We brought a PlayStation 4 controller and Danny told us sense it didn’t work we could either get a different controller or our money back if we had recite and we do and now we’re being told there nothing they can do after being told to bring it back in. Very disappointed in the service there, theyre selling a Harley Davidson, I got a bank approval, When I asked if I could test drive it, Andrew, the pawn brokerWho is selling the bike, tells me I have to hand him the check. In case I drop the motorcycle, I rodo my HD there when I saw their Harley in front of the store!What a bunch of BS just to buy a vehicle from a pawn shop! I can go to any motorcycle dealer, of which Andrew claims to be, but IS NOT! And test ride any bike with just a copy of my drivers license! What a waste of both of our time!

My husband and I have been utilizing their services for over a year. All experiences were great until today. Kevin was occupied with a customer and female was eating at the counter. She asked me if I was making a payment, I told her no. She mumbled something about being on lunch and I told her I could wait for Kevin. She proceeded to put her food down and waited on me anyway. I told her I wanted to get a loan on a ring that we had pawned previously. Previously I was offered a loan of 300. She said she could do 100 because thats what I borrowed the last time. I told her I needed more and she said no. Very blunt and short. When I first walked in Kevin greeted me and told me he would be with me shortly. She didnt greet me, she didnt smile and made it obvious I irritated her by walking in while she was eating. If I was just making a payment, would I have been treated better? It was a little bit humiliating. I called my husband and he immediately came to see if he could get the good service we usually receive. Kevin waited on him and delivered. If it werent for all the other great employees working here, we would take our business elsewhere.

I have been dealing with these guys for about 21/2 years now when I need some extra cash just to cover me till I get paid. Always polite and professional have worked with me when I was gonna be late I have no idea what that other woman was talking about maybe she thought she was going to Macys or something they are always polite and have a very down to earth atmosphere in the store even when you are buying something always have time to talk and make you feel like youre amongst friends. The staff here is amazing, Especialy Kevin and (I think its) Brian! My truck has no reverse gear and I had accidentally pulled into the store next to the gas station next to them only to find out I was stuck in a rut right in front of like a 2.5 ft dropout! One of them came out to help me push without hesitation!They know i came to them after being ripped off by EZ Pawn and have given me top dollar loan amounts without a bunch of haggling or dirty looks, and the service has been excellent every time i have gone there!Definitely the place to go!

Needed a quick loan due to unexpected expense. Went to Lincoln Street location and was offered $300.00 for my item with 20% interest. The interest seemed high to me so the guy told me that 88th and Washington store does 10%. I drive 20 minutes to that store and am offered $200.00 at 10%? Typical bait and switch tactics. Shady business.

They offered me 30$ for an almost new Item saying that it is what ebay recommends. I have seen the item sell for over 200$ on Ebay. I had to leave as the lady smirked and wouldnt offer more. No only did she low-ball the price but her attitude left me with a bad taste in my mouth.I found another place and got 65$ for it. Id recommend not going there if you really need a fair cash price.

Great place!!! Been coming here with my wife to shop for things and they also had what I was looking for. Once we walk in they are always on top of greeting us right away making us feel welcomed. Needed a quick loan a few months ago, these guys REALLY came through, offered me 150.00 more than EZ Pawn did plus only 10 % interest NOT 20 %. In a jam these guys will get my business. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of laptops, power tools and stereos from what ive seen in there.

Two people working. One helping customers, both waisting time bsing with each other and customers. What should have taken 5 min stood there for over 20 while he kept leaving his desk to do stuff or talked to the other employee. Did work with me on price but has a different deffinition of what cheating is. I wont be coming back to this store again.

I was looking for a ipad for my son. I have never been in a pawn shop before,My friend suggested I try this new pawn store. At first I was a bit taken givenI have always felt these places were the final destination for junk and stolen merchandise.It was not as I had pictured. The staff was friendly the store was clean and organized.I was not pressured to buy but was given all the information I needed in order to make a good choice. I did purchase a ipad from Chris. She was very nice. I love the fact they gave me 90 days in case the thing quit on my son. Im happy I went here first before Best Buy. I saved $120I would have given it five stars however the parking situation needs to be addressed.Over all my opinion of Pawn shops have changed and I will return.

So my husband and I just went there and we pawned our xbox and they were THE BEST. Kevin the assistant manager was very helpful and he even took my change in exchange for cash. Chris was fast at doing the paperwork and Shannon was awsome to letting us know the process of how we have a month to get our stuff out. I have never been to a pawn shop before and they were the most helpful people I ever delt with. I am definitely going to go back there for other things because they have good deals on jewlery and everything else. I would go here and recommend comming here. The service was fast and everything was just great they made my day stress free and not worried about how my stuff is going to be delt with. They wrapped it in plastic wrap and placed it in a box with my name on it. The best service ever. Also to the person who gave then a really bad review for a camera lense I hope you step on a lego because thats just ridiculous.

I heard many rumors on how good this pawn shop is and to be honest I was t sure if I was at the right one. Went in on April 12, 2018 and they were very respectful and very greeting when I walked in. Always asking if I needed to look at anything closer and was very helpful. The younger boy they call gopher which I think is disrespectful cause they make him do everything in the store but he was helping me look at a ring and he was very polite and always had a smile making sure i got a great deal on anything I looked at. After he helped me the manger Andrew was making the poor kid clean the whole store over again after he said he already done the things he done already while they just sit there. I heard the boy ask him a question and he replied with a smart remark saying you f****** retard that not how you do that. Very disrespectful of the manger to even talk to his employees like that and make them feel like they’re doing a bad job. He then sent the boy to the back to go clean and the manger told another customer that’s our janitor that’s where he spends most of the time is in the back cleaning. I then spoke with a lady that was the jewelry manager and a customer came in causing a seen and she said if anything ever happens she has a gun under her desk to take care if the problem. I then left and will never return after my experience at that pawn shop thinking it was a good store to go to.

I went here expecting to get 50.00 for my wedding set like all the other places offered I even told them this was all I was expecting they offered 125.00 I will never go anywhere else again!!!!

I was told by a worker that they would take my television I’m selling and when I went in they basically told me it didn’t matter what they said because they can’t take it. It was a waste of my time and they need to fix whatever the miscommunication problem is.
