As I got older I knew I needed prescription glasses and not just ones I bought at the store. Vista made me very comfortable with her eye exams and answered all my questions. I highly recommend these folks.

Could not be more happy with the care and service that I got at Vista. The doctor and staff were wonderful. I was in and out quickly, with pricing that was easy to handle.

Unhappy with my prescription. The issue has been expressed with no solution. Waisted my money and time.

I have to say that the eye exam you receive is excellent, best I’ve ever had; however, part of the exam they do is not covered by Medicaid, and most likely other insurances, and they just slip that $39 in there at the end. Unfortunately, the opticians you see after the exam to pick out your frames and lenses can’t seem to take the measurements properly for placement of bifocals and especially trifocals. This year they had to remake my glasses as I couldn’t see out of the bifocals, and last year they had to make my glasses three times! Then they had the gall to want me to pay an extra 50%! They finally squashed that, but I had to pay to upgrade my frames to accommodate the bigger lenses needed to have enough room for the trifocals; they should have known that ahead of time! Between the fiasco last year and this year, I will never go there again, and neither will my family. All this place wants is your money; they are very expensive!

We have been going to Vista Eye Care for many years. We just went for our annual exam and they have their practice perfectly streamlined. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the fact that our doctor took the time to explain everything with me and my daughter, we didnt feel rushed at all.

Unresponsive staff. Needed a trial pair of contacts before travel, my prescription is 4 months pst due. They told me that I since I only purchased 6 months- I should have been back by now. Punitive much? Won’t be going back ever.

Love this place! My wife and I experienced nothing but complete professionalism on our visit! Everyone we encountered was friendly and super knowledgeable which made the whole process run smoothly! Dr.Wong went above and beyond to get me the right lenses prescribed while Brian was key in helping me find the perfect frames! I been taking my oldest son here for the past couple years and Myself for a year and now my youngest had to take him for an appointment for the first time he is 4 and I feel like they don’t have patience when it comes to kids, the medical assistant was good though. the glasses specialist at the end when my oldest was picking his glasses I caught him rolling his eyes because my 4 year old was moody because he got his eyes dilated and was anxious about his check up and this same guy raised his voice at my son when he was 2 a few years he was trying to touch some glasses but didn’t even get to the point of grabbing me as a mom I was trying to control my kid and wouldn’t let him do that, I never reported it let it slide in my opinion was not professional. One receptionist she was good got up and tried to help me with my 4 year old to calm him down so he can get his last check before deciding if he was gonna get glasses that was nice. I am done with this place won’t be taking my kids or myself here anymore don’t feel like this place is for us. Also had to pay for an eye test for my kids that I was not aware I was gonna pay, thought insurance would cover.

Vista eye care is so welcoming and very professional. Dr. Brian Albert is awesome, so patient as I been to other eye doctors and they get inpatient because my eye sight is so bad... Dr. Brian Albert was so professional and down to earth.

I would recommend Vista Eye Care. I have had a positive experience every time I have used any of the doctors there. I recently had an eye emergency and they were able to see me within an hour from my call. I feel like they truly care and have great “bedside” manners. They are also taking precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing masks, disinfecting machines, and having you wait in your car until your appointment and then they come out to get you, helping to minimize the time spent inside the building. Glad to see them being proactive while providing care for those of us who have eye issues.

My first pair of glasses did not fit right so the owner/doctor did not hesitate to make sure I was satisfied and got me in a new pair of glasses with no questions. Great customer service.

My 22 months son poked my right eye and i was so much in pain that i could not even open my both eyes! My husband called vista eye care and they immediately made an appointment for me! They took care of me so well and my eye was healed within two days! I would definitely recommend this eye care to everyone!! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The lady doctor I first met is awesome! ( don’t remember her name). They take care of patient health and hygiene so well in this pandemic situation! Loved the service!

They text me for appointment reminders then you text back when you have arrived and they come get you at your vehicle. Their COVID protocol seems thorough. Dr Swenson is very nice and very knowledgeable. It can be a little scary dealing with eye issues and Vista does a great job in calming those potential fears.

Staff needs to improve their customer service and better communicate with patients. Dr consultation it was ok.

The professionalism of the staff is great. Everything was explained before it was done. The cost was a little higher than I had anticipated but Progressive lenses are more expensive. The office space is calming and organized. It was a very pleasant experience.

Worst place, I barely started coming here and started off with no issues. Then my daughter broke her glasses. I called for an appointment to come in and just get a full replacement for glasses. Welllll that did not work out at all. They apparently didn’t understand. Waited two weeks for new glasses to come in and then was told they only had the frames. Then they proceeded to want to charge an additional 400+ dollars for the lenses. Which now I have already paid 150 from the previous visit to another 400+. What a joke! All because they can’t communicate or understand?

