Great service and very friendly staff. They could manage a little better their appointments thats the only reason i gave them 4 stars. Besides that, very affordable and I recommend it for your future installations

My husband has gone here for years and years and they did have a terrible installer at the Pecos location but he is gone, Bruce has always fixed any issue and been a more than fair business man with our family’s car audio systems. If you’re ordering out of stock product or having to wait for long install, that’s the way of the world in a lot of industries right now. Fantastic place to get wheels, tires, auto sounds and much more.Bruce is Fantastic to deal with, and very knowledgeable.Ive have thousands of dollars worth of upgrades done here for various vehicles, and Bruce and Xtreme auto soundz has never failed me.Sometimes stuff takes awhile to get to them once they get ordered, but thats to be expected.

Their installers dont know what they are doing. They wired my subs wrong and they blew after a couple days. Called to see how they would like to fix the issue. Was told because i didnt buy the equipment through them there was nothing they could do. What pisses me off the most. I specifically told them how to hire the subs. They didnt follow the warning instructions or me telling them not to wire a certain way. Well they wired it exactly how you werent suppose to. Subs blown because of their own ignorance. Customer service is garbage. Pay a little more and go to quality auto sound or car toys. This company is a joke. Try and save a dollar and end up spending more in the long run. Lesson learned!

Be careful with this place, they sale everything 3 times more than the actual price.

Very unprofessional with horrible costumer service and communication skills. I have waited months for them to complete a simple install that I paid for and all continue to get is the run around. I have to continually hassle them to find out any information as to steps going forward with my installation. This place will waste your money, time and cause a lot of unnecessary frustrations and confusion. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I never write reviews but I had to for this place.

This place is extremely shady. Me and the wife went in after 3 long months of waiting on speakers to just be told that we where over charged and what we ordered apparently doesnt even exist. They probably have the cheapest prices in town for speakers and thats all you should buy here. I WOULD not recommend getting anything installed at this store or there other store. The box wires were routed very ugly and seemed like the manager just wanted us put of his hair after calling for months to see where our custom box was. The manager was even the one who wired the box. I HONESTLY WOULD NEVER HAVE WORK DONE HERE AGAIN.

I am very picky with where I take my cars for anything. I love this shop. I got an upgrade to my system and a set of rim and tires for my car. There work was great. Stuck to the time slot that I had it for. Its now been about 2 months since I had that done and I have gone back in a few times to get some things for the rims like lugs and extra lug keys. NO CHARGE AT ALL. Great shop will be bringing my other 3 cars here very shortly.

1 star for product quality. My new speakers crackle and arent the sound I was looking for. The guy said theyd work great. Also they left a bunch of debris on my car floor without cleaning it up. Also they have a No Returns policy so youre just stuck with it. Going to have Car Toys fix everything.

BEWARE: They’re great until they make the sale. They put in very small print no returns, which is super inconvenient cause they won’t know how anything sounds until you buy and install it, and no warranties. When I went in to see what I could do, or to swap for different equipment, they were rude and tried to up charge. Their custom boxes are great but I recommend buying through car toys or somewhere that offers warranties and and returns, and has way better prices

I have went to Xtreme Auto Soundz for several years and always have had exceptional customer service and work done. I recommend them to all my family and friends! The new location on Washington has everything and anything I need for my vehicles.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! I was told We could pay $10 down and leave with the rims that day. We get there they have no rims in stock so we were told they would be here Wednesday. We were lied to about the $10 down as well so now we have to pay them $1000 upfront. We got a phone call today saying that the rims were there and ready but when we asked for a specific time; whoever we spoke with promptly hung up on us. We drove an hour out of the way because we thought that they were ready to be installed, once we get there they tell us they do not know who we spoke with but the rims are not ready and wouldn’t be ready for about another three hours. There were three employees standing there just talking, not doing anything. Could one of them at least tried to help us or at least make an appointment for us? Guess not! We did not have the time to wait and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be getting in touch with the financing company immediately to see what I can do about canceling the contract and will be seeking legal counsel as well because I feel that we were pretty much scammed when they were telling us how ‘great’ their sales system was on Facebook! DO NOT GO HERE! It is false advertising at its finest and some of the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed!

Been there three times to purchase merchandise . spent over 3’000$ Did business with Bruce personally good customer service had one issue with sound system lose wiring went back no hassle they fixed it an a fuse .. does get backed up they got a lot of business an not for no reason good equipment awesome place . Scheduled an appointment and had to cancel because I found a friend to help me out. Went in the day before my appointment and was able to get a refund. They gave me a little hassle but once I explained it was a credit card purchase deposit for the install, they reminded me of policy, then issued the refund. Very nice guys!

