Oil and filter change. The young lady was very professional. I told her the filter for my car is never in stock at the jiffy lube i go to in Colorado springs. Ended up not having it also. BUT the difference with this location and this employee is she took one step further to call an auto supply shop and see if the had it and if the could bring it by. The ended up not having it also but the fact that she did this just shows she has integrity but also the customers interest always first. Also the other employees were alsoworking were very polite and hard at work. The gentleman who showed me all finished work was very nice and not condescending either, thank you.All in all this was the best jiffy lube Ive been to! Keep up the good work!!!

Went in for regular oil change, I always do them myself but I have cancer and just got operated so I can go under car, got home and it was leaking a lot of oil and my car never before leaked. Went back they said they got it. When I got home still had the same. Also got a 150$ fine from HOA. Same issue went back again they replaced the oil pan and said I was all great. Got home check engine light is now on a/c is no longer cold so it went from bad to just disrespectful the way they do work on cars. Don’t go here.Don’t stop here. Don’t trust anyone here.

They were quick and extremely courteous the only problem I had was my car smelt like oil after the oil change and it still does its been 2 weeks Im assuming that they spilled oil when they changed it It was a little alarming as I have a 2018 grand Cherokee which I just purchased I had my sunshine to make sure it wasnt leaking and it was not rather than that the gentleman young man to work on it were extremely courteous

Have a 2008 ford edge. Was having a heating problem. I took to a ford dealer and was told it would be over $1000.00 to fix.Took to your service store on 88th Ave and Washinton in Thornton, Co.Nate took one look came up says your radiator is gone.$500.00 later car fixed no leaks great service.Plus car was cleaner returned to me than when I took in.Nate was friendly and courtesy. As were the other staff members.Great experience.

We just dropped in on these guys from out of town way overdue for an oil change. They were quick and efficient and super friendly! They rotated my tires for me also and replaced some stripped out bolts on my oil access panel. I would highly recommend these guys. They were great! My only regret is that I can’t return every time to get my oil changed

BEWARE!!!! ALMOST HAD MY ENGINE BLOWN!!!!. PEOPLE ARE LAZY. Very disappointed I took my car here on Saturday to get my fluids topped off and checked they didnt even check them when I left my oil light came on so I went to a different Jiffy Lube near Stapleton they told me that my oil was BONE DRY and I could have blown my engine. Very disappointed because when I took my car in they were not even busy the three guys that were there were just standing around talking so I figured they would do a good job considering they had nothing else to do. I will never bring it back to this location again.

Everyone at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond my expectations! My A/C was recharged and I was on my way quickly. Great group of gentlemen! I went in for an oil change and they took a look at the whole car to make sure everything was in good shape. They were very helpful and let me know of what might be an issue in the future and when I should get those issues replaced. I was in and out within 20 minutes! Very friendly! Worst place to get an oil change in all of the Denver they are thiefs who will steal anything they can away with including fuses! They got me right in, they were honest about oil that should be used in my car and even fixed a cover on the bottom of my car without charging for it. I usually go there because they are convenient but I will definitely return because of the gentleman that helped me today!

I went to get an oil change on 4/8/2021 around 1:30 p.m. and all the workers were amazing! Super friendly, respectful and professional! I spoke to one of the workers and they let me know they were going through a management change and all these young men were running the shop. It was the best oil change experience Ive had and it was all because the great service, thank you guys!

This place was great. They were very friendly. The power went off while the oil was being changed and they finished the oil change and sent us on our way without paying. They knew we had to be somewhere. We were able to pay a few hours later but it was nice that they didn’t hold us up!!

CARELESS, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!.Was watching the oil change in progress, oil was still pouring not dripping pouring out of my vehicle when the man in the grease pit capped or put the screw back into the oil pan to stop the flow of oil.What that means everybody is old oil was still left in the vehicle, do not know if they change the filter or? not could not say. Then they proceeded to add new oil into the vehicle what that means is there will be way too much oil in the vehicle, too little is bad too much is bad. They have a print out they give to you of all that was done to your vehicle they lied and said they filled windshield wiper fluid not done! Print out shows added coolant did not! Claim to have vacuumed my vehicle NOT DONE! Left the car greasy, left the driver side door greasy with handprints and finger prints, when I brought all this to the attention of the manager all he said was... I will give you your money back. did not say lets get that oil out of the vehicle if theres too much in it, nothing more was done to fix the situation. I am taking my car someplace else to get it fixed! I will never go back to jiffy lube!!! I DID contact corporate never did receive a response.

