I am going to leave the most honest review! I went to 3 different bridal shops before I came to Platinum Bridal. The other locations they make you pick your dresses, they may ask you what you are shopping for, they will pick different things for your liking, but here they get down to the nitty gritty of YOUR perfect dress. You may have heard it before BUT TRY ON EVERYTHING!! Even if it is nothing you expected you would like, do it!!! With that being said compared to all of the other bridal shops if you want beautiful gowns, at a very amazing price with the BEST TEAM and finding your perfect dress, YOU MUST GO HERE. Every single dress they brought to me was completely different and separated themselves from the three different Bridal shops I went too before them. Even the very first dress I tried on at PB I said “I haven’t put anything like this on all day I love it!” They are so great at what they do, generations of a family owned business, and they care. These ladies were with me for over 2 HOURS to make sure I had everything I ever wanted and more. *I understand dress shops have time limits so no hate on the other places it was the end of the day when I went.* With the questions they ask and the time and effort they put in, you will find your perfect dress, if not one of your top 3! Go here!!!

I simply cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Platinum Bridal! They were so accommodating to the somewhat large number of ladies I brought along with me, and the associate, Monica, was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She made sure to ask me questions to narrow down exactly what I was looking for, but did not make me feel pressured to choose a dress at any point throughout the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the variety of styles and fabrics to ensure I was making a well informed choice. And above all, Monica made sure to have fun with us and make sure it was a joyful experience for me. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to any bride looking for the perfect dress! Definitely the best place to go for this special moment. Monica helped me out so much and was so educated on every little detail. Made it super easy and fun the entire time! All the other ladies there are so wonderful as well. Me and my Bridal party were fortunate enough to be the only ones in the shop, and my appointment went a little longer than planned but they didnt mind at all! Once it came down to saying yes to the dress all of the amazing ladies were there helping me out. It was the absolute best experience, just might even invite them to my wedding! Lol

Absolutely amazing experience! Extremely friendly consultants and a family run business. Clean and luxurious. Great variety of lighting. We had tons of appointments booked all day, stress was high, couldnt find the dress, and we were running SO late. They calmed is, stayed open past closing time to still meet with us, didnt rush at all, and did everything possible to please our bride. They had lots of options for a plus size bride, and we FOUND THE DRESS!! Accessories, options on the dress, easy and informative, everything was awesome! Highly recommend!

Wow, Tori and Monica have created such a beautiful studio. From the moment you walk in you feel like a bride. The bridal studio suite makes you feel so special. Tori focused on my words, my theme and my venue to find the perfect dress. She was so accommodating to my mother and our requests for different colors. She listened to everything we said. She picked dresses based on what I said. I had gone somewhere else and I didn’t have an experience as lovely. I decided that I loved the dress and the experience. Nothing could beat it. I found THE DRESS. I am beyond excited and will refer them to anyone who asks. You should definitely go here! I am so glad I did.

I had an appointment with Monica. This was my 4th appointment to try on dresses but my 1st appointment at this location.When I walked in everything was beautiful, clean, and organized. I was greeted right away and everyone was so nice and welcoming.I sat down with Monica who asked a few questions about my wedding, what I was looking for, and everything else important. It felt like she really wanted to know me and understand my style. She chose about 7 dressed that were all perfect. The 2nd dress i tried on was the one! Of course she didnt rush me and encouraged me to try on more just to make sure.Monica was so accommodating, sweet, and a joy to be around! I had so much fun and absolutely love my dress. I had no idea a bridal shop could offer this quality of care and attention. Monica made our event so enjoyable. She asked the right questions and chose options that gave us a broad selection to choose from. I knew as soon as I saw my future daughter-in-laws face that she had found the dress she had dreamed of. I can not say enough good things, wonderful experience! Tori (the owner) amazing! The establishment: Clean! Bright! Beautiful! Comfortable! Cozy! Your first appointment is about an hour and a half. I went alone. Tori sat me down listened to my concerns, wishes, budget, venue location, and did not laugh at me when I said I had a month and a half to find a dress. I did laugh at myself though.*Side note*: I would NOT recommend ever going wedding dress shopping this close to your wedding. It drastically limits your options and what happens if you are not a sample size? Tori recommends shopping and buying 12-10 months out from your date.Luckily enough I fit into some of the sample dresses they had. The whole experience was wonderful and **body positive**. I didnt even know what silhouette I wanted, we narrowed down on the silhouette and then narrowed it down further. Her depth of and knowledge of the dresses she had on hand was amazing, I was never left waiting for her to search. The appointment was very efficient. I described what I didnt like and what I liked about each dress until we found a few I liked.I made a follow up appointment with a few friends (this one only an hour). She had the dresses available immediately and again there was no waiting. She made notes in my profile so there was no awkward; Which dress did you like again? With the help of Tori and my Friends... we found THE ONE! Then before I said yes, She had me walk around in the picked dress in a separate room, which I appreciated. To make sure it was comfortable and it flowed the way I wanted. There is a difference between how the dress looks when you are standing still and when you are moving. Toris patience and suggestions were vital, her knowledge and expertise were desperately needed. She made a situation I was fretting easier to get through. 100% recommend, Platinum Bridal went above and beyond to help find and get me the dress that I LOVED. Thank you Platinum Bridal!P.S not the dress I choose... that will be a surprise for everyone. ;) BUT really liked this dress.

