First time going and there and I was very pleased. Great Doc and great Staff.Made it a very pleasant experience!!!

Rude employees! One of the employees gave me a wrong information over phone, hence i called them to know why they gave a wrong information, the other employee who answered the phone didnt even listen to what i am saying. She said that she is busy with other calls. Also she was very rude and didnt even apologize.

Ive seen Dr. Hume for a number of years. Hes helped me so much! Hes answered numerous questions with intelligent answers. For instance, I asked about getting Lasik surgery. He told me that eventually Id end up in reading glasses anyways. So why spend a bunch of money only to wind up in the same situation as with the contacts. Im grateful to him for taking great care of my eyes.

Very sad that Dr. Ben is no longer with them :( but met with Dr. Campbell and he is great :)

Ben seeing Dr Hume for a number of years. Really nice guy does a good job! Staff has always been nice, only complaint is it can take a while to process orders up front, could go a little quicker, but overall like coming here

Ben was awesome. He listened to me and gave educated and forthcoming answers. Great eye doctor. He in is it to serve, not to be served.

If you plan on making a appointment you might want to just go in. Called a few times no one ever answers.

Im sure the doctors are nice; Ive never been in the store, but I called with some questions and the desk employee who answered acted as if I was the biggest possible inconvenience. She was very rude, very snappy, and very unprofessional. Ill be avoiding this location in the future.
