My go to Walgreen location. Staff members here have always been nice and helpful. Got my flu shot today, returned an item, picked up an online order in all under 30mins. Everyone who helped me today and in the past were great, keeps me coming back.
Hit or miss. There is a member of the Pharmacy staff named Rob who is the most incompetent, rude dumbbell I have ever had to deal with. Yet there are others who are wonderful. Sadly most service industries suck anymore. Basically toss a coin on weather you will have a good or bad experience here.
Booked my vaccination appointment online like they asked. Showed up 10 minutes before. Checked in. I’ve been standing here for just under an hour waiting for my shot. Seven people have showed up for the same purpose. Received their vaccine and left in the time I’ve been standing here. Two of which were here before me. I’ve checked in to see where I am in line. They were unable to provide an answer other than we haven’t gotten to it yet. My patience is running out.
I went to get my 2nd vaccine shot, I have a fear of needles so i was nervous and jumpy. After 2 times i jumped she got up and said “I don’t have time for this” said she’d be back in 5 mins to see if i can calm down, about 8 mins she came back with even more of an attitude and said to me very smartly, “ are you gonna get it or not”. I got it and i’ve never bled from a shot before but this time i was bleeding and even after she wiped it with some cotton, blood was still coming out. All she did after that was put a band aid over it and walk out saying have a good day. First and last time at this location. Very unprofessional
Completely incompetent, an absolute joke of a pharmacy. If you really need medication dont send your prescription here, they will do what ever they can to cancel, block, deny, misinform and torture you to get a prescription. They dont deserve 1 star. You have been warned.
I dropped off my prescription after a surgical procedure - they couldnt fill when I was there due to lunches, though I waited a half hour or so in line. I got home and fell asleep, woke up just prior to their closing and called because I could get there but would arrive about a minute after their closing. When I got past their automated system, the person picked up and hung up on me. I tried again but by the time I got through their automated system again they were closed. I called the Walgreens thats 24 hours down the road to see if they can fill the pain prescription.... because its a pain medication and I provided the prescription to the other location - they could not fill it. Because of this experience and a couple other similar disregard - what disregard. I will not step foot in another Walgreens.
Well stocked as usual. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I was very pleased with this particular Walgreens because the staff and the customers were wearing their masks, hence, my high rating (due to COVID-19 protection meaning so much to me personally). My local Walgreens in Firestone has employees not wearing masks correctly and do not enforce mask wearing, but this location seemed to enforce it or at least everyone I saw wore a mask. I had quite a problem with printing of a photobook that was due to an application problem, however, the staff worked with me and gave me a discount for my trouble.
Pharmacy workers incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional
To future CASHIERS wanting to work here, I advise staying away from here. There is a coworker named TERESA who will set you up. I was suspected of hiding a 20 bill or higher amount under the coin slots when I was just 3 weeks in. She was the only one before my shift and typically the store only has 1 consistent cashier. Also, training here is worst than anything. The store manager runs everything on bare minimum so assistant managers have many tasks, so with the addition of training, its too much and results in the new employee having improper training.Currently they want closers so 4-10pm at a mediocre pay. You’re better off at Walmart, target, and even McDonalds.
I have written 2 one star reviews for local Walgreens. This one has been significantly better for me hence my rating. I had a pricing issue once that the resolved quickly to my satisfaction. Great customer service.I not used the pharmacy, so my rating is not based on experience with them
Average Walgreens how do I needed family service.
Worst Walgreens Ive ever been too! Gloria was a staff member that was so completely rude and makes me ashamed for walgreena to employ someone who is so rude. The general manager on staff seemed to not care how rude she was. They also dont know how to read their own price . When it says unit price that the.price of one. Should not be working in a place thats has people... or price tags. Go to the walgreens on 120th and Colorado. they are so nice!
Nice employees but needs to be open 24 hours
You would never ask a sick person why they are buying a certain medication that is used to help elliviate cancer symptoms, so why would it be any different with any other prescription? The female cashier in the pharmacy department that worked on October 1st in the early afternoon around 3:00 has no business asking a customer what a prescribed medication is for. Especially when she is not a clinical staff member and obviously has no good foundation of knowledge about anything. Very insensitive staff member who should not be working in a position of care.
By far the worst pharmacy I have had. I’ve had mine and my family’s prescriptions going here for a couple of years due to location. I am at the point now where I’m switching my entire family of 6 to a different pharmacy. Numerous times I’ve called and refilled a prescription, then received a voicemail that it was ready to be picked up, only to drive to the pharmacy to find out it was never filled. Each time they can’t explain why. I’ve also set up prescriptions on “auto renew” and then gone to pick them up and they aren’t ready. The location convenience is offset by the numerous times I must commute there just to pick up one prescription. Complete incompetence and poor management.
Seems like totally new staff including pharmacists. Asses, all of them. So bad I stopped doing business with them.
This is a classic Walgreens pharmacy with not enough staff for their volume. They fill the wrong prescription, then dont answer the phone when you try to call. They should be shut down.
Showed up at 9AM and the pharmacist told me my prescriptions would be ready in about an hour. I showed up at 11AM, two full hours later, and they told me another 40-50 minutes. They had absolutely no sympathy or remorse, and just made excuses about being busy. I would understand if they had told me that up-front, but dont lie to me.
Great store I always get my meds here. Fast and friendly.
One of the pharmacy staff was very rude. She kept cutting me off and talking in a very rude tone.
Great store and the pharmacists are fast and friendly.
Nice employees, needs to be open 24 hours
Wow now I know why the bad reviews. I waited for 20 minutes to see pharmacist to pick up prescription. Only to be told my.Dr had not approved my heart medicine. I proceeded to call my doctor while in line. Only to be told I needed to leave after 2 minutes of there time. I left and spoke to doctor only to be told it was never called in. This place horrible needs a negative star. Never shop there again. They are very rude and I over heard them talking about others!
Nice employees, never too busy.
Grossly incompetent team. Very very rude as well.
Pharmacy had no desire to help anyone.
Terrible, judgemental, condescending. Worst pharmacy in North American. Possibly even the world.
Nothing like hacking up a lung for an hour and a half in an empty pharmacy because they forgot about you.
Not bad.
Horrible pharmacy service. Rude pharmacists.
Not real happy with this store. Customer service isnt great and takes forever to get checked out. The store is clean.
The newports are stale
