Absolute 5 star experience! Julia and the other girl that were there were fantastic, they made it super easy! I was worried it was going to be awkward but they made us feel so comfortable and they were knowledgable and super helpful. Will absolutely be going back. Just earned some lifelong customers!

I over all like a lot of the products that the store had. I would just say the customer service form the workers was just very uncomfortable. From a specific staff member he would invaded personal space and would unprofessional bring up his own personal business. He personally needs to learn better communication tactics if approaching customers.

Tiffany and her staff are super awesome. They will make you feel super comfortable and go out of their way for excellent customer service. If you are a first timer they will ease any nerves you may have. I highly recommend for a great staff.

Sign says open at 11am it is now 1100. Still not open. 4 cars were in parking lot waiting, now 2 are left.Correction on above review. This was left at 1130 not at 1100 as mistakenly typed. I saw the owner reply shortly after leaving. I did go back. The store associate was very friendly and helpful.This location as I recall, has always had friendly associates. I understand stuff happens and when there is only one employee scheduled, late openings happen. The pleasant experience will jump the 1 star to 3. Wasting a good part of my morning prevents anymore. Use caution when arriving right at stated open hrs although you likely will have a fine experience.

GREAT FOR BEGINNERS!I went in only expecting to buy one or two things but left with a whole cart full!Shaiyanne was so amazing and helpful she guided me towards products I didnt even know existed!! I ended up spending WAY more than I expected, but it seems to be worth every penny!!Shaiyanne also didnt push sales onto me, she just educated me on the various toys and let me pick and choose what I wanted!!If youre nervous or its your first time visiting one of these shops, pick this one!!

Tiffany the store manager was great!! I have been shopping there for almost a year now and every time I went in there she always knew every product and any questions I had she could answer usually when she was not there I ended up leaving and coming back another day when I knew she would be there. Just went in there to find out she no longer works there will not be shopping there anymore just don’t feel comfortable I will get what I need without her guidance.Very disappointing.

I shopped at this location at least once a week because I absolutely love Tiffany the manager. She has always been so knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant. Was really disappointed when I found out she is no longer there. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I dont think the other 2 girls were helpful in any way. In fact I thought they were rude, ignored me, and didnt know about the products. Lost a long time customer for sure.

I went in expecting the experience to be a good one. Usually the clerks are really helpful I come in here and there usually for pumps, I’ve always had good conversation with the girls there. I’ve seen some staff come and go but I don’t know when this employee started. She not only kept taking her mask down but was 1) on her phone a lot, 2) didn’t really know anything about the toys. I wish you guys had kept the standards of staff you used to. I can’t remember her name but it was something like Jane or Jamie.Edit: the response to my review was completely wrong. You need to talk to the employee and do some proper training, not just take it in consideration.

Brandon is such a helpful employee. Every time my partner and I go to this location, he is very helpful and generous to what we are searching for. He always answers our questions and never minds when we ask 500 million questions! I definitely recommend people to come here!

This company, and people care about their customers. I made a purchase I wasnt happy with. After corresponding with Tiffany via the phone, she had me come in and made things better for me. I am extremely grateful and happy with the level of customer service that was given, and the follow up.

I came in with my girlfriend last night and the girl who helped us was so sweet, I think her name was either Summer or Spring I’m not sure. She immediately started helping us and honestly I learned a lot I never knew. She showed me the best quality products that are safe to use on my partner which blew my mind. I didn’t know there was a difference between silicones and jellies. Almost everything she showed me I was sold on. I’m definitely coming back for those handcuffs.

My man and I have enjoyed popping into this shop a couple times. Eva was there for two of our visits; she knows her stuff and would guide us toward better quality within our price range. Most recently she was nice enough to hook us up with a replacement charger cord for one of my mans favorite rings that he hadn’t been able to use for ages; she went out of her way to help us out.The staff has given us space and been very helpful depending on what we needed. Suggestions about what lube is best with what toys, which material feels better, rechargeable versus battery versus remote control. I personally love the selection of luscious sized lingerie. I got my favorite piece from this shop.We plan to go back as soon as our budget allows. You pay for what you get and we like the toys that last as long as we do.

