is their limited hours. I made the appointment work with my schedule, but it would be more convenient if they were opened later.

We had a great experience two years ago with our daughters letterman jacket, the gentleman owner was extremely helpful And kind and made it a great experience, now it was time for another, we let the gentleman owner know we had been there before, and will be back for yet another later in the year, he was great, then we got to ordering with the woman owner, she was incredibly rude, my daughter was so excited for her fitting and the experience of getting her jacket, but was left nearly in tears after the way we were treated. We will take our business elsewhere, which is unfortunate, as we prefer to support local businesses, there is no excuse or such rudeness.

The lady running this business is very unprofessional. She called to say my daughter’s jacket was ready. We went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. I completely understand that mistakes are made but she never made any attempt to apologize for it. She was very short with us and actually seemed annoyed that we were there to pick it up even though she was the one who called to say it was ready. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will be going elsewhere in the future.

For a business transaction that costs hundreds of non-refundable dollars, the woman running the business is very surly and impatient. She effectively ruined the personal experience of my son ordering his letter jacket. He felt rushed and dismissed. I went to pick it up today and the service was no better. We had the same experience years ago getting my daughter’s jacket. Not friendly at all. I give them 2 stars because the man was extremely helpful fitting the jacket and the jacket was beautifully made.

A unique pin was recommended to us by my daughters school for getting her... her Lettermans jacket. Not just because their prices are some of the best, but because they do an amazing job. They take pride in their work and they want to do it the best they can for you and do it right, no mistakes. Theyre very thorough with their application asking exactly what you want what school you go to, what patch is, where the patches are to go on the jacket because you can choose. They have different styles of jackets you can choose from and I must say theyre beautiful quality. Their customer service was extremely helpful and very kind and patient. We found the jacket and the patches and designated where everything was supposed to go and paid for the jacket and they contacted us within the time that they had said they would and told us the jacket was ready and its just come and pick it up. I have to say it is a beautiful, beautiful jacket! They really do amazing work! At least when we went there and were picking out an ordering a jacket, when putting in the order they needed half of the cost paid for upfront. And then you pay the rest when you go to pick up the jacket, but to make things easier and so we wouldnt have to remember we just paid everything all together. I just wanted you to know that upfront. I would call and or go in and contact them and ask them all of your questions yourself that way you get the complete and correct answers. The only other thing is each and every patch costs something different. I believe you get one patch right away for free with the jacket anything else you want obviously theres the extra cost. But its more than worth it because out of all the letterman jackets Ive seen, and that my sisters and I have had... My daughter is truly the best and most beautiful Ive seen! She loves it so much she wears it all the time, and my daughter does not wear jackets. You have to fight her to get her to put on a jacket! But finally, thank you you need to pin... My daughter will actually wear a jacket when she should be wearing one, even when she doesnt need to be wearing when she wears her with Lettermans jacket from you. Thank you for doing such amazing work. The only negative thing I have to say is its in a strange location a little hard to find, so make sure you look up directions thats what we did. We looked up in maps and got the directions and had no problem finding it once we did that. Otherwise we would have had no clue as to how to get there. Other than that they are one of the best stores weve been too. They do offer other things, other than Lettermans jackets... So dont be mistaken and thinking thats all that they do. They do so much more so I recommend looking up their website, or contacting them to find out what all you can have done. Definitely go to a unique pin if you are getting a Lettermans jacket!