My cousin found her dream dress here yesterday! Not only was the owner patient with us--we were running late--but she did a fantastic job of picking dresses that really suited my cousins shape! I brought her to this shop specifically because of the good selection of Plus-sized dresses, and the reviews that said such nice things about the owners. Grandma had flown in from California, and the fact that she could see my cousin find her dream dress meant the world to her. This shop is kind, considerate, and skilled at what they do-- the owner also let our appointment run longer when she realized my cousin needed some more time.10/10, highly recomend!!

The ladies who work at and own Platinum Bridal were a huge positive memory for my wedding experience. I ended up being a COVID bride, so a lot of my experience was a difficult one to navigate but one of my favorite memories will be picking out my dress from Platinum Bridal. Not only did I find the most perfect dress and stunning veil, but it was these ladys kindness and advice which made it such an incredible experience. I cant wait for my friends to get married so that I can bring them back here just to try on your gorgeous dress options and see all the staff again! I may be a COVID bride, and that might have sucked, but it gave me the opportunity to wear my dress + veil TWICE for an elopement and larger wedding after restrictions lifted! Platinum Bridal is THE BEST. From the day I went to try on dresses to my wedding day. Monica and Tori took the best care of me.I said yes to the dress November of 2020. My wedding date was 8.27.21. There were a couple of hiccups with the designer and the designer warehouse where the dress did not pass the quality inspection the first time. Delaying my dress to get in with ample amount of time for alterations. Monica called me right away apologizing for this happening, even though it was not PB’s fault at all and was out of their control. She assured me that she asked them to make a new dress so it is perfect as that is what I am paying for. Monica called them every week to get updates and would update me every week.My dress finally arrived about a month out from my wedding. When I went to try it on it fit perfectly and needed minimal alterations done. Thank goodness. PB reimbursed me for rush alteration fees and gave me my veil for free. Even though the delays were completely out of their control. This just tells you how great Monica and Tori are!Wonderful customer service. I will ALWAYS recommend Platinum Bridal to all future brides!Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I had a wonderful wedding dress experience here! The shop is beautiful and Tori and Monica are so friendly and attentive. I felt like they let me try on every dress in the store until I found my dream gown and never made me feel rushed. After my first alterations appointment I was a little nervous about how the dress would turn out (we had to order up a few sizes from the sample I originally tried on if I wanted to be able to walk or sit down) and Monica talked me off the ledge and helped communicate my vision to the seamstress. It turned out perfectly and I felt gorgeous on my wedding day!Dress is from the Ella Rosa Collection from Kenneth Winston.

