6/22/2021 WORST shopping experience ever! I was at this store with my 9 year old boy. Since they didnt have enough styles in my size in jeans, I grabbed different cut style in jeans, went to the fitting room to try different styles one at a time (I did not take all the jeans at once) I would try one pair of jeans bring it back out and tried a different one etc.. The fourth time when I got out of the fitting room they called security on me! There was one security guy by the door staring at me the entire time!! It was so uncomfortable, I had never felt like this before! I felt pressured to just go to the counter to pay and leave! Security guy never told me anything tho, as soon as he saw me pulling my wallet to pay he left the store! I did express my feeling to Sandra the cashier that it was not necessary to call security on us just by trying clothes on; in the fitting rooms accompanied by my 9 yr old son. She did not say a word i felt that she realize that it was not necessary at all what they did!! Would never shop here ever again!!!!

The staff here put up with me for hours trying out new outfits and were super friendly and helpful! Im elated about my new duds feeling so fresh so clean. Thank you for being awesome :)

The best store in Denver premium outlets, Avelina the manager is super nice and always ready to help me every time I go with all her staff, the truth is I love going to her store always good deals and excellent products.

The manager here does not care about costumer service.It does not create a welcoming environment or good atmosphere to shop at.The employees should also learn how to explain the return policy.

Team member Avelina is absolutely unprofessional, offered us additional discounts on purchases of 8 or more items, and refused to honored it at the checkout.It made the whole shopping experience horrible, we felt lied to.

After being a manager for this company the respect and ethics should maintain the same, I went in to shop for dress shirts and some jeans last Friday, we got welcomed by a new manager which was super nice and welcoming, but I did not got the same feeling for the other manager that was standing in the back corner. I turned around and left the store immediately, I don’t think that is a way of treating and ex-employee, now customer.

I have amazing experience great service all staff amazing !! I have been living in Denver for 5 years and nobody has given me excellent service as the one that this store has had since the manager and his work staff have been buying from A / X clothes since 2006 in Kansas City Plaza and here in this store I I was surprised at the treatment and the friendliness of the staff congratulations !!
