This location seems to be back to normal now. Actually had a full menu. Waitress was really nice and service was prompt. Food came out rather quickly and presentation was refreshing. Ordered the Huevos Rancheros, which were delicious 😋

Village Inn has always been a staple and it’s too bad that most of them in the state have shut down. I have to say that this location is fantastic and one of the best we have been to in a long time. The wait staff and management are so friendly. I do have to say that Garrett is phenomenal and while we were visiting this time he had about 7 tables and was all by himself, taking care of each table and customer. When we visit again we will make sure that we get Garrett. That goes for anyone that is wanting some good comfort food and a server that treats you with respect and works hard.

Wait staff were great, very attentive, food was ready and served warm. It was clean.

We havent been in a while (due to the pandemic), but as a family, we can all find something we like off the menu. The service for us has always been friendly and attentive. As a vegetarian, I can always find a selection that works for me including some healthy options.

Enjoyed a meal with family today. There for breakfast and looking forward to dessert next visit!

What a great take out experience. We procrastinated dinner...Late...on Thanksgiving.... Village Inn saved the night! We had a Cobb salad, Turkey dinner- country fried steak dinner and chocolate silk pie. The pie really surprised us. Actually.... the whole meal did. It was much better than what weve had before- and the pie was crazy good! Thank you Village Inn!

Its good food the only thing I think is that they should give more than 1 Tortilla per meal, 1 just dont cut it for the price.

The food was pretty good, but the best part of the restaurant is our server Garrett. He was very friendly and he was fast and super funny. Amazing service 10/10 would come back!!

The cook Jesse was extremely rude to me and made a scene yelling in the lobby after I called because they missed part of my order and I had to drive back to get it. He held the box away from me And started yelling at me I asked him if he’s holding my food hostage and he said yes. All I wanted was the food that I paid for in the beginning . They are the ones that messed up the order not me.

The food was good and the service was friendly. The restaurant was pretty dirty, a lit of food on the floor. Hope to return another time when maybe it isnt very busy and it will impress even more.

Busy when we arrived and had a nice brunch service and enjoyed our plates of Huevos Rancheros, Denver Omlette (ordered mushrooms extra and didnt get any) and the meatloaf. After a long flight it was a welcome meal.

Good food and server was nice. The only thing is we didnt get a discount on our whole pies when I asked about being National Pie Day and you get $2 off. The worker or host said they always sell pies for same price. I love the Village Inn pies though.

Service was slow. Seating area is trashed, food not cooked to order. Had to send the steak back twice .

8/7/18 i ordered the Rio Grande Skillet with pancakes...i found a roach cooked into the top pancake... What did they do??? They get me a fresh plate of them and then graciously take my coffee off the bill. I am thoroughly disgusted with Village Inn...bug cooked into my food and you still charged me??? I wont be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered online to pickup my order in store. The food was cold and sitting out on a table in the waiting area where anyone could have touched it. The chicken noodle soup did not taste right. It was watery and lacked any flavor reminiscent of chicken soup. Maybe it was just a bad day, normally the soup is pretty good.

Well....sorry to rate this struggling business so poorly however we had issues. Asked for a burger to come first that we were sharing and pumpkin pancakes for dessert. The server delivered it all at once. Shrugged and said sorry and walked away. Then I was shocked when we were paying and a guy came in to buy a pie and our same server said sorry we are closed. The guy informed him, I want a whole pie. Again he said he couldnt ring it up. I asked how are you going to ring me up? He had to go ask a manager to come up front in regards to the pie. I mean come on, its not like they were baking it! Toooo bad, employees can make or break you.

If I could give zero stars I would. Visited for dinner and were seated without a wait. There were around 20 people seated and we were told our order couldnt even be placed for at least 30 minutes. We left and went next door to Gunther Toodys. They were much busier but were happy to serve us. 👎

The service was good but the food was not cooked correctly. My husbands burger was still bright pink and my breakfast sausage was also under cooked. Additionally the crepes i ordered were rubbery and cold. To be far the buttermilk pancakes i ordered were perfect.

From the time we walked in our waitress was on top of it, she was quick and friendly. Now the bad part, our whole order was wrong. My girlfriend eggs were runny after she asked them to be cooked through. I asked for no onion in my omelet and for them add mushrooms which they didnt do.It turns out the assistant general manager cooked our food. By the time they asked how was our food we were almost done and annoyed. The assistant GM didnt do nothing to make it right. I still tip our waitress since she had nothing to do with the error.

The wait staff here are rude and unattentive.....there was plastic found in my daughters meal and she brought a replacement....put it down...didnt say a word and walked away, she didnt even take the other plate..she left the one that had plastic pieces ....the other food was cold and disgusting I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I used to love going to this village inn but with new night manager Richard i wont be going back. So disrespectful to staff in front of customers i lost my appetite. We went around lunch time during a week day. Service was friendly and quick. The food was exactly what we had ordered. We had no problems at all.

Had an issue with in order we place your door dash We ordered $60 worth of breakfast and they forgot on two different items country gravy and our crepe are strawberry jam. I called to see if it was their issue or doordashs issue and the manager and straight up took matters into her own hands and drove us over some gravy while my wife looked at me like Im the biggest a hole in the world. I asked and to please not personally drive over in her car but she took my address anyway lol. Somebody please give this lady a regional position. She reminds me of a manager I had back in the day who I would catch in the bathroom cleaning toilets and picking stuff off the floor even though he was a GM. A fish stinks from the head down and a leader leads from the front. Way to go village inn and thank you so much Ann!!!

Surprisingly good food and great service. I havent been to s Village Inn for years so I was pleasantly surprised to find a number of healthy options and great tasting to boot. Im told the quality varies greatly, but we will definitely go back to this one.

I feel like this restaurant has constant turnover. Its a good old village Inn and the food youd expect but service is typically lacking. It could also afford a good deep clean. when I visited this place last the waitress dropped a piece of pie on the floor and then left it the entire time we ate our dinner. Just a little disappointing.

I ate here last night. They told us the water heater went out and they were closing early. The food was disgusting. I asked for extra extra crispy hash browns and none of it was even somewhat crispy. The eggs Benedict was DISGUSTING. I will never again eat at THIS location. I still feel sick to my stomach from trying to eat the eggs Benedict. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

I was here about 10am on a Saturday morning which I understand is a rush time for these kind of restaurants. However, the hostess was terrible leaving people seated in the waiting area although about a third of the tables were open and clean. Often times she would disappear completely and not seat anyone.The restrooms were disgusting and towels were overflowing from the trash. Urine was present under and all over the urinal.The waitress was friendly but never came around to refill our glasses after serving our food.The food was what you would expect from this type of restaurant which is to say it wasnt a 5 star meal but was decent and filling. Really it was the only good part of our experience at this location.I enjoy Village Inn especially for breakfast but this location has a lot of work to even be close to what you expect from the standard VI franchise. Overall from walking into the place (at not full capacity) to getting our food took over 45 minutes. I would NOT recommend this place, go to another VI location if you have any choice in the matter.