Most Amazing Bridal consultants, attentive service, unbelievable guidance, and overall incredible women! I was more nervous about the dress than any other part of the wedding. I knew the exact dress that I wanted, but the sample was two sizes too small and in blush. Tori Put me in over 12 gowns that DID fit too make sure I felt confident and too truly rule out every other option. I put the dress on and it was dropdead gorgeous but it didn’t fit and wasn’t the right color. She found A similar dress that was the exact same cut, same skirt, appropriate hem, that fit me, and It was Exactly how I wanted to look. She then put me in an ivory dress from the same designer and I felt like a bride. I totally trusted her advice so I ordered the dress two sizes bigger and a different color. I just picked the dress up yesterday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. I do not think I would have picked MY dress if it wasn’t for Tori. Monica helped me when I picked it up and she also totally nailed how it would be altered, and gave me so many helpful tips when it came to wedding day and all thing about the dress. I truly wish these women could be part of our day and I had no idea they were also wedding planners! If my deposit wasn’t nonrefundable I would have switched too them in a heartbeat. Such a beautiful boutique, the staff are so friendly and encouraging. Went to try dresses with my godsister today for her upcoming wedding and Monica was so incredibly helpful and attentive to every concern my Godsister had and was AMAZING at finding her the styles of dresses that she wanted and felt comfortable in! Makes you feel very comfortable.-Great selection for curvy girls!Platinum Bridal was my most anticipated shopping experience, and boy do they not disappoint! They had an amazing collection of dresses all UNDER my budget and I ended up finding my very unique, very specific yes dress! During my appointment, they made sure I tried on and narrowed down the different silhouettes to make me comfortable in making my decision. In addition, they had the BEST collection of true mermaid style dresses. I visited 6 bridal shops and Platinum was the only one with more than two true mermaid styles. Not only does Platinum no how to curate a fun and great collection, they also know their inventory so well! This was my best and favorite shopping experience and Im very glad I was able to find my dress there.For the curvy girls: Platinum caters to you! Almost all of their sample sizes are large enough to fit your curves. At 53 140, I was fortunate enough to never experience samples not fitting. Well at Platinum, every dress I tried had to taken in, but Id much rather that any day.

This place is amazing with some very stunning dresses! I came here not expecting much other than trying on a few dresses and kind of liking one. First off, the interior is very elegant and what I imagined a high end shop should be. Then, we met Tori and she had to finish sanitizing - which means they care about the safety of their clients in these trying times. Once she was done, she got to know me and what I wanted from this experience. Even though I had tried on dresses before, she had me try on some basics so she could get an idea of what I liked and did not like. She had me try on so many gorgeous dresses that fit me so well that it was very hard to choose! Finally, I needed to make a decision and I was stuck between two dresses. The advice Tori gave me completely summed up how I felt and I finally made my decision. I am so happy with this dress and it is gorgeous!! Truly a unique and one of a kind shop with wonderful people

This shop is amazing! I was feeling nervous and a bit overwhelmed with the prospect of finding a dress, but these women made it so easy for me to find my perfect fit in my price range. They took the extra time and attention to figure out what I liked or didnt like about each dress, which made it so much easier to narrow down the styles and details that I didnt even know existed. Plus, when I finally found a dress online that I loved, they contacted the designer directly to ship it to their store so I could try it on. She helped me identify my likes and dislikes with essentially a wedding dress 101 course, which I didnt even know I needed! I am so impressed with this place! They make you feel like the only person in the room when you walk in and treat everyone with you with such kindness and respect. Prior to covid, these owners would travel to every bridal show to see the dresses (not just order them online), and once they were in the shop, the owners personally try on every dress so you know what it is supposed to look like and feel like. Wow! All of my bridesmaids and mothers left feeling so educated, wishing they had the same experience when they went dress shopping. They also have an alterations shop next store and can hold onto your dress if convenient. Prices are very reasonable and they have a wide variety. It’s not just about the dress, it’s about the experience, and they make it worth it!

I had the most incredible experience here! The place was very nice, and took appropriate precautions. Tori was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel so welcome! I did not expect to find my “dream dress” but I did and am sooo incredibly happy! I highly recommend this place!!!

I tried many shops in Denver to find my wedding dress and Platinum was by far the best! Definitely worth the commute from Colorado Springs. I found the perfect dress and everyone was so kind and patient. They listened to what I wanted and were genuinely interested in helping me find it.

I booked an appointment at Platinum Bridal for my sister to try on wedding dresses. This appointment was booked to be right after another bridal appointment at a different shop. Upon arrival, we were in awe of how stunning this bridal boutique is! It is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and very clean! We were greeted by our consultant who was very friendly and listened to the bride and made sure her voice was heard while choosing a dress. Looking to see more variety, the bride tried a few dresses here that were beautiful and fabulously designed! Our consultant pulled about 7-8 dresses but knew that the dress to beat was the one my sister had her heart set on. Towards the end of the appointment, she could tell that the bride was not finding anything that could top the dress from the other boutique she had tried earlier that day. Our consultant was very polite and understanding that the bride had found her dress at another boutique. Excited for her, our consultant gave the bride a hug and was so happy for her regardless of her choice to purchase a dress from another business. Though we did not purchase a dress here at Platinum, we had a five-star experience and would gladly recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for being amazing for us! I didnt end up getting my wedding dress from this shop but that doesnt mean I wasnt impressed! From the second I walked in I felt comfortable and totally pampered. The individual bridal suites were gorgeous, spacious and intimate. The dressing rooms even had fans in them - this was a welcome amenity after changing in and out of numerous gowns. Their dresses were beautiful and high quality. Even though I ended up finding the one at a different store it will not stop me from recommending people from checking this place out!