I would of gave them 5 stars but they couldnt replace my air filter.. but the guy who helped me was brand new & super polite & helpful. And seemed sincerely sorry they couldnt get an air filter from there supplier. And the manager was knowledgeable & knew his job well.. Ill be back when my car is due for another oil change!!

I love these guys...theyre always so professional, polite and always greet me with a smile. Hello, all back again for another review, like I say always honest but my own opinion. The place was great friendly employees practicing covid standards. I was in and out quick these guys hump it for sure and have the right to be notived. Pricing fair work outstanding never once thought about checking my oil nut I knew it was done correctly. So great service great employees very satisfied. Great job fellas.

Love going to this location, the employees are all very friendly and fun to interact with. I was with my Son and he had cut himself before hand and they they were able to get him a bandaid. Honestly they’re all just a bunch of Goofy Goobers!

Never did write a review before but just had too. I Took my car in today to do an oil change. They recommended a tire rotation for $12. I mean heck yeah!! This review would have gotten a 5 🌟 but the only problem was on my way home i notice my cars alignment was a bit of. Before i took it in the car was driving great no alignment problem. I mean if you are going to recommend a tire rotation why not bump the price up a little bit more and fix the alignment while you at it. I Drove from commerce city to Thornton just to get my oil change cause they said they werent that busy at the time and i was in a hurry, all the shops near me was either closed or booked out. Now i have to find somewhere else to get my alignment done. Overall very personal, Quick, great service.P.s Do something about this, Dont just read take action.Thank you.

They broke my car. I wouldnt go to a jiffy lube if you paid me. Chevy spark for a 15 mins oil change got down the road car smoking. They did pay out for the car but still. Never again dont go. Not worth the risk..

I am extremely upset - we went to get an oil change but ended up with two additional services which the staff had claimed we needed. One of which was an expensive $159.99 coolant flush because the coolant shouldnt have been blue. We had to trust his word for it. They said they were confident that the expected time frame was 20-25 minutes, but we ended up waiting for another 1.5 hours. We are going cross-country and pressing for time, and they knew this. If you arent confident, dont give us a time estimate. If the job is taking longer, let us know ahead of time instead of us asking you for updates. We would NOT have agreed to the additional services if we had to wait this long. I mean, the name is called Jiffy Lube! We surely did not leave in a jiff. I will not return to this location again.

I took my car there as my evap system was leaking. I was told they could replace it, so after sitting there for an hour and a half and I inquired I was told I would have to leave my car there and it would be ready the next day. I arrange rides and have to leave work early to go pick it up and not only is it not ready, but it hasnt even been started and no one called to tell me it wouldnt be ready. I go back the next day and drive it home. One week later same issue is happening and it turns out they are not licensed to work on evap systems. I am told I will have to take my car to another Jiffy Lube that has a licensed specialist for them to use the smoke machine to determine where the leak in my system is exactly. After waiting for an hour there I am told they dont even have a smoke machine to diagnose where my leak is. I have called to get a full refund and have been getting the run around for weeks. The GM was supposed to call me last week and never did. I DO NOT recommend anyone take their vehicle there for anything!!!

Very thorough in explaining what my vehicle needed and why, as well as addressing concerns about a noise that came up the following day. They took the time to go through options for getting me a discount on my services.

They did not wash the windows till I asked them to and was already back in the car. They also did not vacuum the floors and heaven only know what they didnt do. I was charged for the signature service and recieved basic service at best. They were nice enough, but didnt follow thru on what I was charged for.

The staff followed strict social distancing rules by wearing and requiring masks 😷. Customers remain in their vehicles until time for payment, the oil changes being done via their under/sunken bay. They charged me $80 to put in 2 gallons of DEF. Tried to call them to fix the mistake no one answers. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this place because charging $80 for a $10 box of DEF is a rip off

Pleasant experience, friendly staff, and all around great time

They were nice but the drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil...then said they were done and I paid and pulled out only to have my truck engine light come on...truck wouldnt go into gear and it was derated.....when they realized what they did they brought me back in and filled up my transmission fluid and re did my oil....no discount...no coupon...nothing....wont be going there again....