My son and I had an appointment at Vista Eye Care yesterday and everyone there was AMAZING! From the kind woman who came to snag us from the car and took great care of us, to picking out glasses and chatting, and Dr. Pedroza was great as well and explained everything! Everyone was patient with my son while we waited for his eyes to dilated, who is 5 and FULL of energy!! For being a long trip at the optometrist, I dont think it couldve gone any better! I’m really disappointed I paid close to $500 on my glasses hoping they would be good quality but I’ve barely had them for a couple months they get scratch’s so easily and they are loose sucks I was hoping to have these glasses for a while.

Very clean and the team was very professional. This was the first time I used someone besides Kaiser because of my job. Now the next thing to see is how the Sun Glasses turned out.I picked them up yesterday and WOW, they are beautiful and I can see when I am driving or just being outdoors. This place is horrible.. I was a patient for 6 years, I’m done getting ripped off and done dealing with these people who don’t know what they are doing. But be warned their staff will call and harass you after hours using blocked numbers they apparently like to use patients personal information while drunk dialing.

Sherrina was great at helping me pick out glasses. I wanted something that stood out a bit and was fun. She selected some great frames and I ultimately ended up with a pair that she chose. Anthony was helpful as well on deciding on my frames. Really appreciate their input and listening to what I wanted in frames

My wife scheduled an appointment online, received an email confirmation for the appointment, then had a receptionist call her to make her annual appointment. They had no record of the appointment she made online and that time slot was not even available. Pushed her out two weeks. Full disclosure: they offered her a free set of contact lenses to get her through. I was going to make an appointment, but their hours make it nearly impossible for me, someone that works 9-5 weekdays, to get in for an appointment. We’ve had other scheduling irregularities in the past, and my wife is too nice to them. I’m done. They apparently could take me or leave me, and I’m there, too. I’ll find someone else to give my business to.

Ive been a customer at Vista Eye Care since they opened their doors. I have always had a pleasant experience and they treat their customers well. They also have a great eyewear selection for glasses and sunglasses. I love my new glasses every time I get a new pair!

Great doctors, but extremely poor customer service. Two years in a row I have unknowingly placed an order for backordered contacts and two years in a row no one alerted me to their backordered status until I called them to ask where the order was. I recommend the doctors here, but would recommend purchasing your contacts elsewhere as there is zero follow up on part of the technicians.

My kids and I recently met with Dr. Wong for our appointment. I will be requesting her for all our future appointments, as she is very friendly and thorough. She also took a lot of time to explain her findings and even pointed out a concern I had with my eyelid that previous doctors didnt give a second thought to even after I mentioned it. She was very gentle and patient with my kids (5 and 2) and was able to get them to engage with the exam.

Although masks are not the most comfortable attire to work in, I really appreciate that the staff are wearing their personal protective equipment among the other safety protocols being demonstrated. They are always friendly and the wait times between departments are reasonable.

Very pleased I wasnt satisfied with the bifocals I thought I wanted and they took them back no hesitation. I upgraded to the progressive lenses. They even gave me a discount and I love the progressive.

My 2 1/2 year old was seen in the ER on Sunday and we followed up with Dr. Wong on Monday and she was amazing! We had a rough go in the ER the night before, and I was nervous that we would have a rough go in the office as well, but Dr. Wong was soooo sweet and so great with my daughter. She made us both feel very comfortable being there. The girls at the front desk were also super sweet and nice and I really appreciate them being able to get us in so quickly.

Staff is very friendly but my 1st time there the eye doctor seemed very rushed she didnt get my prescription right at all and on top of it she didnt tell me or ask me no mention at all that my insurance did not cover an eye test she performed. They never got my eye glasses prescription right and I got tired of driving there over and over and over again and for them to tell me it was the best they could do and I would have to pay more to get it right. I spent over a thousand dallors there to get glasses that are not even right. I got my glasses back bent and had them try to straighten them back out and they still are not straight. I told them I wanted to keep the contacts I was in and the same prescription instead they had me try another pair of trials with a different prescription Im not happy with. So now I have to pay for another eye exam at another facility because my whole experience with vista was awful when it came to my prescriptions they just cant get them right. So I wont be back. And now Im stuck with glasses i can half see with.

Dr. Abert is the only conventional doctor I actually enjoy visiting. He takes the time to listen to me and explain what he sees. He is super friendly, easy going and fun. I would recommend him and his fantastic staff to anyone!

My husband and I just moved to Denver in the recent months. I found myself having some issues with my right eye and needed to find an ophthalmologist in a hurry. Looking through the list from my insurance company, I called the first one. Tried couple of times and finally, a lady answered.. However, she said she could not set an appointment for me at the time because it was lunch time! Well then, I called Next one on the list, Vista Eye Care. So glad I did. The front desk lady was extremely gracious and helpful. I was able to see the doctor in the next hour. The facility has state of the art equipment and everyone working there were nice and efficient and my doctor was very nice.Yes, I will recommend this place to anyone who needs eye care.

This place is awesome! Its easy to browse the the eyewear and everyone here were nice to me and didnt push me to get something i didnt want. Plus the dr was very informative on my vision and what i can do to help it.