Please promise me, if you are going wedding dress shopping to start with Platinum Bridal. The experience Tori created for me was more than I imagined while looking for my wedding dress. She took the time to learn about my wedding ideas and how I wanted the day to feel and found dresses to match that feeling. I am so excited about my dress, it is absolutely stunning. Absolutely phenomenal experience! Went this past Saturday, Oct 3rd with my best friend to find her wedding dress and everything about the appointment was perfect. She found THE perfect dress with the help of the wonderful Tori. 12/10 recommend!!

What a great experience I had at platinum bridal! This was the only place out of 3 wedding dress shops where we did not get to pick out the dresses ourselves & to be honest it was a lot less overwhelming then the ones where we could ! Tory asked all the right questions before bringing any dresses back & hit it spot on with everything she brought out to try !! 3 out of my top 5 dresses were from here! After a couple days to think about everything and see pictures Tory was able to squeeze me in last minute to retry my top 3 and we were able to pick the one !!! Yay can’t say enough good things about our experience here !!! Can’t wait for my dress !

WOW I as blown away by how exceptional Tori is at her job. I walked in thinking I knew the exact dress I wanted, but THANK GOD for Tori, who helped me find a dress I love about 100X more than the one I thought I wanted. These women are incredible!!I had spent the day at other bridal shops and had no luck, then we stopped at Platinum Bridal. We didnt have an appointment but Tori still took the time to show us all the different styles and designs. She was very thorough with the consultation and made sure to educate me on everything I need to know when selecting THE dress. She even selected designs that I wouldnt normally choose, and one of those ended up being the one!! It was such a special experience and we picked my dress within a couple hours.I cannot stress this enough, go to Platinum Bridal! Platinum Bridal is the perfect,polished, and poised shop in the Denver-Metro area. Walking in you are greeted with a smile up until the very end of your consult. Tori, one of the owners learned my style and made it so easy for me to make a decision. The appointment flows naturally, and is not forced at all. I went to platinum bridal as my first experience trying on wedding dresses. It was the best experience I could have asked for. I was SO nervous to try on dresses but Tori made me feel comfortable in every dress. She listened to what I was looking for and kept pulling! I never had to go look at any of the dresses myself and “feel” the pressure of finding one I liked. Tori did everything and a fantastic job. Tori was more than informative, she made the day fun and everyone laugh. She answered all of our questions and gave ideas on dresses. I was ultimately deciding between two at platinum. I went back for another appointment and she already had my two dresses pulled and welcomed me right in! My favorite bridal shop!!! I visited many dress shops trying to find the right dress and Platinum Bridal was, by far, my favorite! Tori and her sister were so kind and helpful to me while I was looking for my dress and trying the same ones on over and over trying to make my decision. I recently purchased a wedding dress from Platinum Bridal. I actually fell in love with it back in March! Tori and Monica are great women to work with and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful. The first time I went to Platinum Bridal I was a walk-in. It was my first time trying on dresses so I truly had no knowledge of wedding dresses. Luckily, Monica was there to educate me the entire way. Each dress she pulled she pointed out special parts and explained why it made it unique. They offered a variety of styles and designers and presented them in their beautiful store in a way that was not overwhelming. I was so happy with my experience that I went back for a second appointment, but this time more seriously. Monica spent her time with us and even though our appointment lasted almost four hours she stayed committed and energized the entire time. I went to other bridal boutiques and they did not compare to the service at Platinum Bridal. As a result, I went back for a third appointment and found THE dress! Family owned by an all women team. No corporate or rushed feeling. Dress selection is exquisite and they can often order what they dont have. They also sell any accessories needed, so you can browse for them while in the shop, and they work alongside a seamstress who is right next door. Open late and on weekends.Worked with Tori, Monica, and Melody at various visits. Just want to take a moment to thank these lovely ladies for the great experience so far. Dress shopping can be so stressful, but they remain friendly, patient, and helpful! Highly recommend.

