First of all, the fact there is a dog is already a plus, but I would come back here even if there wasnt a office dog. Ive had glasses for 20 years and hands down the best eye doctor Ive ever been to. The experience all around was fantastic and for once I feel like Im getting the right prescription, lenses AND fit. IF YOU NEED GLASSES GO HERE!!

I really enjoyed my experience at Best in Sight. DJ the corgi greeted me at the door. There was a short wait for the doctor, and he put up the with my phobia of having my eyes touched really well. The lady who ran the front was super friendly and knowledgeable as she helped me pick out frames and lenses options. When my frames arrived she made sure they fit nicely and told me if I had any problems to come back. All the way around everything was quick and easy!

If two people agree on everything, you may be sure that one of them is doing the thinking.Great Staff and some real nice spectacles. Seeing is Believing !

I have been coming here for years and have never had a better experience. Dr. Mok provides a great exam and staff is more than wonderful. I have really bad astigmatism and hate wearing glasses. Wearing contacts makes my eye dry and I just dealt with it for years. Upon trying Best In Sight, Dr. Mok suggested SynergEyes lense (hybrid, glass and soft lense) which are amazing. I wont go to another Dr.!

Said it was disability accessible but guess what was not accessible so could not climb stairs to office. So had to cancel appointment. What a waste of time.

I’ll be honest, the dog sold this place for me! But Dr. Mok is super nice, patient, and great at explaining things. Everyone else who I met was extremely friendly and welcoming. I hope I never have to find another eye doctor!

Great visit! The staff is very friendly and the office is very welcoming! Dr. Mok is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Its surprising to see negative comments in reviews as I have never experienced any of those issues. Doctor appointments vary in time they take, so its not uncommon for a little delay in your appointment, so that really isnt anything to get angry over. When I was going to Kaiser for my eyes, almost every visit it would be 15-20 minutes after my appointment start time when I would finally get brought back just to wait another 10 or so minutes for the doctor. Best In Sight, while a little delayed, was much more prompt than that. Instead of getting angry that your appointment didnt start on time, take the opportunity try on frames, enjoy some yummy cookies or play with the office mascot! Youll be happier that way!

Most comprehensive eye exam! Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable.

Ive been coming here since the 90s.Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for and my glasses have always lasted.Ive gotten what I need, when Ive needed it and Dr. Mok is thorough, helpful, professional and personable. He answered all my questions, was quick but not rushed and let me know what to expect during each step of the process.This isnt some box store to whom youre just a profit to be rushed in and out, this is a small business that makes me feel like Im supporting friends and family.

Iam very concerned about these specialists in this office. I have been going here since I was very young, in 2012 I was prescribed glasses for reading. I havent had insurance until now and I went in recently to get an eye exam to make sure my vision was okay. Turns out I was prescribed too strong of lenses back in 2012. Now because of this damaging my eyes while reading on a daily, let me mind you that I work a in an office on a computer all day.... Now my eyes are so bad that I have to get bifocals in my glasses. I am 22 years of age and this is my life I feel they have taken away from me. Im not satisfied with ANY of the receptionists who work there due to not knowing exactly when my glasses should arrive and now not answering their business line when I need to know when my glasses are going to be available.Thanks a lot Best In Sight. We appreciate the customer satisfaction that you provide. NOT!

I have been going to this clinic for 4 years. They always listen to me and my granddaughter. Always pleasant atmosphere and friendly people willing to help with anything that is needed. I plan to continue to use their services after I retire.

Love Dr Mok hes great with kids and he is always so nice !! I have been coming here for over a year and Im so thankful Ive found such a friendly place!! Would recommend to anyone!!

The Dr. Mok and the Best in Sight folks did it again. I am 100% satisfied!The exam was thorough as usual. They answered all my questions. And they helped me pick out frames!What I really love about them is that when they help me pick out my frames, they are honest! I hear whether they like the frames on my face and why or why not. We found the prefect frames but not really right color and BAM someone was looking on the manufacturers website right away to see if they had what I wanted. And they did! Cannot wait to see them next week!

I have been wearing glasses since I was 12. I have never had an eye exam as good as what Dr. Mok preformed. The entire staff is ah-mazing and super helpful. I got a great deal on my new glasses and contacts. I HIGHLY recommend you come here for your vision needs!

I have been going to best in sight for a few years and I love it! The staff is great and always willing to help with your needs.

Dr. Mok is a great doctor and more importantly a great person who will take time with his patients and show an interest in them. He patiently answered all my questions, even the stupid ones, and truly cared about my well-being. His team even fit me in to their schedule last minute because I was worried about my eyes. Some doctors try to fit as many patients as they can into a day and therefore barely have 5 minutes for each one. I work in medicine and have worked with over 15 different docs and PAs. What I am saying is Dr. Mok sets himself apart and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

As a person who has gone to immediate places i.e:americas best or look optical etc. I didnt understand why my husband would go out of his way or on the other side of town to come to this office since he was 18! So after being treated so unprofessionally at Look Optical I decided to make an appt here! I LOVED it!! Ive never been treated so nice at an optical office before! I understand now why hes been going here for 12 years! Dr.Mok was so informative and the girls up front treat you like family! Definitely going here for all my optical needs!!! Love the ability to have a one stop place where the optometrist can see me and be able to walk out with prescription lenses even though mine are a pretty high strength. You have no idea how awesome this is to me due to the fact I have never been able to do this in my life before.