So I went to the shop in Northglenn and had the pleasure of speaking to Bruce. Bruce was very knowledgeable he helped me pick out the right system for my vehicle. They installed Dual 12inch subs and a KENWOOD deck the next day and did a great job. It’s sounds amazing and the installation was clean great experience all the way around 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Just stopped by to follow up on wheels and tires I purchased with tpms, discount tire said all 4 tpms sensor were bad. I went back to ask wth. I came in upset being it was a high dollar purchase. They handled the situation like champs, explained that the equipment was different that they use to set and reset the sensors. 20 min later I got the vehicle back with the tpms not working, again wth. He explained it would take a few miles to reset. I left assuming i would be back shortly and going through it all again, not the case, exactly as he explained all 4 came back on after a few miles. Needless to say, I will be taking my other 2 vehicles there being discount has told me they have bad tpms on them. I think they are looking for the $60 a pop for them and will give you poor information. Xtreme saved me $240 and the time to get them installed. Thank you, again!

Not satisfied with their work. There service is not good and on top of that I paid too much for my trucks wiring to be all messed up and they can’t even do anything about it.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!! It took 3 hours for them to get to me after I was scheduled for a monthly interlock appointment and after all that they told me they couldnt do it and Id need to have it replaced (because they messed it up and have no idea what theyre doing) and apparently they didnt have another unit so I have to go to a different place. They actually even CHARGED me for that (which was for absolutely nothing other than waiting 3 hours for nothing) I then called the interlock provider and they contacted Xtreme for the mess they caused as they were not supposed to charge me without actually doing anything. If you want your money stolen and hours of your time wasted go here, if not please please find another provider and avoid this place at all costs!!

Bruce and Everyone at Xtreme Auto Soundz in Thornton are Amazing they installed a 12 inch subwoofer with a custom fiberglass box it was perfect it was a professional job their a blessing to everyone that goes there they deserve 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s a professional Business I will always go there for all my Stereo and any custom fabrication

Bruce is a stand up guy, we put 37s on my Jeep and they were rubbing. He ended up ordering 35s for my Jeep and replaced them free of charge. I’d hit these guys up if you need Jeep stuff.

North location waited a few mins but gave me time to look around found a few things then I was approached guy gave me a few more options and then told me about there warranty after installation loads of stuff inside a little cramed in also they not only have speakers,subs,they have rims and wheels one price, they also buy gold, took my car there and it took awhile but there where also a couple of cars before me so the 3hours has now turned into 5 that being said Id rather have it done correctly then just thrown in, as for the work new stereo .WOW IT SOUNDS FANTASTIC THEY DID EXACTLY AS I ASKED took a little time but the outcome was perfect thanks to installers

They messed up all the electrical work in my car my cla45 AMG and now my car stops accelerating on the highway mid drive, doesn’t even go over 40mph so not only did they mess up my car which I can’t drive anymore they’re also not willing to give me my money back....? What kind of business does that? Sleasy snakes ....... I wish you guys the worst, oh not to say also my 3rd time back hear having them try to correct the problem they created, stick to Honda’s

I have a CLA 45 AMG this is my 3rd time bringing my car in, they messed up my electrical of my car, now not only does my car not perform how it’s suppose to I can’t get my money back, also they made me upgrade from 1500 to 3000$ just for them to now mess my car up, so $3000 down the drain plus another 1000$ to get my car looked at my Mercedes dealership, you guys will not be in business forever with customer service like this...

Ordered tires and rims was told they would be in on a certain day and they weren’t two weeks later they came in and they didn’t have time to put them on till2 days later.tried to cancel my order after a week of not having my tires and rims but they want to charge 30% restock. Now mind you they weren’t in yet on the day they we supposed to be in. Worst place ever if I didn’t have to pay 699$ restock fee I wouldn’t have gotten them

Im a current customer and extremely disappointed with the service. I have had my device for about 2 months, as soon as I left the lot the check engine light came on, in my new brand new car (1 year old). I went back and the vendor Extreme Auto Denver, CO. they said to have it checked by my dealer. I go to the dealer they say its interference form the interlock device. Ive been trying to contact LifeSafer via phone for 2 weeks and each time I need to navigate a maze of prompts to get transferred to a hold position where I stay for 30 minutes then bumped to a voicemail. When I call the third party vendor, Extreme Auto directly Im told to call the customer service number to schedule an appointment. I need to address the issues of a malfunctions as soon as possible, as to not interfere with my warranty. I also called again to speak with Bruce and he hung up on me 2 times! Completely unprofessional.

I know this place is new in town, so I thought id stop by to see what I could do to upgrade the sound on my bike. I actually held the door for 2 employees with 1 customer because Im a nice guy. Looked around for about 10 min. Not one person asked can I help you or even a simple be with you in a min. Guess a white boy with money dont mean much in mexiville. Or maybe I just look too poor to shop there. Didnt realize I lived on rodeo drive in Hollywood

Here’s my review. Price increased from what I was initially quoted. A couple of my interior panels were broke. Scuffs on all my seats. It wasn’t a clean job. They said they would make it right so I guess we will see.

Went here for my interlock and they messed it up. They took my card and drivers license which they are not supposed to do. All in all don’t come here for interlock.

Terrible service doesn’t confront the problem when it’s seen, only let’s it get worse so you come back.