Platinum was the second of 7 appointments in 2 days! I have to say that the experience with them was beyond fantastic. First of all the salon was so gorgeous! The inventory is unique, well displayed and just beautiful. The appointment started with a sit down discussion of what I was looking for and transitioned into a private room where myself and my entourage were seated. The furniture was tasteful and perfect for the bridal experience. Prices were fair and I would say on par or below average for the boutique setting. This is a family owned small business and the attention to detail and customer service was unparalleled. This is also owned by women of color who have clearly paved their own way in the bridal industry. I have nothing but great things to say about platinum and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. So glad to say I said yes to the dress here and would recommend this without hesitation to anyone searching for their special day.

We had the most magical experience at Platinum Bridal...from the kindness extended while registering for an appointment to the moment my daughter said This is the dress, our time at Platinum Bridal was phenomenal. Tori listened to exactly what my daughter was dreaming about and found so many beautiful choices for her to try. We loved so many of them, it was hard to choose. Tori then asked my daughter to try a dress that was unlike her must-have list explaining it would look beautiful on her. She was shocked at how gorgeous she looked in a dress she wouldnt have thought to consider. We ended up purchasing the dress that had all the elements my daughter loved with a bit of a different style thanks to Tori. I cant express how much we enjoyed our time there. I can not overstate how wonderful it was shopping with Monica at Platinum Bridal! I came in having no idea what I wanted, with a very short timeline, and a rather strict budget. Monica didn’t flinch! Although I found my dress elsewhere, I wish I would have started here! I was getting my dress altered near by, and went in to purchase a veil. Their selection is extensive, for veils and for dresses, and the welcome I had from their team was immediate! They were nice and beyond helpful. And they assisted me in finding the perfect veil for my special day. I will definitely encourage all other brides to start their search for their dream dress here!

I was very nervous about wedding dress shopping. I came to Platinum Bridal and could not have asked for a better experience. They started by talking through the details of my wedding and clarifying my expectations. The entire experience was very personal and they were so knowledgeable. I found my dress within trying on 5 dresses. Tori had my number from the beginning I’m pretty sure. :) They have a runway where you can walk in your dress and the sun room is amazing! Communication was exceptional the entire time and they were very prompt in answering my questions. I wouldn’t recommend any other place for a wedding dress! Go see Tori and Monica, I promise you won’t regret it. :)

I absolutely love Platinum Bridal! I went shopping with my sister to help her choose her wedding dress...and decided that when I get married I will ONLY visit this boutique! The two owners sincerely care about their clients and make you feel so comfortable while helping you to find the perfect dress. They were patient and spent 2.5 hours helping us narrow down choices to find the absolute perfect dress. They had more choices than I ever expected and the pricing was unbelievable...we were expecting to spend double what we did! I wasnt sure if we would be happy with the selection since it isnt in the same general area as most of the bridal boutiques near downtown Denver so we made several appointments to visit other stores...but we cancelled those appointments before we even left Platinum Bridal because it was obvious we had found the people and the place we wanted to buy this very special dress from. You will be happily surprised from the moment you walk in!

From the moment I walked into this hidden gem, we felt supported in every way. I was nervous, not knowing what to expect since it was my first appointment. Toris beautiful smile and expertise made me feel at ease---allowing me to have fun!! She was never pushy, listened to my mom, sister and I when it came to what we liked or didnt like, and really opened our eyes to all the possibilities that fit our taste. The feeling throguhout the appointment was authentic. Of their hundreds of dresses, I found the PERFECT dress at Platnium Bridal.However, since it was my first place, I went to 3 other places just to make sure.... and you know each place had various levels of customer service. None were at the high level of individualized customer service as Platnium Bridal. Some places I went to felt very fake and scripted, while others were direct and didnt have that compassion needed for such an intimate appointment. Platinum Bridal had it all.

This review is long overdue! I purchased my wedding dress a few months back, when they were having a $99 dress sale. I booked a same day appointment and the owners were so friendly and easy to work with! I was able to snag a beautiful dress priced at over $1,000 for only $99!! Even though I went specifically for the $99 dress sale, this boutique had BEAUTIFUL gowns to choose from that are a part of their normal collection. Im so thankful that I was able to have the full bridal salon experience and walk away with a steal of a deal. Thank you Platinum Bridal!!