My wife found Vista Eye Care about 6 years ago and we have both been coming here for all our vision needs without a single issue. Their equipment is state-of-the-art and is always being upgraded. The doctors are incredibly friendly and will happily answer any questions no matter how dumb. The techs (nurses?) that run the pre-exam tests are great. Even the eye-puffer test is easy and painless. The opticians can help pick out frames that look great in less time than it took to write this review. Special shout out to Preston in the lens lab - hes amazingly conscientious and takes a massive amount of pride in his work. He can make any lens fit any frame and its perfect on the first try!If I had one complaint, its that their invoices are incredibly difficult to read and I always have to ask for clarification. Even my VSP administrator has difficulty reading them. Dont know if its by design or just the billing software they use or something else. Ive never disputed an amount, just how its presented on paper.

After years of my family coming here for our eye appointments, It saddens me that today was our last visit. After previous appointments of questioning cost and warranty prices, today was the moment I realized that this location is not only price gauging you on much needed add ons at try- on, they have a shady way of tacking to your bill for revenue gain. I have had previous conversations on what is exactly is needed for warranty coverage and I feel like every visit it changes. Being outside my frame allowance + co-pay made sense for the cost but an extra almost $200 seems a bit much. Not too mention we were charged for an preventative exam we never signed up for and which in return they covered since we never signed for it. Shady way of getting away with another $40. I am over it.

Hands down the most professional staff and providers with the most current technology to keep your eyes healthy. When my prescription was done, I could see clearer than I have my entire life! Absolutely recommend!

Front desk staff are wonderful. They work hard to accommodate making appointment times, always greet you as soon as you walk in the door, and are always, polite, professional and positive. The doctors are thorough and really know their business. I have never had a bad experience while working with the people that help you choose and fit your eyeglasses. They know their business, work hard to get you what you want, and dont try to up sell. My daughter recommended them - Ive been going there for three years now and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Staff took extra time to make sure there wasnt anything more serious developing in my eyes based on initial tests. No extra costs associated with the tests so it was worth the extra time. Doctors and staff are all friendly and attentive.

Great people here. They take good care of you. The price is pretty high once they start adding everything together. There is a pretty good selection of eye wear. The one thing I find hard to get around is there is no competition in this business. All of these places are owned by the same company that makes all the frames and the insurance company.

More efficient than a Toyota Prius and quicker than Jimmy Johns. I came in for a morning appointment on a Saturday here and everything was just great. I was a new patient and had some paperwork to fill out, but everything went so smoothly. I was called back right away and ran through all the equipment. Tested my eyes for everything and was explained in high level detail what was going on. Had a new prescription and glasses picked out and I was back out the door and able to proceed with my day.A week and 3 days later my glasses were done and ready to be picked up, well ahead of the estimated completion date. Walked in the door, tried them on, perfect fit. Walked out within a few minutes. Would recommend anyone to go here.

With all of the worries Covid 19 has created it was reassuring to have worked with Vista Eye Care efficient staff and very knowledgeable doctors.

The service is excellent. The staff if courteous and efficient. The doctors and/or doctors assistants (including eye glasses) were all very knowledgeable, cooperative and helpful. I had my heart set on a pair of glasses that the staff continued to inform me that they were simply too wide for my prescription and my face. I cannot recall the womans name, but in less that two minutes (no exaggeration) found almost the identical pair, only a tiny bit small and less wide, which I was pretty happy with. Also, I have an unusual prescription as I am extremely far sighted. Due to this type of prescription, my eyes look like Mr. Magoo (cartoon character from many years ago). I requested a fairly dark tint to hide some of this distortion. At first they were not too big on fulfilling my request. However, they took the time to call the Lab and I am getting my dark tint (dark as possible) which lightens as you go down the lenses. My only complaint is that they are very expensive. Not including my contact lenses (which are specially designed for my astigmatism, the glasses, the exam, etc. was approximately $550.00. Since my contacts are a special order and are yearly, I am concerned that they could cost another $500.00. However, the exams are so thorough, the equipment seems to be state-of-the-art and I have confidence in the doctors findings. How much is my eyesight worth? Its certainly worth $1,000, and I know people who would have paid tens of thousands of dollars simply to be able to see.

I started going to Vista last year. The staff was exceptional and so accommodating to my needs. My vision has changed drastically over the years and they found the perfect frames and contacts. They go above and beyond with their customers. Most places tend to get people in and out and Dr. Swenson took the time to find what I needed. Everyone was amazing. I had an emergency and they told me to come right in and would help. Ended up being a pretty big corneal abrasion near my pupil. I cannot thank everyone enough-receptionist to Doc-for taking me right away and genuinely caring about how I was doing. Never have a left a review about anything or any company on google. But these guys were absolutely great.

This is the 3rd eye care center Ive gone to in hopes of improving my contact lens prescription. Dr. Vanray was amazing- in less than 30 minutes, she was able to provide me with a new prescription that totally improved my eyesight, something the 2 previous eye doctors were unable to do. I would highly recommend her for any contact lens issued.

My glasses broke beyond repair. I took them in to order a new frame. Anthony offered to tape them together for a temporary fix because I am blind without them. He did such a good job, he used a paperclip to make a splint and fixed them much better than I imagined possible.