Went in the other night and had a wonderful time. I tend to be a little on the introvert side and my wife is the people person. However, Brandon, the wonderful sales associate that helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, SUPER funny, and really took his time with us. He never rushed us or forced anything on us with cheesy up-sales or pressure sales tactics. I was very comfortable. No he actually took the time to get to know us and offer some suggestions that turned out to be SPOT on. Great selection in the store and competitive prices. We were very happy with our experience and will be back to see Brandon in the near future.

I went today with my friend and a women with short blond hair and eyebrow piercing was so weird toward us. She literally kept following us since the beginning and was acting as if we were going to steal. We just wanted to go in and look to see what they had, so she made the experience very uncomfortable. First experience purchasing in this store and I must say it was wonderful! I believe the clerk who helped me was Brandon (I am terrible with names) anyway, Brandon was incredible and so excited to talk about their favorite products, I was able to keep in my budget without feeling too pressured to buy more... did I still leave with more than what I originally intended to buy? Yes, but that’s just what a good salesmen does! Brandon also showed me other products I may be interested in in the future and after using the product they recommended I start with... My friend and I went in to Cristals to buy a friend of ours a gift for his birthday about 2 weeks ago. I had not been in that store in a few years. Not only was everything easy to find, but the staff was amazing! A gentleman named Brandon helped us with everything. Even suggested a few items we also purchased. The male employee there was rude made an implication that Thornton as some kind of a terrible place to be because he kept one of their products that was a $600 item behind the counter when showing it to us he held very tightly to the Box and made a comment; well after all this is Thornton, I dont appreciate that! I found it rude and I think Ill do my shopping at fascinations in Glendale. The staff there is friendly, knowledgeable and has never made me feel like I might grab something and run out.

The staff is great help and gives honest advice. If your new you may be caught off guard with how normal and nonchallant sex is to them but it makes for a great no judgement enviorment.

BUYER BEWARE. ALL products are NOT sealed/unopened when purchasing!!! Went in to the store looking for an item for my wife. Person working at the store took a vibrator out of the box, showed it to me, let me touch it, then put it back in the box. I bought a vibrator for my wife, took it home and she saw that the bottom of the box was torn open so obviously the box had been opened at some point NOT by me. Took the toy back to the store 15 minutes after I had purchased it so that I could return it (my wife says she wont use an item that has been opened), and the store refused to take it back saying they could not accept returns. I asked about the package being opened and was told by an employee that they open ALL their packages before selling them. How is this okay? Completely UNETHICAL business practices when involving such intimate products. I will see about contacting the BBB because there is no way that this sort of business policy is ethical or legal.

Great place, great environment and most of all the store manager is extremely friendly and even more importantly extremely knowledgeable. I’m relocating in the future and will miss this store and it’s exellent service.

They sell broken things then wont even give you store credit or even a discount just a sucks 2 be you. So Im a liar too. Maybe if you had a policy in place for that email at the store? Instead of only doing the correct thing after you have been called out on it in a review.

Very helpful knowledgeable staff well definitely would have been back. Its way better than the rest!!!! Unfortunately they dont take returns on anything which I totally understand except I had just bought this chapstick didnt open it or even take it out of the store and realized it was 20 dollars. Which first of all should have been labeled as it was more than any of the other many items we purchased. It was such a positive experience except when we realized that they would not take the 20$ chapstick back before we had even opened it or left the store with it. Unfortunately we will probably not be back very disappointed because we do like this store employees and product. However the owner contacted us after and was very kind and eager to make it right. We were presently surprised and will be repeat customers considering there prompt response to our greavences.

I was employed at Christals for 3 days total. The store manager Joy trained me, then let me go at the end of my shift one the 3rd day. Her reason for letting me go... I wasnt a good fit for the job, even told me I didnt do anything wrong. I even made good sales . And was deducted $97. For not swiping a credit card right one my first day. I was not told the proper place to swip the cards. I did say if u have to take it out of my check. And was told well Ya ur not going to put this on me said joy

I was in there a few days ago and i felt like the lady wanted to laugh at what i bought. Be ready to be laugh at.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Product was unused and missing pieces when opened. Manager refused refund or exchange.

I bought a product there and i followed the instructions to a T on it and it turned out all messed up never going here again.

District manager/store manager is so rude and fake.