I called first to see if they can change my light they right away said yes and made sure it was at my convenience.Armando was very professional made sure he repeated everything i was needing to make sure it got done. When i arrived he came straight out to my car greeted me!! Called for jacob they looked took my keys and got the job done very fast! Was having trouble with changing out my break lights and I didn’t want to brake anything to cause me to spend more money on it than I had to so called here and was helped out by Cory who was a great help, got me in & out of there so quick and I can’t thank him enough because after talking to him I was definitely going to break something!

This location was staffed by some of the most helpful, friendly folks ever! The service was quick and the service tech carefully explained everything without seeming condescending.

There was air inside my coolant system so my a/c wasn’t working we kind of got charged a lot for just a coolant flush but it was hot and they had time right there so I paid $165 some odd dollars just to drain the coolant and fill it back up kind of pricey if you ask me but oh well

Hoping the strange noise Im hearing after the service is just tire noise after the tire rotation. Dipstick shows engine oil level full but there was puddle of oil under the engine this morning. Not sure where it came from. FOLLOW UP: Manager called me within 10 minutes of posting this message. He sent one of his technicians to my house (about 20 miles away) who climbed under the car to make sure the oil leak was not caused by anything which hadnt been tightened or bad fit with oil filter. Diagnosed noise problem caused by brake problem. Tech couldnt work on problem at my house since I didnt have a lift. Drove car back to their shop where they worked on problem for an hour. Problem was fixed with no additional charge. In short, outstanding customer service when problems are detected.

Service here was not bad it was the tech that was an issue. I contacted the GM Ray about my unfortunate experience with the tech Brandon he assured me it would be handled and I would be called back by the end of business today... That didnt happen so here I am giving what I feel is a fair review. Its not good when a business has someone running around the business dropping the f bomb to customers faces... I have used jiffy lube many times in the past but I will not return to this location unfortunately.

I went in for an oil change, and was told they were conducting a free inspection over parts of my engine. Not a problem.I was told there was an issue with my spark plugs and they needed to be serviced ASAP. I was busy for the day and scheduled an appointment. When I drive away, my engine is misfiring and multiple lights come on that weren’t on previously. I call back to try and get my appointment moved up but no return call from my voicemail. I drop my car off at the shop and say call when it’s finished. (thank you for the employee coming in on his off day to meet with me) Receive a call few hours stating they cannot fix the issue and I need to get it into a dealership or mechanic.no charge was added. I schedule an appointment with dealership that day. Fast forward to picking my car from dealership, they inform me all tested fine and poss maf was left unhooked. All I paid for a tune up on my engine at the dealership. I would not recommend any additional services other than a simple oil change. I don’t know much about cars but trust professionals to provide accurate information and I was not provided accurate information.

I used this location off Washington not that long ago. I was in no hurry and needed to pop into the neighborhood market across the parking lot, left to do my business and came back roughly 15 minutes later. I was escorted inside to pay and then back out to my car, told that several things had been done to my car (pointed here and said some car like words ;look: I understand the need for mask, but people should really be writing this stuff out. I could barely hear him standing in front of my car) .I hopped in and drove off happily assuming the services i just paid for had been performed . Until I restarted my car.I am no mechanic but I do know I was charged for an oil change, and a tire rotation. When I turned the ignition, my car read out that the tires were just as low as before i had taken them in whats more the numbers read low in exactly the same spots as before! Once i cleared those warnings my oil change light was still on!I had my tires inspected and properly rotated elsewhere. Im sure ill be needing an oil change sooner than expected.

The Oil change is pretty expensive but thats what happens when you pay someone else to do it I guess. Even after explaining that I literally have just enough money for the oil change and nothing else they still tried to upsell me on air filters (they pulled out my regular air filter and told me it was my cabin air filter then when I shot that down they tried to sell me on a flush for my engine.

One of the supervisors that was about to leave for the day stayed until I was finished with my service to make sure that everything went perfectly! I am very grateful for all the help that he gave me for my Toyota Sienna! Its been really hard with Covid and all of 20/20 happenings that his kindness was well received!

I had my brakes replaced at a different Jiffy Lube and unfortunately some cable was damaged that caused some other issues. I came to this location to get it fixed and Jake was so nice and super helpful. The part that needed to be replaced took a couple days to arrive but he got it all fixed within a couple hours and Im so grateful considering he was not the one that caused the damage. THANK YOU JAKE, your customer service was amazing and you restored my faith in this company. You rock!
