While vacationing at nearby St. Vrain State Park, we did some shopping at the outlet mall that featured this Columbia outlet. Store staff was friendly and welcomed the visit of our husky. We appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere. We purchased a long sleeve t-shirt and a pretty raincoat. Would recommend.

Don’t bother making a trip if you shop Columbia for the extended sizing. I found maybe four items larger than a 2x or in a Tall size, and all of that was in clearance. Might luck out if you’re already up here, but you’re probably leaving empty handed.

Ive become addicted to this store VERY quickly. I literally got 25% off my first purchase just by walking in the door and getting so.e help. And their prices are also very good, with most jackets running anywhere between $30-60, and they have a lot of other great stuff too like polos, vests, pants, and more. Ive been here several times the last few months and have always had great service with knowledgeable staff that are always happy to help. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking to get some great outdoor gear at good prices with excellent service.

Well stocked Columbia Factory store. If I need something from Columbia, I can usually find it here. Good selection of sizes and colors, so youre not stuck browsing over a sea of 3XL snazleberry purples to find that one medium grey fleece...

I liked the jacket I purchased but found a defect in the stitching where it was coming loose. I called and asked if I could swap it out and if I would need the receipt (I specifically mentioned on the phone I would run home and grab it if I needed it). They said it would be fine and I said I was on my way. AFTER arriving I was told they couldnt do anything and gave me a number to call to take care of it through warranty. Overall a huge hassle for a jacket that came with a factory defect and is quite disappointing. Check the stitching before you leave....

Returned an item I purchased online, super quick easy process. The store is so well stocked, I almost turned around and spent my refund on something else. Super clean and organized and respectful of the pandemic.

It was a relief to be able to return to the outlet stores after too long of a hiatus due to covid (and the draconian measures it has fostered). Upon entering the store I was pleasantly greeted by Erika. She is the reason for a great shopping experience. She took the time to check their back inventory for a particular style and size I was interested in. She also directed me to other options while I waited. They did not have the style and size I was looking for however there was another style with my size that I ended up purchasing. She was helpful, never rushed, and made me feel comfortable. She is a perfect example of exceptional customer service!Also, unlike Nikes draconian measures for entering their store (Disneyland-like line), Columbias ambiance was stress-free

For anyone who plan to go to this store, please please please make sure your receipt match with all the items that you paid for. They charged me 5 items on the receipt meanwhile I have only two items in my shopping bag. I didnt realized at first since I have 13 items on my bag, I went back there and asking for refund for the money I overpaid. The staffs arent friendly enough and they pretend like they are so busy but they arent. I would never come back to this store.

We went to Columbia factory store recommended by a friend, we were looking for sky cloths and we found a ton of great deals and good options. Elizabeth and Isabel were awesome!! They guide us during our shopping, find everything we needed, they helped us as much as we needed, they were very patient and attentive. They made our shopping experience the best!! We are definitely coming back!

We come here for all of our winter gear and fleece. We love the quality of the products and how long they last. They never disappoint us.

I tried to buy two shirts and use a gift card they had gave me for a previous purchase two weeks prior. They acted like they had never seen the gift card before and had no clue how to apply it, despite giving out thousands of them the month before. After a thirty minute checkout process to buy two shirts I just walked out with nothing, despite being offered the shirts for free. Apparently, selling me two shirts requires competence beyond the scope Columbia can muster. After about two decades of buying Columbia products, I am never buying another Columbia item. This level of incompetence is pretty worrisome for a company that claims to manufacture gear you can count on.

I cant get enough of this store. Great deals and great quality products. I dont go out of my way to visit but when headed North out of Denver I always stop in.

Terrible experience. I was charged twice for a jacket. I went immediately back and was told the cash register was lightning fast as the reason :/ then the manager questioned if I had 2 jackets and was trying to be paid back for 1. I was shocked but the cashier was like she only had 1 jacket. Wow.

Recently bought a Sherpa jacket from Colombia in Silverthorne but didnt realize the stitching on the jacket caused a hole along the arm. I stopped by this store on my way home to Fort Collins. The cashier was very friendly and helped me get an exchange with no hassle.
