My daughter has danced company at other studios and we love the fact that the owners at Levitate are very helpful and approachable! My daughter had lost some of her confidence at another studio and she has regained her confidence at this studio. The teachers are fantastic and the dances are very artistic. The tap is wonderful which makes my daughter super happy!!

My family loves the studio! It is the first of a kind - so refreshing! Parents and students alike are able to ask questions of the teachers and owners and not feel like we are bothersome or will experience retribution. The teachers teach and choreograph - they are not dealing with day to day business operations, the owners are. My child loves going to all of her classes: she comes out tired, energized, happy and inspired - exactly what we were told she would when we first visited the studio.

If any business is losing money and going out of business it is not okay to just lock the doors and disappear! I have only been taking my daughter there for a few months and you happily took my money for recital fees. Then youll disappear two weeks before the recital. Not cool! You also sent out an email letting us know how to get tickets for the recital. I went online and bought 120 dollars worth of tickets for family to come. What happened to that money? You didnt use it to rent the space. Now I am out 120 dollars. Hard times are hard times but a persons true character shows up during those hard times. These are not good people.

Closed 2 weeks before recital and left us all to figure it out. Another parent is having to pay for the showcase, and other parents have to figure everything else out?! Funny, no mention of financial hardships when they took my June tuition last week, and my recital fees before that. Fraud at its finest.------I also emailed you, but you didnt respond. You responded when I went to a public forum, but at least I got a response. Yes, I paid Autumn specifically on 5/18 for June, it cleared my account, and she never mentioned anything about closing. We are self employed too Anthony, and I know the hardships that presents more than you know. So I am not angry at you for that, or for going under. That can happen to any one of us, at anytime. But if you knew back in November that you couldnt sustain that business, you shouldnt have taken ANY recital fees in February and March from anyone. You should have been up-front and honest with all of us about what was going on. People can be very compassionate and pull together to help when honesty is at the fore. I now have two very disappointed little girls, with an up in the air recital being paid for out of the pocket of a parent. Seems very unfair to her, the parents and students to have so much drama surrounding what was supposed to be a really fun, and hard earned event. I hope you get things straightened out for your family.

Well, I guess since you send out an email to all your dance parents that absolves you of making it right based on the money you collected fraudulently. In February and March of 2016 we paid Levitate 2 fees - $50.00 for the recital fee and then $65.00 for the costume fee. At this point the recital is this Saturday and no one is communicating anything about the event (especially not the owners of Levitate). My monthly fee for June was NOT taken (which I appreciate) but I am still left with $115.00 in fees and cost that I have not been paid back for. Neither of these goods or services have been completed....We all understand the impact a business struggling can have, but please understand as parents to our children we deserve the re-payment of the fees you took fraudulently from us for a recital that has not happened. As the business owner and the advertiser of this show you have the moral right to give back the fees and costs to all familys impacted by the way you chose to close your business.
